In the beginning of the school year, Serenity Luope and Adrian Weila were assigned to the same dorm room. Shocked at first, Serenity starts being vigilant towards him. Unexpectedly, Adrian falls first. 
Let's see where this rollercoaster of feelings will take them.

Jane is a College student in a top university in Canada. And one night she slept with unknown Man.

Darby is finally heading out to college. "Are you sure you have everything?" his mother (Mary) asked for the fifth time. "Yes ma, I'm sure. I rechecked everything a few times already." Darby replied. Darby's dad (Sark) "She's just worried another bird is leaving the nest, first your two brothers and now you. Few more years and our only girl will be following suit. So far away 'sigh'" Darby and Sark laugh as Mary playfully hits Sark's shoulder. Darby yells "Is little Marcy (his younger sister) still on her tablet ignoring her older brother as he goes off to college?!" Marcy replies quickly "You're only going to be around an hour away anyway as you get your bachelor's so you'll come home alot anyway ... gosh not like your gonna miss moms Pho because of school!" They have a nice family group hug, and Darb gets in his car and sets off towards this new life awaiting him. 

Around an hour later he turns off the highway and sees his campus in the distance. Lots of people roaming around and even more cars. Darby's thoughts "Ugh ... parking may be OH RIGHT THERE!" Darby quickly swerves into a parking space and collects himself. Internal thoughts "You got this man, you GOT THIS none of your friends came to college with you, but I can make new friends and have a grand college experience. I only need one year for my bachelor's anyway then I can transfer to State or Birch to be with my best buds!" Darby gets out of his car and heads towards his dorm building. Inside are two fold-out tables with R.As at them helping people fill out forms and handing out dorm keys. R.A 1 "Hello! and Welcome to Borks! Here are a few forms that you should read over and sign." Darby like most justs signs the papers without reading them. R.A 2 " Thank you! I'll take those papers." The R.A checks the papers then hands Darby a set of keys. Darby walks down a hall towards room 104. He opens the door and finds a room with 3 doors on his left, a bed directly to his right and one exactly like it against the opposite wall with desks between them and a sink embedded into the wall. Darby "Guess my roommate isn't here yet, so I get to claim stuff first!" He sets down his bag on the bed near the window by the sink and goes out to his car for the rest of his stuff. It took him 5 trips to get his belongings in but in the middle of his 3rd trip he ignored a phone call and only looked at it after he was done putting everything up/away. Mary bombarded him "Why didn't you pick up earlier?! Are you okay?! Did you get in a car acc-" Darby "Mom, Ma I'm fine. I'm sorry I forgot to call you when I got here but I wanted to make sure I put everything away first." Mary "Okay, so are you all moved in? Yes, then send me some pictures! Ooh it looks much nicer than when your brother was going there." Darby "Yeah, that's because he was stuck in the sports dorms for that tennis scholarship he got. Well ma, I love you but I gotta go get my books, parking permits, and see where my classes are I'll see you on the weekend."

Darby's inner thoughts "soo many people .. aaaahhh. No you got this let's just get stuff done." He follows signs and some of the crowd towards the student center building and sees multiple lines. He gets his parking permit and books and heads back to his dorms. The door is wide open and he sees a behemoth of a math in the doorway. Darby "Ke.. Kevin! Yo wassup man I didnt know you were going to Bork!" Kevin "Oh hey wassup man!" They fistbump.

