Kov thought that he could use the Young Prince Alucred as a bargaining tool or hostage to escape. Kov knew that the situation suddenly shifted as soon as the werewolf was sent to who knows where. The shift in the atmosphere was related to the demon as he suddenly became serious. The eyes of the demon were something that Kov knew really well.

"His eyes looked like that of a trained master when he knows that playtime is over. He barely moved earlier because everything was under control, but something must have happened that triggered him. I could care less for that now! My only way out of this is that boy. If I catch him then I could bargain my freedom and report it to the queen."
