The second Great Kaiser War was a war in early 1995, the year of Ulti.

This war began with the attack on the city of Anville by NRZ. Initially, the NRZ wanted to attack the Frankfurt Military Headquarters, which was about 200 Km from the town of Anville, by firing the NRZ Planetary Railgun. But the shot missed and hit the north area of Anville City.
