“I mean it when I tell you that I love you. I know how crazy that sounds. I do. It’s barely been a week since we met but I’ve fallen for you.”
“You have?” I ask as it is the only thing I can think to say. Lucas smiles lovingly at me and nods.
“I have,” Lucas pulls my chair closer to him and places his hand on my face. “Tell me,” he says. His voice lowers, filling with desire.
“I love you,” I tell him, tilting my head to lean against his hand. His smile grows and he leans in to kiss me deeply.