The following morning Cat woke up in the hospital and was confused of why she was here and 
suddenly realized that a car had hit her when she was running to the bus stop. Cat's father was
worried sick for her daughter's health and he canceled the meeting he had at his company to stay by her side. The owner of the car got informed the person he had hit was awake now and for them to discuss an outcome and possibly a solution. Cat just suffered minor injuries and will be able to go home today and just need to keep in mind if anything worsen Cat will need to be checked by the hospital again. The owner of the car, William is the CEO of a company Cat's dad partnered with. While they talked about what he should do to make up to Cat. Cat gotten in a sadder mood of what happened and decided to tell her father what happened when they got home. She didn't listen to what her father and he dude had to say.
          William CEO of the company had some business he needed to attend to and asked his secretary to attend the business with the car issue. Cat soon got ready to get back home and on her way back home she asked her father if she can move out of her house and live in the dormitory. Cat explained the reason to her father, how Alexa stole her boyfriend and couldn't see them together. Her father agreed and makes sure that she know that he loves her and she deserves better than what her boyfriend, now ex, did to her. Cat hugged her father and told him she love him too. The rest of the ride home was quiet. Since it was still afternoon, Cat have decided to get the paper works to live in the dorm and packed her stuff at her house. She waited till the next day and got informed that her request have been approved and now Cat can finally live without her step sister and step mom. Cat said goodbye to her father and sat in the car while the driver drove her to her school campus grounds. 
           Cat thanked her driver to drop her there and left with her luggage. She was told by the school that she will be having two roommates. She asked the lady at the dorm where her room was and overheard by a girl walking past. 
The girl walking pass, Sally "Oh my god, are u also in room 301?" 
Cat asked her "Yes and may I ask that if you know where that is?" 
Sally knew where that was "Ya, of course that's where I live and are you my new roommate?"
Cat finally relieved that someone knew what it was "Yes, I got put in room 301b and do u know how the rooms work" 
   (By now they have totally ignored the lady Cat was tryin to ask help from)
Sally said "Of course I do, so the room area is split into three equal sections or you can call it rooms, and theres also a kitchen/eating area and and a couch place for us to relax. And by the way did I mention Rose, she is our other roommate, recently got a tv in the couch area and she will be willing to share it with us." 
Cat said  "Omg that's so cool if it's okay for you can you bring me to our room(s)"
Sally was happy she was able to help someone "Yea totally I was gonna go there anyways so why not"
Cat felt grateful and thanked her "Oki thanks a lot, by the way how rude of me I forgot to introduce me. My name is Catherine and u can call me Cat for short and what is your name miss?"
Sally said "My name is Sally (obviously) and nice to meet you" 
Cat nervously said "Nice to meet you too Sally and can we go now I'm kinda a little hungry and I don't wanna hurt my tummy's feelings"
Sally laughed "Haha of course your so humorous by the way" 
            They ended the conversation and Sally lead Cat to their rooms. It was bigger then expected and cat looked around. 
Cat, "So this is where it is"
Sally, "Yea do u like it?"
Cat, "Yes I absolutely adore the cute decorations" 
              The door was opened again and Rose walked in. 
Rose whispers to Sally, "who is this" 
Sally, "Oh this is Cat and she is our new roommate she just got here today" 
Cat, "Hi I'm Cat and I heard your name was Rose. Nice to meet u." 
Rose, "Nice to meet you too, Cat" 
Sally, "Anyways since it's Cat's first day here let's talk about our self and relax in the comfortable couch" 
              They sat down and had a conversation. While they talked Cat had a cup of Ramon noodles that she made from the kitchen area. That was what all they had.
Sally said "I'll start with myself. My name is Sally Brown everyone call me 'brownie' haha yummy. I'm 20 years old and is in this college for 3 years now and I majoring in the scientist field."
Rose added "Ok, now I'll introduce myself, my name is Rose Jones and people tend to call me rosy. I'm in the technology field and know my way around computer and is also good at hacking computer systems' database. Is currently 21 and been in this college for three years I probably skipped two grades so yeah" 
Cat continued "Okie now it's my turn *took another sip of the Ramon noodle soup*. First of all nice to meet both of you. My name is Cat and is will be turning 18 in December. I'm in the business and financial field. I'm in this college for two years now. My father excepted a lot from me so he hired tutors when I was three and was homeschooled until college with is two years ago that I went to a real 'school'. Anyways it's getting late now do you guys mind if I get going on unpacking my stuff" 
Sally said "Yea sure sorry for holding you so long"
Rose included "Ya go ahead"
Cat left "Oki thanks talk to ya soon"
                Cat went in her room and unpacked her stuff. She took a shower after the long day and decided to call it a day until she realized when the CEO of that whatever so company, William left her a business card with his info on it and told her if she ever needed help she can go find him, it just like William (Will for short) owed him a favor. Cat didn't think to much of it at that time. She still had work the next day so she need to sleep early. Cat's schedule was always so regular like she was never late and never missed a day or school or work, even when she was sick so told herself she can do it and won't let sickness become an excuse for her laziness. She fell asleep on her laptop after a while of  reviewing her classwork and homework from last week.

Catherine is just a normal collage girl who works part time at a coffee shop. Things all changed for her when she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her with her step sister, Alexa. Due to the reason Catherine (Cat for short) ran out in the rain and got hit by a car............she woke up and found her self ending up in a hospital....the driver was there and they figured a solution...........

So this is the first time I've written something so please mind the mistakes in my writing please and thank you

So I'm back at the dorm and I've just found out that I have to share a room with a BBBBBOYYYY!!!!!!!!

Well ok? My name is Lizzie and I've just moved here from California and My parents work as doctors and I work a part-time at target or something It's not as good as my parents jobs but it's a steady job.

my jobs not good either but it's steady and I have friends there.

I felt dead... because I didn't feel anything after I fainted, but I felt one thing though which was something holding my hand. I slowly opened my eyes and I saw lights... I was in the hospital again. I looked over and Werewolf was asleep, while he held my hand gently. A doctor came in and checked on me to make sure I was alright. It turns out I was in a coma for the last four days ever since that snake bit me. When the doctor left, I looked at Werewolf again and I thought to myself, 'What happened, while I was in a coma? Also how did Werewolf figured out I was in the hospital?'
Suddenly I felt movement in his hand and I saw him waking up. "Lady you're awake!!" Werewolf said as he reached over and touch my cheek with his clawed hand. I could tell he was crying because no one could tell if I'll ever wake up again, so he was crying and hoping I would wake up soon. "Was that you who saved us?" I said placing my hand onto his clawed hand. He nodded slowly then he said "They said once your'e awake they would take you home, so you could heal." I knew he was talking about my family. Werewolf let go of my hand, stood up, lean over and kiss me on the forehead. He left the room after that and he hated saying good bye to me and I waited for my family to come and take me home. I was also sad to leave as well.

