Synopsis
Song Yu, an up and coming architect was supposed to be the fiancée to the second son of the Qi Family... until her family went bankrupt. i cant stop myself from reading it all over again😍 this is a great novel. i always recommend this to my friends, encourage them to read it in order for them to enjoy the story as well😍😍😍
Summary...is not very detailed, but sounds promising. If it's an abusive relationship, then it's going out of my library super quick. 😅 Not a review...more like a reminder to myself of looking forward to read this novel once I start on others. Have a nice day to anyone who's unfortunate enough to read this lame attempt at a "review". ^_^

Alright, alright, alright. Look what we have here, a new romance novel on the horizon. Will it crash and burn, or rise up and take flight? In all seriousness, this isn't that bad. The ML isn't abusive or overbearing to the FL like other novels. He's just... really really shameless and sneaky. FL isn't helpless too, but she doesn't think in revenge plots, schemes, face slapping. If any Chinese character reminded me of a real person, it's her. I would say give it maybe fifty chapters before truly committing. But I enjoyed the introduction of the novel, the FL's attitude, and the fact that the FL's family isn't backstabbing, betraying, no annoying fake white lotus. If the FL refreshing family isn't enough for you... well have fun drowning in all the other novels with fake families. I sure am. Note- when this novel came out, there were only a few chapters, and these are my opinions and thoughts about it. (I'll update in the replies on how the story goes as well.)
So far so good. Interesting story. Thankfully the female lead has a backbone and can speak for herself. The male lead isn’t a tsundere...yet. He’s pretty on point with his feelings. I wonder how many chapters total... @Statsguy waiting for your review...thanks. Lol.
I enjoyed the book so well thanks but i think there are missing or omitted chapters in between. Though i can reconnect the events, it is still interesting to read what and how it happens. Thank you.

Oh my god! A new novel to start reading! The title sounded interesting— the main reason I voted for the book. Anyways, hopefully, this could be the one I would be stick with until the end!

Mc is so stupid, the ML made her father company bankrupt and she did noting because she thinks he love her a lot and the MC forgets the problems of her mother and father because of the bankruptcy just because he love her so much, i am so frustrated by the MC .
Love this series from Dawnesque. From the 7 (SHAMELESS) Gentlemen, this is her first novel. Have to say though the main CP was my least favorite. Chengzhi is your typical cold and aloof ML who only has eyes for the FL but tbh he comes off as stalkerish to me lol. Song Yu on the other hand has no backbone and blushes oh so easily. My favorite ship from this novel is between the ML's cousin sister and his assistant. Ugh too bad they only have a couple of chapters dedicated for them 😭 The third couple pairing is between Qi Chenglin and Ruan Danchen which starts at around Chapter 300. Their romance is a lot fluffier than the main couple and a huge plus is that they have an adorable little bun between them. Not to mention family members who cries easily ehem ehem Uncle Ruan hahaha! Last couple is between the third cp's little bun and the daughter of one of their bffs so this setting happens years later. I didn't really read this part as I do not want to ruin my imagination of our leads getting old and our little bun having sexy time with his childhood friend loool

I just really love this one. No abusive relationship,no rape and as well no dragging. Qi chengzhi is hopeless romantic husband and his most beloved wife is also loving and caring as well. They're super romantic person. Love the story and our main leads as well. Must recommend this piece of hard work. Thank you for this our dear author.

The story start off very interesting and I love how long the chapters are! Very true to the titles these husband are only sweet and considerate to their wife and no one else. This novel has been really a love-hate relationship for me. I love the idea of childhood sweetheart but this novel really overdid it for me; it too unrealistic especially with the age gap too. I love the all the character relationship in here and how funny they are but I feel like a lot of these character need more development. There isn’t enough chapters building the relationships between “the great right families”. Especially when this novel is the first novel from the 7 (SHAMELESS) Gentlemen series by Dawnesque then it should have a better foundation for background setting and character introduction. There was too many character in here and was just toss into the chapter with no prior introductions. I also didn’t like the short clip at the end of some of the chapters; those didn’t make sense and was hard to follow at first. Also It would have been nice if there is more chapter about Qi chengyue and dongge and even better if they had the story of chenglin and Danchen along as the story develops vs at the end like a side story. Overall this novel felt like it was rush- 2/3 of the novel is about chengzhi and song Yu hardcore love/submissive relationship and how all the troublemaker for the couple is delusional in the name of love thinking that their love is the most important and there nothing wrong with intruding. The next 170 chapters is about chenglin and Danchen relationship and how it cute toddler Qi youxuan is. They have their fair share of crazy women and Qi’s men cold/aloof characteristic. And the last almost 100 chapter is about the kids as an adult and their childhood sweetheart that somehow they all found and confirm at a young age without any doubt. This not including other characters story in between that ever got introduced along the way yet was not develop further, especially the character of chengji; chengzhi’s little brother. As long as you don’t have high expectation for the novel in term of details it is an enjoyable read. It is well written/translated which keep you intrigue and can’t put it down. Maybe because of such that I wish it was longer and more develop in certain area. Hope this review help! :)

Although slightly cliché, from the synopsis, it appears promising enough. But I sincerely hope that it doesn't goes downhill and turns into those abusive relationship!
