Synopsis
Violette, a student at the Vienna Medical school, is forced to leave her studies due to the racial laws of 1938. She is arrested by the Gestapo and manages to escape to the forests, joining the Jewish partisans.

Started to read the first chapter, very interesting book, must continue...it is leaving the reader with great tension. I know this author from previous books, Two Margherita and Lilly's Album, excellent written.