It took three months to recovered from waking up from a coma and from the snake bit and a new semester started. My cousins Tiki and Marshall Lee decided to transferred to the same college as me during my recovering for extra support which I was glad the were there. When we got to the dorm I was holding Zaroff in my arms while Tiki was carrying some boxes with her because some of her stuff was in some of the boxes. Tiki was staying in the room next door, while Marshall Lee was staying the dorm on the other side of the campus. I opened the door to the room when I got there and Carly and Scarlet rushed to me giving me a big hug.
Carly and Scarlet update me on everything and I mean everything. Scarlet is dating the leader of that group who's name is Ulric, K.M. was nervous for some weird reason, Tiki made friends with my friend group and there was a Japanese festival that was coming up for our college. Then Scarlet remembered something and said, "Oh, Lady... Werewolf wanted me to give this to you when you got back." Scarlet went to my shelf and walked back to our little sitting area. She handed me a beautiful medium velvet box and I examine it very carefully.
I opened the box and what I saw made me break down into tears. Inside the box was a beautiful hair piece with a large white ice lily on it. Ice lilies were something I liked when I was little and they were the only kind of flowers that would bloom in the snowy mountains every few years. I wanted to see him again, but he didn't go to our school. When night came I quietly got dress and put my jacket on since it was still cold outside. I decided to put the flower in my hair and headed out towards where I actually talked to him for the first time.
The snow softly crunch under my feet as I headed to the well. I remembered that day and I went and sat in the same place. "Werewolf," I softly said, but he didn't come. So, I went back to the dorms. When I was halfway back to my dorm, I put the flower in my pocket, but then after I put the flower away, I saw K.M. getting beaten up by some men. I had no choice I was going to help him.

It was dark and unknown to me. I looked around to see nothing, but trees and an early morning fog. Nothing else around but trees for miles as if I was in the deep neck of the woods. But why was I here? 

"Hello. Anyone out there?" I called out. 

Silence was my answer. Not even the sound of an owl or cricket was heard. I started wondering through the woods, hoping to find an escape route or, better yet, people. 

What felt like hours of walking through endless trees, I heard a bush shake. I froze for only a few seconds before shaking my head. 

"It's probably a rabbit," I mumbled to myself. 

SNAP! I froze once again, and this time the hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I turned around to where the sound came from and came face to face with a wolf. Not just any regular sized wold. Nope. This one was 3 times the size of a regular wolf. The fur was all black, making it hard to see in the dim moonlight. The eyes were a bright icy blue color that caused a shiver to run through my spine. I backed away slowly only for it to come closer to me. Before I knew it, I dashed off through the woods not knowing where exactly I was going or where to hide. The sound of the wolf's paws hitting the ground were loud enough for me to hear as it chased after me. Not paying attention to my surroundings, I tripped over an overgrown tree root and landed on the ground with a thud. I look back to see the wolf coming closer to me. I crawled to a tree, shaking in fear and covered my face as a piercing scream was heard. 

A hand touches me, waking me up out of my nightmare. I open my eyes to see my dorm-mate, Jeon Jungkook. My heartbeat was still racing, my hair stuck to me from the sweat, and my body shook in fear. Jungkook climbs in my bed and pulls me to him so he could run his fingers through my hair as his way of calming me down. 

"Another nightmare?" he asked. 

"Yea," I said softly. 

"Want to talk about it?"

I shook my head no. I laid my head in his lap so it was easier for him to run his fingers through my hair. We sat in silence like this until I was fully calm. 

"What time are we leaving?" I asked, breaking the silence. 

"Jin wants to leave at 6 in the morning, since it's going to take a few hours in Daegu," Jungkook says. 

I look over to the digital clock that sat on the desk between our beds. 4:30AM was what showed brightly in the dark room. I sighed before getting up and stretching. 

"Might as well get ready to go," I said before heading into the bathroom.

Once Jungkook and I finished getting ready, it was a little after 5:30 in the morning. We made sure that everything we needed was packed before heading over to Jin's and Hoseok's dorm, which was closer to the exit on the other side of campus. 

Looking down at my phone, it was 5:50 in the morning once we got to their dorm. Jungkook knocked on the door to reveal an over excited Hoseok and Jin in the bathroom pampering himself up. 

"I can't wait!" Hoseok said excitedly.

I giggled as I walked into the dorm. Hoseok kept squealing about how excited he is to Jungkook while I walked over to the bathroom to scare Jin. 

"BOO!" I said jumping onto his back. 

Jin jumped and screamed before seeing that it was me. 

"Fuck Jimin. You could've gave me a heart attack," Jin said dramatically. 

"Sorry. But if you want to leave on time, we should go now," I said and jumped down from his 5'10 frame. 

"What time is it?" he asked once I got down. 

I pulled out my phone and flashed it at him. 

"5:57! Shit! Hoseok, grab your things and lets go!" he shouts grabbing his already packed bags that were by his beds. 

Hoseok grabbed his bags while I went around grabbed their phones, IPads, cosmetic bags, chargers, and portable chargers before walking out their dorm. I gave Jungkook Hoseok's things while I kept Jin's.

After 10 minutes of walking to the train station from the college campus we lived on, we went over to the ticket stand for our train tickets to Daegu. Luckily we didn't have to wait long, so we were able to get on after receiving the tickets. Once on the train, I sat next to Jungkook by the window while Jin and Hoseok sat across from us. 

"Guys...," Jin says while looking in his backpack. 

Yea?" I asked. 

