Chapter 35: Chapter 35: Killing The Leader
[Ruric Town]
With the growing fervor of the town's Adventurers and knights, the fights fought in the frontlines become much more intense and bloody as they slowly breaks through the monsters ranks
Viscount Zack didn't even expected that such situation would arise as the retreating side saw the sudden dive of two summons and their magnificent maneuvering of their fights that led them to easily and fluently pass through the monsters rank and fight the boss
With just one act of bravery,other gets magnetized by it to do the same
Shaking his head he truly have thought about what would happen if Shun's summons didn't do that and what would happen if he wasn't here in the first place
"I can't believe that I'll say once in my life that I'm grateful to him for being here" he whispered by himself
As he said that Shun started to make his move as he ordered his champions on what to do
"Garen! Shyvana! Cause as much destruction on the enemy's side as you can! Divert their attention to fortify their defense rather than helping their leader!" Ordered Shun
"So basically you're telling us to go all out" stated Garen
"Exactly" he replied
"Alright... . . For Demacia!!!" Shouted Garen as he charged
While on Shyvana, the dragon just nodded her head as she flapped her wings once to dive straight towards the enemy's ranks
"Reksai! Bring me to the leader now! We need to finish this before it got worse" stated Shun
With a screech Reksai prepared to go Underground as Shun took a hold of her thick shelling as she dug underneath together with shun clinging on her back

