Lucius went around and passed the masks to Fred, Tom, and Reni, without going into detail about the plan, only stating that they would be needing them. There was no time to accept any complaints.

As the group looked at the masks in their hands, they could sense that something significant was about to happen. However, considering the tremendous contribution Lucius' group had made, especially Lily, who had held the line for 15 hours, no one dared to make any comments.

Lucius ordered everyone to fall back to a distance from the gate gap and lined them up in formation, positioning the archers to target the approaching goblins.

''Shriek!'' The Fighter goblin entered and looked at the humans in the distance, scanning the surroundings for any traps. Feeling suspicious but without spotting anything, he let out another shriek, and the wounded mage followed by the rest of the goblin army slowly passed through the gate one by one.
