     Tatsuya after reading what was written in that book drops the book in shock and says-

"Why did this person in this script say, 'but I almost got sucked up in the lake'? It just doesn't make sense."
"Ah…" says Sylvie as she realises that she had missed something important in that script.
 
     Sylvie turns around and says-
"You know what? You should become my assistant."
"And what would I get out of that?"
"Nothing much other than an archaeologist's dream."
"Not interested. I'm having more fun in getting strong and having more knowledge right now."
"You need knowledge, right? Then just study archaeology under me."
"Like I said, I need knowledge. Not of the past only. I need knowledge of everything."
"Fine, then. If you ever have a change of heart just come see me."
"That is if I have a change of heart."
"Yes. Yes. I got it." Says Sylvie and finishes noting down the inscriptions in her book since she couldn't decipher it completely.
"So you couldn't decipher it?"
"Well, I'm sorry I couldn't."
"Not a problem. You have all the time in the world after all."
"Let's head back before they make a big deal out of it."
 
      The both of them head back to the camp and see Sieg and Elm taking a nice nap.
"Those idiots can't even do a job given to them…!"
"Leave it now. They must be exhausted as well. I mean we long lost the count on what floor we are on."
"Hmph. But still. These guys won't grow up otherwise."
"Ha. And you're one to say that!"
"Wha… Why are you laughing?!"
"I'm not laughing. I'm just…" and then suddenly Tatsuya's body goes numb and his heartbeat reverberates in his body. He falls down senseless unable to move or think.
 
     Sylvie was walking and talking in front of him and on hearing a thud she looks behind-
"Hm… Tatsuya…?" she says and runs to his side and tries to wake him up. As he was unable to talk or get up, she calls out to Elm and Kirio and they get up immediately after hearing her voice.
"Yes! We're awake."
"We never slept! We were properly guarding this camp!"
"I don't care about that! Come and help me pick up Tatsuya! He just fell and isn't moving or talking!"
"Is it a monster?!"
"No! There aren't any! Come and help me!"
 
'I can't think straight… What happened to my body? Think about it.' Says Tatsuya to himself but closes his eyes before he could think about anything.
 
     Tatsuya opens his eyes to find himself back in Tokyo, Japan in his apartment.
"This has got to be some kind of mistake."

     He walks around in his apartment to see if it really wasn't a dream. Then he calls out to Berith-
"Oye~. Berith~. This is a joke, right?" but he doesn't get any replies.
"No… No way. If that was all a dream, then does It mean I never got reincarnated?"
 
     Suddenly his door opens and he hears a voice.
"I'm home~."
 
     Tatsuya looking confused goes to the door to find Aoi Amano standing at the door with groceries.
"What's wrong? You didn't sleep much?"
"Uh… No I… Why are you here?"
"Oh… You forgot already?"
"Hm?"
"We're dating now, right?" says Aoi while blushing.
 
     Tatsuya's knees lose strength and he sits on the ground while laughing and crying at the same time, he covers his eyes and says-
"Why wasn't it just a dream?"
"T-Tatsuya? What's wrong?" says Aoi as she drops the groceries she was holding and goes running to Tatsuya.
 
"I see. So, it did happen." Says Tatsuya while laughing.
"Tatsuya? Are you alright?"
"Yes. I am. Also, I love…" and just when he was about to complete his sentence he blinks and finds himself behind the school confessing to Aoi.
"…you. Please go out with me!" and he bows.
 
     Tatsuya after a second realises what had happened and looks terrified. He gets up and looks at his hands and thinks to himself-
'H-huh?! Why am I back here? What is going on?!'
"Huh… You really thought I would go out with you? Just because I was nice to you doesn't mean…"
 
     Tatsuya had lost his sense of reasoning and his sanity after the next event that happened. When Aoi was about to continue he found himself in front of the truck that almost killed him. The truck hits him and sends him flying away.
This time all of his body was damaged very severely. His vocal cords were broken and most of his body didn't function.
'This has to be a dream. This has to. Then, why does it hurt so much?' and tears flow down his eyes in his handicapped state. He closes his eyes once more and finds himself in a white room just like the one he was in after he died. 
     He looks at the room and a familiar voice comes from behind him.
"Oh! It's the genius boy! Welcome. Looks like you've been through a lot." Says the familiar voice and the person keeps snacks and tea in front of him on the table and sits down on the ground.
 
     Tatsuya builds up all the strength he could and says very softly-
"K-K-Kami~?"

"Yes! That's who I am. You look terrible. Go on. Have some snacks."
"…"
"I just finished an S- rank quest and let me tell you… IT WAS SO TOUGH! What were the creators of this game thinking?!" says God while eating the snacks.