Back towards the boss fight, the frost elf suddenly went berserk as it spreads out the frost bite while conjuring ice spear to attack both Rengar and Kha'zix continouesly
In reply to that both champions used their primal instincts and jumps up towards the trees while using them as a foothold to propel themselves to other trees completely dodging the spikes that were shot towards them
With effective maneuvering they managed to dodge almost everything the frost elf sent towards, while also has an audicity to retaliate
"Void Spike!!!"
"Battle Roar!!!"
As Kha'zix sent out it's spikes, Rengar used his roar to shatter the small frostbite that managed to crawl up to him from below
After taking a hit the frost elf begin to rapidly shoot out magic spikes
"Damn it all!!! You lowly creature!!! Because of you my army that I have piled up is getting destroyed!!! Die!!!" Cursed by the frost elf who have gone berserk
Hearing that Rengar also spouted out something
"Is this guy alright in the head?... . . In a battle it is only normal for at least one side to lose... . . That's how a battle works" complained Rengar as he jumps towards another tree to dodge the ice spikes
"Kekekeke! Looks like we found a potential Karen in this place" laughed Kha'zix as he also dodged an attack while parrying another follow up spike with it's sickle
Noticing that both champions didn't even considered him to be a dangerous enemy, the frost elf became even more enraged as he started to shoot out multiple spikes trying to kill the both of them
As it grew enrage, it actually failed to notice that the ground near him started to crack and protruded as it explodes
Taking it by surprise Shun jumps out from that hole and brandished his I.E and Shiv against each other causing an electric explosion to occur, completely destroying the spikes that was conjured
Unfortunately the Frost bite started to crawl up to him since he was near the frost elf, but he completely disregard this as he enters a close combat with the frost elf
Taking a slide Shun raises I.E on his left hand and slash it down furiously following it up with a downward kick to the shoulder, using the initial attack to lift himself up and spin, Shun followed it with a back slash with the Shiv on his right and a drop kick, completely bringing the first elf on its knee
Flipping it's two weapons into a stabbing position, Shun thrusted downwards with all his might to kill the leader, when suddenly spikes erected out on its back Completely forcing Shun to take a huge step back
Following that with rage burning in it's eyes the frost elf shots out multitudes of spike towards Shun, this in turn was countered by Shun as the latter breaths in and shot out Flame breath towards the incoming spikes
Not stopping Shun directed the flame to spread throughout the forest Completely eradicating the irritating frostbite, completely stunning the frost elf who erected a wall to defend himself
With the frost bite gone, the champions attack became more intensifying as Reksai started the assault
From underground Reksai shot out dozens of "Prey Seeker" a charged up pulse, towards the first elf, completely riddling the ground with holes
Unexpecting this the frost elf panicked as it scurries over and tried to dodge the void pulse that Reksai was shooting out while also detecting his whereabouts
A complete saying of "I can see you, but you can't see me"
Taking a wide jump backwards to dodge the rapid firing, Reksai immediately calculated it's landing point to catch the frost elf by surprise
Exactly doing that the moment the frost elf landed, Reksai sprout out from below as it grabbed and pulled down the left leg of the frost elf Completely restraining it
Taking this chance Kha'zix jumped overhead and landed on top of the frost elf while it stabbed it's sickle on its back
"Ahhhh!" Screamed by the frost elf in pain
"Kekeke! Not so tough now are ya?" Pointed out Kha'zix as he mocked the blue elf
Drowned in pain and rage the frost elf cuts off its left leg, as it spins around to deliver a blow at Kha'zix
Leaping back however left the frost elf to hit nothing but air, thus resulting him to slump down crawling unto the ground below
"This can't end like this!!!" Growled by the frost elf as it freezes it's huge wound
Taking no notice however Rengar appeared from behind as it threw something to further restrain the frost elf
"Bola strike!!!"
With it's arm retrained and it's left leg decapitated, the frost elf was left with no choice but to wriggle about in pain
"Ahhh! Damn it! It shouldn't been this way!!! It's because of you guys!!! I'll kill you!!!"
Taking a stride forward Rengar asked
"Why isn't he using magic to free himself?"
"Isn't that obvious? It's because he's drained... . . After carelessly going on a rampage just by fighting us, made him lose a lot of Mana in the process... . . . Such a rookie mistake kekekeke!" Mocked Kha'zix
"I see... . . He's an idiot" added Rengar after feeling pity to the frost elf
Walking near them Shun also look down to observe the retrained elf together with Reksai who just emerge from the ground
Shun even wonders if Reksai could see all of this, noticing that the latter doesn't have eyes to begin with
"But still he's dangerous to be left alive" stated Shun
Hearing that Kha'zix begun to laugh
"Kekekeke! I see... . . No use on feeling pity on the weak... . . This world is truly my kind of place where killing is natural" stated Kha'zix
"In this world it's eat or be eaten... . . I like it" smirked Rengar by its side
Hearing both of them even Shun became flustered as they received it in another meaning
"Huh? Wait! I didn't... . . Why do it feels like, it's scarier to see both of you guys actually agreeing on something rather than fighting each other?" He asked
Noticing that change both Kha'zix and Rengar looked at each other before they started to break again after realizing they are actually complimenting each other
Taking no notice towards their quarrel Shun lastly glance at the scorned look of the elf before he shrugged
"Meh! For the Exp! No drama needed"
Not intending to further enter a dramatic scene between him and the enemy, that is the reason for millions of backstabbing on movies, animes, and manga's, Shun just quickly finished it off and decided not to trigger any jinx moment
As he killed the frost elf a series of notification rung up on it's head

Taking it by surprise he actually didn't expect that by killing the boss, he actually received two level up that quite surprised him, picking the obvious answer he quickly picked Yes and summoned them to see them up close

Very quickly light envelopes the place as it revealed lux and Katarina
Very quickly the two showed their respect by kneeling in front of shun which greatly surprised both Kha'zix and Rengar who was having a dogfight nearby
"I've been waiting like forever to meet you master, after all it's quite irritating to always hear my brother proclaim your Adventurers with him with pride" said Lux with full of gratefulness
"I see that you've been in a desperate fight! Next time... . . Please reply on me rather than that brute" added Katarina
Confused on what they're saying, Shun was so flustered that he asked
"What are you guys saying? Are you telling me that when I return you guys on the book, you would actually go back to your own fantasy home world?" Asked Shun
"Exactly!" Replied Lux
"Like awaking from a sleep" added Katarina
Twitching his eyebrows Shun wondered that for some reason the champions are actually experiencing an isekai
"And Garen always boast this?" He further asked
"Yup!" Replied Lux
"Like an excited child" added Katarina
"Whenever he had the chance, he would talk about your adventures with him and describe it with one word, exhalirating!!!" Stated Katarina
"..."
Unable to reply for a bit Shun instead focused on the other notification that sprung up

