Opening my eyes, a blue sky was revealed to me.

With that thought - I sat up and look ahead.

What the hell is this...?
That question instantly popped up inside my mind as I looked at the scenery ahead.
In front of me is a field of grasslands that spreads to the horizon. There are some small flowers, but there are no trees.
[ Whew ~ ] A cold wind passed through my body.
I then started to think of what might be the reason why I'm currently here. And the first thing that came into my mind is that this must be a dream.
Maybe it was just like every other one of my dreams where I fight strong monsters and stuff...
No, I'm sure of it... This must be just some kind of a dream.
[ Haah... ] I sigh.
This must just be some kind of lucid dream.
[ Now where is this monster hiding...? ] muttering so, I looked around the area that surrounds me.
[ Oho~? It looks like you've already noticed my presence? You're pretty sharp for a weak looking guy... ]
I wasn't exactly able to feel his presence but...
Just as expected of one of my dreams, the monster really did instantly showed itself up.
Looking behind me, what I saw was a large scary flower monster with thousands of vines growing from all over the ground around him.
[ Tremble in fear Human! For my name is Flowey! The embodiment of all the poor flowers that were mercilessly plucked out by you, Humans! ]
[ Oh... Is that so...? ]
Just what did I do this morning to have a scary dream about a flower monster...?
[ I admire your courage for not running away despite you already sensing my presence, for that, I will kill you painlessly! ]
Yep... it's the typical introduction of every villain and monster I fought...
I'm pretty tired of it...
[ Yea- Yea, please get on with it... ] I tiredly replied.
[ Get your self ready human! ]
Saying so, all the vines around the monster started to attack me endlessly.
[ HAHAHA!!! After this! Your blood shall become my nourishment! ]
[ Aa... Is that so...? ]
*Bam! Bam! Bam!
*Slash! Slash! Slash!
The vines continued to attack me recklessly.
Well... they sure can't penetrate my skin, but they still work as a great polisher for my head...
[ Umm... Can you also clean the other side of my head? I won't lie, but your vines feel really good. ]
[ ...Huh!? How the hell are you still able to talk!? ]
[ Well... I guess... because I can...? ]
[ Wha-what!? ] the monster uttered in shock.
He then stopped attacking and he started to look at me with fear in his eyes.
[ What the hell are you!? ]
[ Umm... Are you really going to stop polishing my head now? ]
[ What! I'm not polishing your bald head! I'm trying to kill you! ]
[ ...Oh... Really...? ]
I should've expected that... I guess...
[ Anyway... If it's like that... Then I guess it's time for me to end this? ]
[ End this!? What the hell are you - ]
SFX: BANG!!!
And just like that, before he could even finish his sentence... he got smashed into thousands of pieces.
SFX: TADA!!!

And then suddenly, out of nowhere, a transparent screen appeared in front of me.

And just like that, I started to do my daily routine.
And the reason why I did my routine was...

I seriously need to wake up! - I thought as I continued to run.
And then after a while...

While still running, two silhouettes of kids appeared on the horizon.
And looking at it more carefully, there's also a disembodied figure of something like a monster just beside the two silhouettes.
[ I have a bad feeling about this... ]
Acting to my guts, I decided to increase my speed.
And as soon as I got closer, signs appeared on top of them.

Just then, I realized what is going on.

As the monster started to raise its fist, I immediately dashed in front of it.
SFX: BANG!!!
And then I caught his fist with my hand -
[ Wha-What!? Who the hell are you!? ]
The monster asked with a shocked and surprised face.
I then readied myself to say my favorite catchphrase -
[ Just a guy who's a hero for fun... ]
BAM!!! -
