The Dragon's Power

Luke Pruever, 21, is on the cusp on completing his university studies from the prestigious Pangea Academy, known for their high level Energia (also known as magic) practitioners even though they all start learning basic magic 8 years prior. He's slated to graduate as a high ranking member of his class, although Luke also has the goal to own a business, and live out his days as a regular member of society.

His life plan is interrupted as he must protect his fellow classmates one last time, resulting in a truly devastating fate, and as a result, is infused with the power of a Dragon God. This transforms him from a high-ranking member to a truly celestial being, learning to control his newfound power.

In gaining this power, the Paramythical world experiences a power-shift, and these beings want to know who this new god is. They begin making moves of their own; upsetting the balance between them and the humans, who’ve stayed at the top since time immemorial.

How will Luke and his friends show they can be trusted with the secrets of both worlds, without losing themselves?

The Dragon's Power will be a fantasy action-adventure with realistic magic, elemental fusions and romance while Luke Pruever attempts to navigate the beginning of adulthood with his best friend, Feron Baton, and Niko Beser, Luke's love interest and valedictorian of his class while them and others attempt to keep the human and Paramythical boundaries separate, and learn to control their own Dragons.