Seeing this statistics board, Shun was greatly surprised at the same time excited as he received the same power upgrade like his favorite webtoon manwha "solo leveling" that he was reading back on Earth
It was just quite unfortunate that he won't be seeing the season two art anymore
Quickly allocating the points his stats followed

When he did that he could feel power surging I'm him as he grew stronger, this time he's sure that he can pressure monsters that is weaker than him with only a hand
"Hehehehe! This is great!"
Seeing him smile on his own, the five champions near him were perplexed to see him this way
Coughing once Shun cuts off the head and showed it to the battlefield that quickly lowers the morale of the monsters this causing them to flee
In this turn of events the remaining Adventurers and knights shouted in joy as they survived the skirmish
"Wahhhhhhh!!!"
Even Viscount Zack breaths out in relief when he saw Shun dragging the head of the enemy causing the monsters to flee in terror
The people inside the town's walls however gratefully thanked Shun for finishing the battle quickly to prevent any more unecessary loss, thus many of them shed tears and joys
Taking a breather as everything calmed down Shun slumped down on his butt as he took a sit on the ground
This in turn was followed by his give near champions that seated around him
Leaning against Reksai they all saw Garen in an enlightened expression rushing up towards them together with other of Shun's acquaintances
Diving straight to him Millia and Misha dived to his guts as they were worried when they saw Shun heading straight for danger, after all this two little girls view Shun as an older brother that they can rely on
Near them Leah smiled at Shun while thanking him with all her heart for avenging her fallen comrades, this in turn was taken by Shun as a show of appreciation
While as for Alda he quickly reported to shun how bravely he fought like an excited little brother
As for Lana whom shun spends the most time with, she quickly hugged his head towards her chest as she carrased his hair
"Ahhh! You idiot! Don't jump into trouble like that! What would I do if you die? I'm too young to take the burden!!!" She cried while also feeling relieved
Patting her head Shun Completely saw her like a mischievous childhood friend, and not as a love interest which didn't make him get flustered when when she pressed his head on her chest
"There! There!... . . Im planning to live my life until I get old you know... . ." He comforted her
"You better be... . . Or else I'm gonna pull your soul out of deaths grasp and bring you back to life for me to kill you myself"
Hearing that only one notion sprung up on Shun's head
(Woman are scary! Don't anger a woman!!! She can do crazy stuff when a woman is angry!!!)
Taking that self warning to heart he quickly glance at his own champions only to see lux and Katarina completely boasting how enlightened was him when he summoned them
This in turn caused Garen to look at him in puppy eyes, but Shun quickly averted his gaze as he glanced at Shyvana who was rubbing her dragon head on Shun's face
"You fought well" said Shun
With that Shyvana settled around them
From afar then people couldn't help but picture the peaceful scenery of shun with his summons and acquaintances resting from afar
These scene was truly a picture perfect for them that it almost feels like it came out of a painting
A boy with his summons and party members
One phrase sprung up when they saw this
(Life full of Adventure)
Taking this scenery as a motivation the people started their clean up as they moved around
Meanwhile Yuumi binded herself on Shun's shoulders as she said
"We've gone a long way" she said
"I know... . . It's been almost two months since I've arrived here... . . I clearly remember the day when I summoned my very first champion" said Shun as he recalled the very first time he summoned Yuumi
After taking a look at his current situation Shun couldn't help but smile
"Thank you" thanked Shun
This in turn stunned Yuumi
"Well that was unexpected" she replied
"I know... . . But without you guys... . . I don't think having Adventure would be that much fun like now" he explained
Smiling sheepishly Yuumi snuggled up at Shun as she lets out a purring sound
"It's always a pleasure" she said
"I know... . ."
