This Chapter will be dedicate md to the structure of the government , society and army. Especially Army
Government : The government has two arms . One is the more authoritarian one centered around the emperor who is elected from the 16 potential candidates . What that means is every year there were one percent more people being birthed than dying which is 13,000,000 . Or 13 Million . Add on the population boom after quirk because Japan that had a negative growth rate had families with more than two children . That adds about 6,500,000 more people being born. So growth rate after 20 years without using compound interest is 19,500,000. Now how do they sustain this .
Now the Emperor of Aryavarta manages the gate meaning he can send in troops to take over a prehistoric earth or a really messed up one ( like a Evangelion one where there are only angels or a Berserk one where only members of God Hand are alive etc ) and send a good chunk of his population there and he has an essentially unlimited amount of Growth Space.
Now these worlds sometimes also bleed into our reality .
However the gate when emperors sends people into it peculiarly sends into imaginary world which become real . Why because the Emperor doesn't want to disturbe the other Universes .

They also because being in field created and used by that emperor but devoted to the gods have a presiding deity. Like the third emperors was Lord Kartikeya, the Sevenths was Lord Vishwakarma. There names are Made up of whether the emperor is Shiva or Vishnu Bhakt + Presiding Deity + Number of emperor

The strength of None of The armies after the first Emperor is fully known as they are spread all over the different worlds what we do know is that they get exponentially better. Like the second Emperor's army will be able to beat Thousands of 1st Emperor Army even if they are plagued by disadvantages like Half Strength Army , Break Down Of Communication Lines , Destruction of Top Level Officers , Logistical Problems , Being Taken By Surprise , Wrong Location , Energy Shortages etc .
Now to address the Problem why isn't India going and conquering all the worlds. Because there is no need to. They have areas which won't need so much murder , They Were Not Historically Idiotic Warring Savages which most of the countries still are , Except for a few places of Belief like Kailash Parvath .
Now China was destroyed during the advent of quirks because the Chinese Military tried to kill and experiment with the quirk users . Eventually half the population got quirks and they revolted and they won the civil war .
Now some were freed by the Indian army like The Tibetan District , The Uyghur Muslim areas etc. Now all States exist as separate countries who are at each other's throat except Tibet because it's got India's backing .
Now India is also not entirely sure about how strong the other big Players like Israel, US , UK , Russia , Canada ,Germany Malasia , Australia, Philippines,Indonesia etc are doing and how strong they are.
