The narration of sorrow

She need help...
It feels like she's dying with the pressure of keeping secrets of her from herself; the pain is terrifying but she wants to enjoy it. It's hard to breathe and the fear is eating her up limb by limb.
She's so afraid,
She's tired of hiding,
She needs help but she cannot tell anyone,
Her questions remain incomplete with tears,
She wants to run away to a peaceful place where she doesn't need to hide her trueself from anyone.
She wants to know herself.