"You haven't died… Don't worry. This is a trial and it looks like you couldn't pass it this time." Says God while looking at Tatsuya with gentle eyes.
 
     Tatsuya's hair was a mess. His eyes looked like they were dead. His entire body looked like that of an old man. His face shrivelled and all he could do was see. He had gone insane.
"You barely cleared one of the trials… and this is the state you're in. Well, you've got to overcome your past. That will be your next trial. If you have anything to ask me then go ahead. Not that you can…"
 
     Tatsuya moves his mouth to speak but no words come out.
"Maybe next time. Next time we'll have a proper conversation. That is once you've overcome your past, boy." Says God and when Tatsuya blinks once again he finds himself in the dungeon with Sylvie, Elm and Kirio standing in front of him-
"He's finally awake!"
"Man, you gave me the fright!"
"Yeah, no kidding. You're a part of our team so we can't afford losing you."
"Tatsuya? Are you okay?" asks Sylvie out of concern but Tatsuya doesn't answer and just moves his mouth.
 
"Hey, Syl-nee… I don't think he's alive…"
"Shut up! He's alive and breathing! I can prove it to you!" says Sylvie while keeping her ear on his chest and hearing his heart beat.
 
     Kirio pulls her away and says-
"Face reality! Something happened to Tatsuya and he's not living anymore! He's just a moving corpse!"
 
     Sylvie then remembers that she had to look for the book on demonology and starts to find the book in her bag.
"Maybe! Just maybe I can find an answer as to what happened to him in one of these books! What was the demon's name again?"
"Boreas?"
"Belly?"
"What is wrong with you, meathead?! You just ate a lot now, didn't you?!"
"S-shut up! I just didn't eat my fill."
 
     Sylvie takes out the book from her bag and starts to search in the column with the names of demons starting with the letter 'B'.
"B… B… Berith! Found it!"
 
     Elm and Kirio sit next to Tatsuya and hear out Sylvie reading the text in the book related to Berith.
"You both. I can't even imagine what Tatsuya did to form a contract with this demon."
"Why though, Syl-nee?"
"Just this one word can make you fear Tatsuya…"
"Syl-nee… Fear him? He's such a good guy though."
"There's nothing to get scared of Syl."
"… Berith, one of the commanders of the great demon Asmodeus and a duke of the hell society was sealed away in the Pandora's box several 100 years ago…"

I realized my experiences for the past few month have being from one mysterious encounter to the other, such that I am now trying to readjust my thought to accept all the happenings in my life as normal. 

Acceptance is what guarantees normality, because what you have not accepted cannot be normal to you. 

Nevertheless, these experiences were all weird, and I wish I could live a normal life like every other person. Am I an alien? I asked this question to myself after leaving the class this fateful day. I have read before now a published article about some scholars who are archaeologists that started a research in China after my lecture seminar in Watchdog University. Their research was to unearth a long buried secret contained in a treasure box. The decided to go on research in search of this ancient treasure after getting clue that it may be in the Dead Sea. I realized the publication talks about the theme “Divine Unearthing the Truth about A – Z”, which was one of the subject I discussed in Watchdog University. 

I could not believe it when I saw it; however, I had no option than to believe, when I saw a picture of me while on the podium in Watchdog University giving lecture. The writer of the article quoted some of the things I sad in the course of the lecture. One of the quote states, “There will be an unearthing of a secret that will change the entire orientation of our knowledge of how we interpret realities based on English language.” 

There were five archaeologists who were scholars in their individual field of archaeology, renowned for the world mind blowing discoveries of ancient artefacts, like Noah’s Ark and the remain of Goliath. They were able to discover a mysterious sealed treasure box made up of gold from the Dead Sea. They could not access the content of the treasure box. The box has a security code that needs a cipher to be able to decipher the cryptic texts to open the box. The box had a tab-like teethe to enter letters or numbers of the code. To unlock the box, an experience cipher must have to break the code. 

Some renowned world ciphers was connected, who came and tried, but could not unlocked the treasure box. This lead to contacting Dan Brown, who was able to decipher a password after several failed attempts. The word he was able to decipher was “DIVINE ORIGN”. 

When the archaeologists entered the password provided by Dan Brown after he had defile some codes, a chipping sound was coming from the box. It was as the box was opening. Nevertheless, a tiny compartment on the treasure box flipped opened. Right in that compartment was a parchment of tiny scroll with written texts, which reads, “The greatest secret of all ages is not with Sages and Magus. The secret is in the heart knowledge. Access into the dark is with Divine. Divine alone have the key to the origin and the key is with his heart, not the Vikings.” 