"I left my carry-on stuff at the dorm," Jin said with wide teary eyes and a pout. 

Hoseok checked his bag and seen that he left his stuff too. Jungkook and I looked at each other, trying to hold in the laughter, but failed miserably. We started laughing to the point where tears were running down our faces. 

"Yah! It's not funny," Jin exclaimed. 

I opened my bag and handed Jin all his stuff. Jin smacked me on the back of the head for laughing at him before thanking me. Hoseok did the same when Jungkook gave him his stuff. 

Once we all settled down, the train finally left the station. I settled in my seat and looked out the window with music playing in my earbuds luring myself to sleep.

It's only been a week since Aaron arrived and no matter how many times I try to avoid him; life keeps pushing me at him. 

First, he wanted to borrow things and then return them. Second, his mother kept forcing him to come over to speak with me and third. . he going to the same college as me. My mother and his mother convinced him to, so I wouldn't have to be 'alone'. Even though I have Coral, Liam and Harper and they are aware of that fact. What's next? Moving in together? 

I finish packing my last box and bring it out to my mother's potato of a car, placing it in the trunk. I walk back inside and there stands Aaron and Pearl, my mother gives me that 'You're not going to like what I'm about to tell you smile' and says, " Aaron's taking you. " For the a thousandth time this week, my eyes reach for the heavens. " Oh. I'm so lucky.." I walk back out and begin taking out my boxes and putting them in Aaron's car. Well, trying to squeeze them in. 

He is like a girl who can't leave all her clothes and make-up behind, who needs this many boxes? Once I finish, I walk back inside and give my mother a hug and Aaron does the same to his. " We are both proud of you too. See you this weekend. " Pearl says. I nod and head back to the Mercedes, sitting in the passenger. I make sure to shut his door harder than necessary and I regret it because when he enters the car, he starts it and pulls out; his hand contacts my thigh. As soon as he does, a flower crown poofs onto my head. I hear him chuckling and he keeps his hand on my thigh, gently squeezing every now and then. 


Is it wrong to think about murdering someone? It takes us three hours to get to the college, our college is supposed to be one of the best and it's in town so we can visit our family. Not only that, it's all species friendly. Some school have, all vampires, all wolf's, all foxes. But no, all species. I'm kind of worried for Aaron, but why should I? It's not like I'm his friend, or girlfriend. Once we arrive, I step out and look up at my new school. It looks like a castle, in fact it looks dull. It's all gray, but then again. This is a serious school, it's one of the top ten. You can tell it's kept in good condition, trimmed bushes, nice flowers, grass mowed; even the way the gravel sits shows it's well kept. " I'm getting my stuff once I find out my dorm and such. " I state as I walk through the large iron gate, once I touch the gate, vines with red roses tangle themselves between the bars. They can thank me later.

As I enter, I see a woman in a black dress. She has black hair and red eyes, she's a demon. The woman signals me to come over and I oblige. " I am the principal, you may call me Mrs.Davis. Designation, please. " I give her a slight bow. " Kiora Dark. " She looks down at the files in her hand, shuffling around until she pulls out a golden key with the schools emblem engraved into it. " Floor four, room two-hundred and four. Your roommate had already claimed their room a day before. " I nod and thank her before taking the elevator up. I wonder who it will be, I could have a roommate with anyone. Male or female, any species. 

The elevator door opens up and I step out, heading down the hall. It's the last dorm on the right, I put my key in and turn. I hear a click and then a faint moan which made me stop and back away slightly. Disgusting, I take a moment to decide what I should do. In the end, I decided I would open the door and lay down the rules. I swing open the door, to find a fox on top of Aaron. Nude. I stare at them and they stare back at me. I feel tears down my cheeks and I run as fast as I can. Not even bothering to take the elevator, I take the stairs; I hear him call my name but I keep going. He's sick and disgusting. How could 
he? Did he know I was going to be his roommate? Does he really feel nothing for me. I sink to my knees, sobbing.


It takes me a moment to wake up, my vision blurry. I feel something soft, which definitely not the stairs given they are concrete. I slowly turn my head to find a sleeping Aaron, embracing me. I feel my face get warm with anger and suprise, does he think I'm this easy? I push him off the bed and I hear him fall with a large thud. " Ow! " He sits up, rubbing his back. Tears threaten me once more, " Go away. " This time he stands up and gets back on the bed, I now realize all my stuff is here. He already folded and put my clothes in drawers, my books and such on my new dresser they provided. He groans as he then buried his face in my neck. " Look. She was trying to seduce me, you don't take me as a man whore, do you? " I want to believe him, and I nod. " You are. " 

He starts gently planting kisses on my neck and I push him away. " I don't want you. " His lips perk up in a smirk. " Then, why did cry when you saw us? Why did you beg me not to lea-- " Before he could finish, I slapped him across the face. " I cried because I realized that despite your appearance, you are ugly. I'm not the burden, you are. " He looked shocked and I left my handprint on his cheek. " Ki-- I-- " I put my hand up. " Hate me because I don't ever want to associate with someone like you. " I stand and walk out. Once I shut the door, I slide down the door and hug my knees. I can't believe I did that. I can't believe he did that. I didn't want to do any of that but a rage inside overtook me. No matter what he had done, he didn't deserve to be called any of those things, no one does. If me and him really are burdens, then so be it.

