Chapter 143: The Sacrifice (V)

Kim Joowon got up from the table when he noticed a familiar face in the crowd.

"Cherry Wang?" he asked in surprise. Cherry, red faced, was startled that he remembered her. Joowon's eyes widened as he recognized her from one of his previous dramas. Her firm had been hired to do his makeup and they did an exceptionally good job. The CEO herself, Cherry Wang, had come down to work on his styling and thanks to her work, his fashion sense had become a hit among the audience.

"You recognized me!" she remarked, getting a little breathless. She was a huge fan of Kim Joowon and had watched all his dramas. Even though she only worked with him once, she could not help but gush over his works. There was a charm about him which drew fans and Cherry was one of them. His dramas made her laugh and cry, as if they were a part of her life. His acting was so real and raw that it touched her heartstrings.
