"Succeed, Steven?  Are you really questioning yourself.  You will succeed.  Think about it.  You already have the trust of your current employer to, in effect take over the legal division of a multi-national company.  That legal division is, in effect being separated into a new company that you have been asked to head.  The only help that you have been given is a guarantee of work, the ability to recruit from the company legal department first, and funding.  You must make it successful, and there is the trust that you will do that."

Alice paused looked at Steven, and said "Now, let us run through some names, and you tell me what your initial instinct is regarding them.  I have, in among those folders I put on the desk made a list of what I thought you would say and why, and let me see If I am right as to the decisions you would make."