The next day, Emma and Wyatt take Jackson with them to Savvy Threads. Jackson didn't really want to go, but Emma insisted that he should at least try doing anything other than laying in bed. When they get there, Emma greets Matilda and Emily. "Go on" Emma says to Jackson, "at least be nice to Emily".
  Jackson sighs and says "What's up, Emily?".
  Emily responds by nervously waving a hand in the air while wearing a fake smile. "Uh... hey?" Emily says. 
  "Somehow, that's exactly the response I expected" Jackson says. 
  "Look, Jackson" Emily says, "it's not that I hate you or anything... but I also don't recall us particularly getting along super well. Like, we haven't really spoken all that much to each other".
  "Oh thank god" Jackson says. "The feeling is mutual". Jackson then looks at Emma and asks "Can I go now?".
  "No" Emma says, "try actually getting along with people...".
  Jackson groans and then says "Fine! I don't even know what to talk about here".
  "Sucks that you and Aeris... broke up" Emily says, trying to find something to talk about. There was a long awkward silence, then Emily says "This is awkward".
  "Yeah, I'm waiting outside of the store now..." Jackson says as he points his thumb at the door. 
  "... Anyways" Wyatt says, "any job opening for here, Matilda?".
  "Oh, yes" Matilda says. "We'll have to schedule a time for you to talk to Dylan about the job, that way he can interview you and stuff. If he decides you can take the job, you can work as my assistant".
  "Hopefully it works out then" Emma says. 
  "It'll be cool and all having a familiar face to work with" Emily says, "but I also imagine it'll start being a little awkward staying here".
  "Why's that?" Emma asks. 
  "I dunno" Emily says. "I don't really think I'd have much to talk about. So if you do get the job here, don't be surprised if it's constantly quiet".
  "Anyways" Matilda says, "Dylan should be here tomorrow morning before noon. If you want to stop by to talk with him then, you're free to come".
  "Tomorrow morning, got it!" Wyatt says. 
  As the two of them leave, Emma waves at Matilda and Emily. "Thanks again, Matilda!" Emma says. "And see you later, Emily!".
  "Yeah" Emily says, "take care".
  "I'm glad to see you two are getting along" Matilda says to Emily. 

