Dust City

A place completely isolated from the rest of the world.

Generations have passed without anyone leaving the accursed city where corruption runs rampant.

Dust City is under the rule of five distinct organizations, each reigning over various districts, totaling ten in all.

The oldest and most formidable corporation, Arc, created the Cyphers—beings with superior bodies and unique abilities compared to normal humans.

These anomalies propelled Arc to the apex of corporate power, leaving the other four factions to scavenge what little remained in their wake. However, their glory days are over, and the remnants they left behind have finally come back to haunt them.

Two remnants of Ark’s dark past, Jin and Thirteen.

These two were wronged by Dust City, and now the two of them are back, ready to get back at all who wronged them.

But even still…

One, who had nothing all his life but slowly built himself up from failure after failure, dreams of changing the fate of Dust City, to make it better.

“This city deserves a second chance, we all do!”

The other, who had everything yet lost it all in one tragedy after another, seeks a different path.

“Second chances? If I could, I would burn this goddamn place down twice, let the skyscrapers fall, let the corporations burn, and let the people drown!”
