Interesting premise with a world focus on countries lesser known. The pacing as well is ideal as the duo protagonists of Leo and Luke help in developing the storyline from different angles whilst suspending disbelief regarding the emergence of monsters. The introduction of the snake is a welcome addition. Can't wait to read more to be honest.
Very interesting premise and very likeable character. I took my time thinking about this review. I love the pacing and the way you drive the story and make the character ease into it but at the same time keep it exciting. It has charming little moments where it feels more like the character experiencing something in a way that doesn't feel like it's being narrated and it truly feels like you enjoyed writing this. I'm looking forward to reading more as this comes out.