  "Can we go back finally?" Jackson asks as the two of them leave the store.
  "Yes, we can go back" Wyatt says. 
  "Good" Jackson replies. "It's cold out here".
  "You could've stayed inside, you know?" Emma asks.
  "Yeah, but that involves talking to people" Jackson says. After the three of them get back to the dorm, Jackson asks "So, how do you plan on keeping Emma hidden in the dorm for so long?".
  Wyatt shrugs and says "It's been working so far".
  "Well..." Jackson says, "I know she doesn't have a place to return to, so make sure you don't let anybody else know that we're keeping Emma here. If the school finds out, they'll probably be furious". Immediately after that, a loud knock is heard on the door of the dorm. "Do... you usually get visitors?" Jackson asks. 
  "N-no... not really" Wyatt says. Wyatt stands up to answer the door, but the door suddenly swings open. 
  "Wyatt!" Darren says as he opens the door. Darren then notices Jackson and Wyatt sitting in a room with Emma. "Oh, I'm sorry..." Darren says as he awkwardly closes the door. 
  "No, wait!" Wyatt says, "it's not what you think! I can explain!".
  "Yes, please do explain" Jackson says. "Knowing you, it won't be a very good explanation".
  Darren opens the door again, then walks inside the room. "What's going on?".
  "Well..." Wyatt says, "Emma doesn't have a place to stay, so I'm keeping her here".
  "Uh-huh..." Darren says. "You know this is the boy's dorm, right?".
  "Y-Yeah" Wyatt says. 
  "So... is she your girlfriend?" Darren asks. 
  "Y-Yeah..." Wyatt says. 
  "And there it is" Jackson says, "the perfect explanation for a misunderstanding!".
  "So that's why you're keeping her here!" Darren says. 
  "Wait, no! I-" Wyatt says. 
  "Look, I get it" Darren says. "I won't tell a soul".
  "I don't think you are getting it..." Wyatt says in frustration. "So how'd you know which dorm is mine?".
  "Oh, that's easy!" Darren says. "I knocked on every door and bursted into everyone's room shouting your name like an idiot!".
  "... Really?" Wyatt asks. 
  "No..." Darren says. "I asked Ms. Weber to look up your name of the dorm list... did you honestly think I'd do that?".
  "Pfft- I like this guy!" Jackson says. 
  "Ayyy!" Darren says as he makes a finger gun gesture at Jackson. "So, you are?".
  "Jackson Lonny" Jackson says. "I'm in the same class as Wyatt... and in the club too, I guess".
  "Oh yeah, aren't you that laibah kid everyone was talking about?" Darren asks. 
  "Yep" Jackson says. 
  "Oh... so how many of us here are laibah?" Darren asks. 
  "In this room?" Wyatt asks. "I'm the only human here at the moment...".
  "Oh, so you're a laibah too?" Darren asks as he looks at Emma. 
  "Y-Yeah..." Emma says. "I believe I already introduced myself to you before. I'm Emma Frey".
  "Darren Forray" Darren says as he forces Emma to shake his hand.
  "What'd you wanna come here to talk about?" Wyatt asks. 
  "Right" Darren says, "so around this time, people in high school and stuff usually come to colleges like these to see what their possible future college looks like. Earlier today, I ran into a certain someone who also wanted to see you".
  "Me?" Wyatt asks.
  "I told him to wait by the gate and I'll bring you to him" Darren says, "but seeing as to how it'll be dangerous to keep going in and out with your girlfriend over there, I'll try bringing him to you".
  "Wait, who is it?" Wyatt asks. However, Darren leaves without answering. After a long silence, Darren comes back with a rather big surprise. "K-Kemal!?" Wyatt asks. "What are you doing here!?".
  "Kemal?" Jackson asks. 
  "So this is your brother?" Emma asks. 
  "Brother!?" Jackson asks. "Holy hopping hell, there's two of them!?".
  "What's up, Wyatt?" Kemal asks. 
  "H-how'd you get down here?" Wyatt asks. "Is mom okay? What are you doing all the way out here?".
  "Whoa, slow down there" Kemal says. "Let's see if I can answer these questions first. Umm... I took the city bus, mom is fine, and I'm here to check out what kinda school you go to".
  "So mom and dad are doing fine then?" Wyatt asks. 
  "Well, dad is still a grumpy old man, but yeah" Kemal says. "In fact, they're both better than fine now. Dad got a promotion, mom got a raise and we're financially stable for the first time ever. In fact, they're doing so well that I'm finally able to leave my job and come to school".
  "W-What?" Wyatt asks. 
  "I'll be coming here next year" Kemal says. "I've gotta look out for my little brother, don't I?".
  "But you'll be a year lower than him..." Jackson says. "It'll be more like he's watching out for you".
  "Same difference" Kemal says. 
  "N-no... no it is not..." Jackson says. 
  Darren laughs and says "See? Isn't this nice? We've already got a group of friends ready for ya when you start coming to school, Kemal!".
  Kemal laughs and says "Yeah, I like the sassy one!".
  "Sassy?" Jackson asks. "SASSY!?".
  "This situation seems kind of awkward..." Emma says. 
  Kemal leans in close to Darren and asks "Who's the girl?".
  "That's Wyatt's girlfriend" Darren says with a snicker. 
  "What!?" Kemal panics. 
  "Uh..." Wyatt tries to think of something to say. 
  "She's a laibah too" Darren says. 
  "Uh..." Emma says, now feeling uncomfortable.
  "No way!" Kemal says. "So you're going to be my future sister in law!?". Kemal starts furiously shaking Emma's hand saying "I'm Kemal Bogan! Nice to meet you!".
  As Kemal wildly shakes Emma's hand, her arm seems to go limp as she nervously laughs. "I-I'm Emma Frey~" Emma says nervously. 
  "This. Is. Hilarious" Jackson says. 
  "Can you stop?" Wyatt asks. "You're making her nervous!".
  "Oh!" Kemal says as he comes to a sudden stop. "Sorry...".
  "I-it's f-fine..." Emma says. Emma then thinks about the words Kemal said, "Future sister in law" and laughs nervously again. 
  "This room is kinda cramped, ain't it?" Kemal asks.
  "Gee, I wonder why" Jackson says. "Couldn't be the fact that it was designed to only hold two people at a time, yet here we are with five people...".
  "Is there anyone else I should meet?" Kemal asks. 
  "Oh yeah!" Darren says. "Wyatt actually has a bunch of friends now!".
  "Really?" Kemal asks. 
  "I know, it's surprising isn't it?" Darren asks. "He was always so quiet and awkward when we were all just little kids!".
  "Can I meet them, Wyatt?" Kemal asks. 
  "No!" Wyatt says. "Please, no! You're already making things awkward enough! Just... slow down for a minute, will ya?".

  "Hey, it's of no consequence to me" Kemal says. "You do you".

