"Huh? Why was the door closed? I didn't do it." Serene said as she entered the office carrying the food parcel for Soham.

"Hey, where is Harry?" Varun looked at the empty couch.

Bhumit didn't talk and took his bag from the couch. Looking at Soham's grim face, he was a little worried about Serene and Soham.

By what Harry's reaction was towards Simon, did make him feel suspicious too. He could tell that there is some relation between Simon and Serene.

However, no matter how close friends they are, Bhumit knows that some matters still need to be discussed within a family only.

Friends can only support them in their worst, but until they ask, friends can't interfere in family matters. By now Soham is also a family to Serene. His life's all decisions must include Serene, and her life's all decisions must include Soham.
