The Lost Ansei

Yokuda, ancient and ancestral home of the future Reguards and birthplace for the mythical Sword-Singers. The Sword-Singers were also known by another name, the Ansei. They had once been known for their poetic, noble, and virtuous nature. They had once been seen as heroes among their people...until one day they had begun being corrupted with the prestige and power that came with being a Sword-Singer. With that corruption came a terrible and devastating war, and unfortunately, the land of Yokuda was lost near the end of said war.

The Sword-Singers had faded into that of myth and legend, becoming nothing more than fantasy tales that parents would tell their children. However unbeknownst to most, when Yokuda had been utterly destroyed, one Ansei survived. One Ansei had been transported to a world unlike any other...a world where the inhabitants were being attacked by metal warriors.
