Tick Tock!

A small alarm clock was the only thing she was left with before she was abandoned at the orphanage. Her origins unknown but she was given a name at least. Every time she was adopted it took a night before she was returned to the orphanage.

"You're a misfit! A gothic being, cursed and you deserve nothing good!" voiced a woman, disdainfully glancing at a little girl before her.

"You're going back to orphanage! Right where you belong, how can I keep a cannibal!" she added, scolding the little girl who knew nothing of her wrongs.

Razel Modecai, didn't know why people avoided her like plaque however, having grown up in an orphanage, she somehow realised how the world revolves. She was termed evil but she didn't know what's wrong with her.

"If you're evil, then you're bad luck to the society"

Silver line, the name of the orphanage was a prestigious one, like an academy where she grew in. She didn't know what was beyond the walls but they were warned, 'Out of bounds' Trapped in a castle like a prisoner when will she be free? she thought.

Razel didn't know of her walking demons that caused death to targeted people while she was asleep. Not until, she woke up at night that she saw a dark creature filled within blood on its hands and gazed at her.

"You must sleep so that the world is ours to feed on!" it taunted.

From then on Razel made sure not to sleep at night but how long will it last? With the help of a small ticking alarm she didn't know she had, she used it to keep herself awake.

How will Razel deal with the dark creatures haunting her? Will Razel be able to sleep?
