Chapter 4: Chapter 3 - Keeping New Orleans Safe
Hope POV
I was putting Ina to sleep to leave the room.
I walk to the Bayou getting looks from werewolves to see Henry.
"Henry" (Hope)
"H-Hope" (Henry)
"Let's go, you need to feed and being around so many people is not helping your senses" (Hope)
"But" (Henry)
"It's up to you" (Hope)
"Alright, let's go" (Henry)
"We're gonna start your vampire training, you simply compel, feed, give them blood to heal at the end and compel any memories of the incident then release them" (Hope)
"Right" (Henry)
We go to the city where I watch Henry do it, he's doing fine.
"See I what I mean, easy" (Hope)
"Yeah I feel better" (Henry)
"Now it's time for combat training" (Hope)
"What?" (Henry)
"Henry, your a hybrid so you need to know to defend yourself really" (Hope)
I pulled out a daylight ring.
"Here so you don't get cooked in the sun" (Hope)
"Thanks" (Henry)
"Now skill number two is vampire speed, as a hybrid your faster than vampires but remember ancient vampires can overpower you" (Hope)
"Right" (Henry)
"Just like a take off in track, and go" (Hope)
We took off which I'm ahead but he tries to keep up as we ran to the Bayou.
"That was amazing!" (Henry)
"Yeah I know, now our other weapon is our venom also our strength" (Hope)
"So just bite them right?" (Henry)
"Yes but don't announce or show you want to bite them just throw combo's to throw them off guard then lastly bite them" (Hope)
"Okay" (Henry)
"Look when we get back to school, there gonna know your a hybrid but ignore what they say, your stronger than them so they can't take it" (Hope)
"Right" (Henry)
"Next to end a fight quickly, to incapacitate a vampire just break there limbs or there neck, lastly you have to rip out there heart, that ends it quickly but never do this unless there going to try to kill you or someone you care about" (Hope)
"I get it, don't kill mindlessly and become a douche or an asshole just because your stronger" (Henry)
"Good and treat girls like you want to be treated and never use compulsion to sleep with them" (Hope)
"Vampires do that?" (Henry)
"Ones who are douches do" (Hope)
"Wow, remind to kick there ass when I see them" (Henry)
"Trust me you will cause there's a threat coming to New Orleans" (Hope)
"What is it" (Henry)
"Nazi Vampires" (Hope)
"Wait seriously?" (Henry)
"And there racist to us and werewolves, they act like they created the vampire species" (Hope)
"Okay so I guess you were preparing me for that?" (Henry)
"Yep, now let's get you home, it's getting dark" (Hope)
Henry nodded and we walk back.
