Chapter 21: Honey

Dylan's POV...

She cried. I noticed the pearls of tears in her eyes. But why did she?

Was it Ethan again?

Does she know it makes my heartache?

I asked her if she was okay or not. She just nodded. I know she lied. She wasn't okay. Is it really hard to forget him?

I think it is. Because I haven't forgotten my crown flower still now. I don't know if it was love or not. But whatever it was, it just doesn't go away.

In the car, she was was mindless, quiet, and pale. It made me worried. Why the heck I'm always worried about her?

I sighed deeply before taking my hand to hold hers which was kept on the seat now. When my hand touched hers, she turned her head at me, confused.

"Sometimes it's okay not to be okay." I whispered as I leaned closer to her.

Her eyes looked deeply into mine. "What's that?" She asked, her voice was low as if she didn't want the driver to hear her voice.

"That what?"