  Wyatt take a sigh of relief and says "It's good to hear that mom and dad are doing fine though. At least I don't have to worry about trying to support them after college now".
  "Yeah" Kemal says. "Probably the most freedom we've ever had in our lives, to be honest".
  "Maybe I can actually look for other career opportunities now..." Wyatt says. 
  "You mean... like Matilda's suggestion of being a teacher?" Emma asks. 
  "Yeah" Wyatt says, "maybe I should look into that after all. I was worried about getting into a job that was too far from home, because I was sure mom and dad would need my help by the time I graduated".
  "Yeah" Kemal says, "but now that they're finally getting the support they need from their own jobs, we probably don't have to do that after all. In fact, mom is the one who paid for me to come see you. Which reminds me, she also wanted to me pass on a message to you".
  "A message?" Wyatt asks. 
  "She says good luck" Kemal says, "and that she wants you to stay and school and not worry about her or dad".
  "Can you pass on a message from me when you get back?" Wyatt asks. 
  "Like what?" Kemal asks. 
  "Tell then I said thanks" Wyatt says. 
  "Screw that sappy stuff!" Kemal says, "I'm telling them about your girlfriend! Bwa-ha ha ha ha!".
  "Wait!" Wyatt says, "please don't! Dad will-".
  "Dad won't do anything" Kemal says. "He may have his dumb irrational fears, but you know mom and dad worry most about us. If it's someone you can trust, I'm sure dad'll put his stupid fear aside".
  "Fear?" Emma asks.
  "Our dad doesn't exactly like laibah" Kemal says. "But I'm sure he'll make an exception for you. After all, Wyatt's never had a girlfriend before!". 
  Kemal starts laughing loudly and Wyatt says "Can you please stop making everything more awkward!?".
  "But seriously" Kemal says to Emma, "don't worry about what that old man would think. I won't tell him about you".
  "Thanks" Wyatt says. 
  "I'll make Wyatt do that himself!" Kemal says. 
  "You-" Wyatt says. 
  "But" Kemal interrupts, "I'm sure the old man would be fine with you. He'll put aside his prejudice since you're someone Wyatt is close to".
  "And if he doesn't?" Jackson asks. 
  "He'll have to" Kemal says. "Otherwise, our mother will beat him into submission until he does".
  "W-What is your mom like!?" Emma asks. 
  "She's pretty soft hearted, really" Kemal says.
  "D-does she hate laibah?" Emma asks. 
  "No" Kemal says. "You'd probably enjoy meeting her, actually".
  "M-meeting them!?" Emma asks. 
  "Uh-oh, you're making her nervous again" Darren says. 
  "I wish I had a video camera" Jackson says. "This is the funniest thing I've seen all week".
  "Can we maybe stop?" Wyatt asks. "Let's not worry about anyone meeting anybody's parents!".
  "I-I... don't think I'd mind meeting your parents some day" Emma says nervously. 
  "See?" Kemal says, "she's fine with it!".
  "You're an enabler, aren't you?" Jackson asks. 
  "So... what makes you think dad would change his mind for Emma?" Wyatt asks. 
  "Oh... right" Kemal says. "I never told dad about Darren being a laibah, but I did tell mom a long time ago. Turns out she told dad almost immediately and he's known about it all along. However, dad never really got angry. He did tell me that involving myself with too many laibah would drag me into trouble like it did with Darren, but all that trouble wasn't Darren's fault. He knows we get along with laibah well, and he doesn't hate it. He's just constantly worried that we're getting into fights".
  "And if he knew Wyatt was dating one?" Jackson asks. 
  "Yeah..." Kemal says, "I always thought he'd get so mad about us being friends with laibah, that he'd probably pop a vein. However, he's surprisingly okay with it. I'm sure as long as Wyatt stays out of trouble, he won't have any problems with accepting Emma".
  "See?" Darren says, "you're practically all set up then! There won't be any issues if you two get married!".
  "M-m-married!?" Emma panics. 
  "Pfft- HA HA HA HA HA!" Jackson laughs out loud. "Man, this is really helping me cheer up!".
  "Are you scared of marriage?" Kemal teases Emma. 
  "N-no! I-" Emma says. "I can... I mean- I'm fine if- ah, uh...".
  "I think you broke her..." Jackson says. 
  "Whoops..." Kemal says. "Were we not supposed to talk about that yet?".
  Wyatt sighs and says "You've pretty much already talked about everything I'd rather not bring up all at the same time...".
  "Well, better out than in, I always say" Kemal says. 
  "Pfft- HA HA HA HA HA!!" Jackson laughs even harder. "BETTER OUT THAN IN! ISN'T THAT SUPPOSED TO BE AN EXCUSE FOR A FART!?".
  "Is it?" Kemal asks. "I mean, honesty is important".
  "It's official" Jackson says as he slowly stops laughing, "you're idiots".
  Now Kemal makes a finger gun gesture at Jackson and says "That's pretty mean".
  "I like you guys" Jackson says. "You say some silly stuff, AND you embarrass both Emma and Wyatt. This is quite the show!".
  "Aw, that's nice" Darren says. "We get his approval!".
  "Doesn't seem like much of an approval" Kemal says, "but I'll take what I can get".
  "You guys are an absolute riot..." Jackson says.

  In a world shared between humans and laibah, there's a lot of turmoil between the two. I got in my car and drove the two hours to my college campus.

It was the day before the beginning of sophomore year. We all come a day early to get settled in again.

As I got out of the car, I was knocked over.

"It was your fault." The guy shrugged. He then extended his hand to help me up. Huh, maybe he did have manners.

"Thanks." I muttered.

"Whatever." He said and walked off.

I scoffed. "Asshole." I said under my breath.

I walked over to my car to grab the stuff I brought to my mom's over the summer.

I didn't own much, and I didn't bring much either, so it was easy to carry. I had a basket full of my clothes and a box with makeup and hair supplies along with my laptop, earbuds, and laptop and phone charger. Also, my purse.

I walked to my dorm and was greeted by a "do not disturb" sign on my door.

"What the hell?" I whispered.

I turned the doorknob and it was locked. I fished my keys out of my over the shoulder purse and put the key in. As I walked in, I was shocked to see a naked male having sex with a woman.

"Oh god." I said loud enough for them to hear me.

The girl shrieked. "Who are you?!" she said.

"No, the question is, who the hell are you? This is my dorm, hence the one bed. I paid extra for that." I said.

I looked around to see things that weren't mine laying around.

"Uh, no. This is my room." She said.

