Unknown Transformations: Finding Myself

Kora had a good life in her remote town. There was peace in the world and the many races lived in harmony. Her biggest worry is trying to plan for the future. This was everyone's worry as they turned 16 and entered their senior year of high-school. The catch to growing up in this remote town was that everyone at 16 years of age experienced a magical transformation. Often they would change race and their entire life would be thrown into question. This was the true test of the senior year, adapting to the change.

Good thing she has two good friends to help her. Kora's life will never be the same again. What will Kora and her friends transform to? How will she adapt? What destiny awaits her future?

"What do you mean I have 7 transformations instead of one. I really have to experience changing race and being 7 times," Kora said in exasperation.
Flora responded. "Well it is really one transformation as your final state will be a mixture of you choosing one trait from each of the 7 to keep."
Laura chimed in. "You can simply choose traits to make you more beautiful".
Kora stopped pouting for a moment and said. "That might not be bad if it is just that. Now just what is my first transformation"

*** Author's Note: This is my first book here. I got the idea from the prompt WPC 213 and had to write it. Due to work, I was quite late for getting it into the contest. So to anyone who reads this thank you! I also would like some cover art for this book as well if someone is willing. Also due to work the chapter update schedule is inconsistent I will aim for a couple chapters a month but depending on chapter length that may change***
