Chapter 1: Arranged marriage

The Paxley and Baroque family had agreed to arrange a marriage. A young woman named Guinevere and an unknown man. It was sure that the man will be the next leader of the Paxleys since the recent one looked quite old. When Guinevere heard the news she was quite angry. Marrying a man she doesn't love? Marrying a man she never knew? It was hard for her to experience this tragedy.
She got to her brother and told him the news. He was shocked yet happy that his sister is finally growing up to be a wonderful woman.
"Brother, why wont you marry one of the Paxley's then?" The brave woman asked. Her dear brother, Lancelot sighed and looked straight into her eyes.
"I have found the woman i loved. She's the reason why i go out in the morning. She saved my life and i owe her mine."
"But won't you save me? Save me from marrying a man I don't love?" She whined.
"You'll learn to love him. Trust me sis."
After that Lancelot came flying away like paper that was tossed into a trash bin. It was sure that Guinevere kicked him. Guinevere then decided to go to the streets since she doesn't want to hear about the arranged marriage thing anymore. She walked into the streets right down the alley way. It was quite dark and lonely. Until she heard a clanging noise.
"Hey there sweetheart. You look rich, might as well give me that necklace your wearing." A thief said as he quickly placed a knife at her neck. "Y-You dirty rat!" Guinevere shouted feeling scared yet calm at the same time.
"Hey, You shouldn't treat a lady like that" A man came in and threw a dagger at the thief's chest. The thief was shocked and he suddenly let go of Guinevere. He then dashed fast at the back of the thief and threw 5 daggers at him. He teleported infront if the thief and did the combo all over again. The thief ran away holding his chest.
"I'll come back for you one day" The thief whimpered because he was badly injured. The man then stood infront of Guinevere and he asked her.
"Are you okay? Did he hurt you?"
Guinevere replied.
"No, you came in just in time. Thank you by the way."
"The name's Gusion by the way." The man smiled offering her a hand. Guinevere accepted his help. "Mines Guinevere" She smiled back.
The two took a stroll at the streets both talking and telling stories about eachother.
"So what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with your family?" Gusion questioned. Guinevere had a saddened look. Gusion thought what he said was quite abrupt. So he asked for an apology.
"No, it's fine. It's just that....l-I had to be married to a man i never knew nor loved..." Guinevere hung her head low. Gusion felt sorry for the woman. He placed his right hand at the back of Guinevere and said.
"It's going to be okay. My brother is arranged into a marriage to. He doesn't know who he'll marry because he only saw her when they we're little." Gusion says slightly tapping the woman's back making her feel comfort. Guinevere sighed and looked at Gusion. "How about you? Have you experienced anything difficult to bear?" She says while Gusion began to think. He told her about his Family doesn't like his dreams. He told her that his family never wanted him to use swords. He told her that it was the reason he always goes by to the city. He wanted to escape his family and their arguments about him. He then smiled at Guinevere. They stopped at a special place. There was a beautiful lake infront of them. The tree's were swaying. The breeze was cold yet warm. It was a perfect place for them to meet eachother every morning. Gusion thought of a plan.
"We both are having issues right now. How about we meet here every morning? I'll always be here if you need me." He says as he sat on the green grass.
"Sure, I have to go home. It's getting late and my brother might be worried, See you Gusion. Goodbye!" She says as she walked away. Gusion bid her farewell while he still enjoyed the look of the scenery.
When Guinevere got home her thoughts were filled about Gusion. He was so Kind, Comforting and Handsome. She's falling for him. She knew he was special. She knew he was different from the others. If she were to choose who she'll marry. It would be him.
