Chapter 19: Fix- II

"So… You are gonna talk or…"

"We can talk, but I am not in the mood, you know."

"Very well then." Hansh dropped the hammer & leaned backwards in his seat. He had been hammering this man's nails for half an hour by now, but nothing happened. He would just cry in pain for a moment, then would laugh like he was in some funny game.

Hansh had lost his entire team in a day & this man before him was responsible for all this. He wanted to kill this man right here & now but couldn't, not as he knew some vital information.

These mercenary were not some people who would try to attack a duke's son for some puny reasons. They had to be paid a hefty amount before they would agree to anything. These people were just a way to get things done.

There was someone else who was working behind the scenes & getting to him was the primary goal of all this.
