Chapter 30: Body Enhancement
Grabbing at one of the [Cross Hair](1) lens with his finger, he stretched his other eye open and the placed it on his pupils.
The item worth three hundred basic points. He wasn't going to put it to waste.
His both eyes now looked sort of weird but strangely beautiful. His right eye had a sort of golden colour hue in them while his left eye had a black cross shaped tattoo right at the center.
Flicking the mirror aside, he didn't care how he looked as long as the items functioned properly, he was fine by that.
In his vision, he could see a small dark cross hair right at every thing he stares at. When he stared at the wall, it was as though he was automatically aiming for the a particular target in the wall as the cross hair appeared i the wall.
Although it wasn't particularly accurate seeing as he was only putting it on one eye, but for Alvian, it was more than enough.
Now, down to the most important reasons he had decided to change me back early to his room instead if checking out that luxurious skyscraper, the body enhancement.
The golden colour in his eyes depend and there seem to be little characters written right on his pupil as Alvian called for the shop. He then tapped in body enhancement on the search page.

After buying the book, Alvian goaded the shop page and then went to get the package that came in a few seconds after buying the book.
Alvian smirked when he saw the light weight book with only five pages in it. After a minutes, he tyre the book aside.
Although he had gained new information about the process, from what was written in the five pages, it can only be summarised that the longer one stayed within the Enhancement tub, the more attribute pints would be granted.
"Pain uhn?" but then, Alvian suspected that it shouldn't be that simple since he noticed the Void Realm tend to be very vague with its words to the point of being deceptive.
Opening back the search page, he filtered the search engine and then clicked on the Body Enhancement. Only one result popped up in the search page.

Alvian took in deep breaths, emotionlessly glancing at the image of the large pod that looked very much like a bath tub.
10,000 basic points is a lot of money within the Void Realm, but as long as the Body Enhancement works perfectly, then he would have no problem with it.
Without anymore hesitation, Alvian bought the pod and almost immediately, his more than 20,000 points dwindled rapidly like it was being suckled by a black hole, finally stopping at 10,000+ basic points.
An ordinary traveller would have mourned at the deduction of points but Alvian merely glanced at it and then shifted his sight to the delivery compartment.
In a short while, a mechanical sound echoed from within his wall but this time, the sound was a little more louder than it had being before.
Alvian stood up and watched as half the wall flipped over to reveal a pod half a meter tall and two meters wide.
Surprisingly, it want as heavy as he had expected as he brought it down to his floor.
Taking off his clothes, and his items such as the cross hair and the other lens, Alvian stood at the edge of the pod, pressing a button, the lid slid open, revealing a small space a grown man could barely fit in.
He placed the oxygen mask that came with the pod on his face and then, he laid down on the pod.
Inside the pod, there was a start button sitting near his right hand and then, a stop button sitting near his left hand.
His cold gaze swept past the tiny holes around the pod casually, he clicked on the start button.
The lid immediately closed off and in an instant, cold gases were being released off from several parts of the pod, freezing his body and at one extent, ice began to form on his skin.
This happened for a full minute and Alvian's expression remained casual throughout the process.
Whoosh!
In the next moment though, 108 sharp needles with their ends connected by tubes shot out from the holes in the tubes and stabbed straight into his body.
He grunted slightly as his body was being lifted up by several needles from his back.
His brain seem to have not recognised the pain when an absolutely overwhelming pain stabbed through him as though he had been stabbed by millions of needles directly into his cells.
A normal Human would have passed out from this type of pain, while an traveller would have screamed his lungs out in pain and immediately click the stop button. And other travellers with string will power would hold on and refuse to click on the button.
But Alvian merely grunted in pain. His eyes zeroed in on the gases coming in and he came to a realization. The gases that was been released seem to increase one's pain by more than ten times.
Which means being stabbed by those needles doesn't feel like being stabbed like needles at all. It actually felt as though one was being stabbed by multiple red hot blade mixed with oil and salt.
Extreme pain gushed around his body and from the gas that was been released at a rapid pace as time passed, it seems this was only the beginning of the pain.