"Oh really? That's why my mini fridge is sitting in the corner, and my stuff is in the bathroom? And why my keys worked?" I said, getting really irritated.

I saw movement on the side to see the guy situating himself. As I looked at his face, I realized it was the guy who trampled me in the parking lot about 15 minutes ago. Well, he sure moves fast.

"Oh for god's sake, cover yourself up." I threw him a pillow from my love seat. They weren't in my bed, thank the lord. They were on my couch. They were for sure paying to get that cleaned.

"So wait," the girl started, "This isn't 125D?" 

"No, this is 125C." I said. 

"Oh." The girl dumbly stated.

"So which one of you is paying to clean the sex juice off of my couch?" I asked, irritation lacing every word.

"Why would we do that?" The girl asks while putting her shirt back on.

"Because I can file a breaking and entering complaint and get you expelled before the school year even starts." I said simply.

The girl now looked worried.

"You don't even know my name." she said putting her hand on her hip.

"Attitude doesn't get you anywhere, sweetie. But, anyway, I have ways of finding out." I stated flatly.

"Oh, whatever. I will." The guy piped up. "I'll book it, and they'll clean your couch while you're in class tomorrow." 

"Good. Thank you..." I trailed off, implying for him to say his name.

"Malach." (A/N: pronounced mal-ek) he said. He held out his hand for me to shake, but I didn't take it. He then realized why; after all, I did just catch him having sex in my room.

"Unique name." I commented.

"Thanks." he muttered.

"I know you're not hitting on my man right in front of me." The girl stepped in.


"If you think that's flirting, then you must be actually stupid." I commented.

Malach snickered.

"Babe, why are you laughing?" she asked, trying to be innocent.

"Okay, first of all, Kate, I'm not  your man. And never will be to someone like you. I literally met you two weeks ago. . Second, I only had sex with you because you were all too willing. But we will never be a thing."

This time, I was the one laughing.

"Oh, this is better than reality tv. I could use some popcorn." I said, still laughing. "Also, he just said your name. So, I guess I won't have to do any digging."

"But..you said that if one of us pays for your couch, then you wouldn't draw a complaint." Kate said.

"That doesn't mean I won't look for any dirt," I shrugged, "So, can you get out of my room now, Kate? And grab all of your things." I said, stepping forward to intimidate her a little.

She looked like she was going to cry, and nodded.

After she was gone, I noticed that Malach was still here and fully dressed...and staring at me.

"Can I help you?" I asked

"I don't know, can you? You kind of just ruined the field day I was having." he stated.

Man, I really didn't like him.

"Oh god, perv." I scrunched up my nose in disgust.

He shrugged, then plopped down on my love seat.

"Oh come on! First you break into my room-"

"To be fair, the door was unlocked." he stated.

Shit.

"Let me finish," I said, "and you plop on my love seat like you own the place, which you don't. I don't know where your ass has been! For all I know, you're carrying STDs! Second, all I want to do is leave the room and go shopping for my fridge and stock up- oh that's not even important. Please, can you just leave?" I exclaimed, exasperated.

"Why?" he asked.

"I. Just. Told. You." I said through clenched teeth.

"Whatever." He said and started to walk out.

"You better get someone to clean the love seat too!" I called after him.

"Whatever." he said.

That must be his freaking catchphrase or something.

I went over to my bed where I put my stuff and started to put everything away. The standard makeup in the bathroom, clothes in the closet sort of thing

"Okay." I sighed when I finished.

I checked my phone for the time, and it read 7:00.

I was hoping to get to bed by 11:00, so I hurried to my car to go to the store.

After I was done, I walked back to my car.

As I was driving back to campus, I had a feeling I was being followed. Since I knew these streets pretty well, I took a different turn. Sure enough, the black dodge behind me followed. I took another turn, and another after that, making a circle. The car still followed.

"Are you serious?" I groaned. I just wanted to put the stuff away and sleep.

I pulled over around an alleyway.

I got out of the car and stalked toward the car.

I knocked on the window and quoted a vine: "Open the fuck up." and crossed my arms just like in the video.

Man, I've always wanted to do that.

The window rolls down and an unfamiliar face appears. He was handsome and looked to be about 25.

I spoke first. "Why are you following me?" I asked.

"My boss told me to."

"Who's your boss?"

"Can't say ma'am."

I groaned again. "Are you here to help or hurt me?"

"Help." was his answer.

"Hm. You already know where I live, don't you." 

He nodded.

"Then, come to my dorm and help me carry in groceries." I spoke.

The man looked shocked.

"What if I were lying and are here to hurt you?" he asked.

"You would of done it already." I shrugged.

He took out a knife.

"Really? Come on, man, I just want to get home and sleep." I groaned.

His eyes widened.

"You're really not afraid, are you?" he asked.

"Uh, no?" I said.

"The boss was right about you." he muttered more to himself and put the knife away.

"Look, I'm gonna go. Try to be inconspicuous next time. It was easy to tell you were following me. K, bye!" I yelled over my shoulder.

I got in my car and went home.

After I put the stuff away, I checked my phone.

First the time, 10:44. Then my messages.

Why won't you talk to me? It read.

He really needs to stop texting and calling me.

Stop texting me, and go to hell.  Was my response.

I sighed and decided to go to bed. Hopefully my first day will be uneventful.
