World ALTer - Flag Bearer

In 2049 the earth are suddenly had invaded by other worlder beings who claim they could granted a wish to whoever they deemed worthy.

At first they granted power, bringing their signature as a flag to claimed a region for their sacred places. Because of that it leads to certain problem where school, hospital, police stations, and many public place where in chaos as a Flag Bearer who claim it as their holy places refuse anyone who wanted to acces to those public places.

The very next day, the goverment announce that a Flag Bearer should be in costudy and be protected as an important asset, and if they refuse they will use violence if deemed necessary.
