Synopsis
The protagonist fell asleep while playing an online game. However, he awoke in a strange world with his game character’s appearance. In a state of shock, he noticed that he was equipped with nothing but his strongest weapon and armor. To make matters worse, our hero’s appearance was changed by the special avatar skin『Skeleton』when he entered this new world. The protagonist wanted to live without drawing attention, but he got acquainted with the dark elf Ariana and received her request.

From the first 7 chapters, this seems promising to me. If you're not a fan of more mature content then this likely won't be for you, as it is heavy-handed on themes of slavery and r*** (Chapter 3 particularly), but the MC could develop well. No particular character shown as of yet, other than the usual cautious loner but it is early. If you like Overlord, then this looks like it'll follow a similar arc for him though. Could be a gem!

this book scratched a really big itch for me. I like that it's not focusing too much on the video game aspect. some of the descriptors are very surprising, and it definitely flip-flops between ma and NC-17 ratings. I would highly recommend this book, hopefully there will be more chapters. the world building is actually super fascinating, and I definitely love the background of the elves.