When the archaeologists read this, they typed on the search engine of the browser of their electronic device “Divine Origin” and found out that the search result presented my lecture seminar in Watchdog University. They watched and listened to some of the video clips, and realize, I spoke about “Divine Origin” and “The key to the greatest secret of all ages”. It was with this finding that they decided to contact me via paper mail. 

I actually had a feeling of something coming my way, but could not place exactly what is. When I sat on my chair and opened the mail I received from the secretary of my management, I observed the seal and realized the seal have something like a tiny stripe. The stripe was more as a chip, right on the spot of the seal with the symbol of heart run through with an arrow. 

 I started reading the letter and was able to find out the contents. The letter reveals an invitation to attempt unlocking a treasure box that all who have tried to open it, failed. The letter explained that the key to unlocking the treasure box is in Divine’s heart. For that reason, they have contacted me, after reading and watching on YouTube some clips revealing my mystery solving abilities and my lecture seminar in Watchdog University. 

From the mail, I was able to discover that I will have travel China where they secure the treasure box in a chamber built with an impenetrable vault, close to a mountain, new the Yangtze River. When I read the letter, I had mix feelings, because I remembered that I am one of the key facilitator in the Nairegin International Film Festival, which comes up in three days’ time. In addition, the management has made all arrangement and have even paid in some huge amount of money into my account. When I saw the digit, my heart skipped. I have to make a choice, a very difficult choice at that. It is either I forfeit travelling to China if must attend the film festival or disappoint the management of my office, by travelling to China to attempt unlocking the treasure box. However, something deep down inside of my heart was compelling me to go to China, that I am the key to opening the treasure box and the revealing of the secret kept in the box, will lead to a paradigm shift in our knowledge of realities. This implies, I stand the chance of losing my job. 

The decision was a very hard one for me. Nevertheless, I have a very short time that is three days to the festival and one day to be in China. All arrangement for the film festival has being finished, with all media outlets announcing the grand breaking event, with high publicity on the social media outlets. Interestingly, my picture was everywhere making round the Internet and all social media platform as the key facilitator. 

My author page on Facebook, immediately took a giant leap from 500 likes, to 30 million likes and over 6 million followers and comments were trooping in like flood from home and abroad. The world was anticipating hearing me speak again in the course of the festival. 

I had a feeling that if I must make it to China, then, I will not have to communicate my intention to the management of my office, not even my wife should know this. I decided to keep this a secret and go for this adventure. I was lost in a state of uncertainty to make this hard decision. 

I finally decided to act on based on my emotions and feelings, but on decision and choice, ready to face the consequence. It has always being my dream to solve mysteries, which I have been doing right from the cradle and that what makes me feel fulfill, not even my job. I saw this as a lifetime opportunity and did not want to miss it at all, since I have always dreamt of this. Nevertheless, I did not know it way come this way. I resolve and dissolved my fears in my heart to let go my official assignment to pursue my dream, since I did not go after it, but it came after me. I had this strong believe, that every other thing will wait for me, even time. I could not explain what made me to think this way, however, the compelling force, seem to be something that can stop time and defile the order of space. Hmmm! This sound crazy, however, I did not even consider it as an idea, I saw it as reality, how? I did not know… 

I will not make the mistake of refusing my dream opportunity even if I have nothing to gain. I consider fulfilment more than any financial gain and this is what I have always dreamt of that my mystery solving ability will lead me to revealing the greatest secret ever kept. Life is an adventure; you cannot reach you future, if you cannot venture into the vortex of the current flood of opportunity that may take you beyond the confines of your thought reach.

"Please let me go!" I whispered with hot tears streaming down the sides of my cheeks. "I won't get tell anyone about this if you let me go!" 

Lexie's eyes were shut so tightly but it wouldn't stop the crying. Wishing so badly that if she opened them, this could be a dream. Or rather, a terrible nightmare. 

But alas. This was no dream. She was sitting against the wall in some cabin deep within the woods. The room was large and had a bed and bathroom within, but there were no windows. There was no way out.

What did this man want?

"Don't you get it..I can't." The deep masculine voice responded.

I heard him sigh and I could hear his footsteps approaching me. I look at him but not for too long. His eyes are hypnotizing and I know I can't allow myself to fall prey to him in my vulnerable state.

"When you cry my sweet, it hurts me too. Tell me what I can do to stop these tears?" His voice is pleading with me. The fact that he is trying to comfort me makes me sick inside.

All of a sudden I felt his warm lips on my cheeks kissing away my tears. I can't help but push the figure away. His action has only filled me with rage!

"I'll stop crying if you let me go!" I screamed glaring into his beautiful gold eyes. 

He then looks at me with an emotion I can't make out. He then puts back on his expressionless face before I can decipher his thoughts.
