This is something that is rarely given to any resident in Avalon as the only known ones to have it are Solstice and Piggy Bank. Of course, the others would have different things written on them, but it is actually a prized item even amongst the Daemos. Even the Daemos Elders want something like this, but they know that they cannot demand Adrian to write something just for their prospects.

Altum did not know that he suddenly caught the jealous eyes of all the elders in Avalon when he shows this document but that is in the future. For now, he is just happy to have an all-express pass to the Under Depths courtesy of his guild leader. He became excited of the unknown challenges and dangers he will encounter when he explores the Under Depths more.
