after they eat and told some crappy scary stories, that somehow managed to scare Ruby (even tough they s*cked) the group finally agreed to go, to sleep...well Lucifer didnt go to sleep, he didnt need it so he just sat some distance away and kept one of the ball of lights to help him read.

he could feel that a certain Cat girl (Blake) was not sleeping but he ignored it and kept on reading. he found himself completely detached from the world, as the book took all his focus...he liked it, the plot was interesting and the characters were well made (A/N:so the complete opposite of my stories xD) but he got to admit that the red head was quite annoying, some times...the hero of the story was likable but the fact that he survived only by luck most of the time was a little irritating...the character he liked the most was one of the main characters. a certain girl with brown bushy hair, she was quick-witted, always wanted to learn more, and most importantly...SHE LIKED BOOKS!!!

he appreciated her thirst for knowledge as he himself loved to study magecraft.

he said and raised the hand that was holding the book in. Blake nodded her head in understanding, she too had a similar reaction with a certain book, she then laid down again

while Lucifer was busy getting depressed at the fact that he most likely wait a LONG time before he gets to visit a world that is based on one of this book, he suddenly felt someone taping him on the shoulder and saw that it was the Blake who was now sitting beside him

Blake: I can't sleep, can i read with you?

He nodded his head and, she rested her head on Lucifer shoulder while looking at book and started reading

Lucifer: tell me when to get to the next page

she nodded, and they both spend the next hour reading, every time Blake was done she would use her arm to pat him on the shoulder telling him that he was done

but what Lucifer found amusing was the fact that Blake was squirming and her breath was slowly but surely becoming more and more unstable...he knew what was happening since he read a book about faunus biology, and to be honest it was funny seeing the kitty to struggle so much

Lucifer: so how much longer will you be able to resist?

a playful smile was now present on Lucifer face, he honestly was trying his best to stop but the situation was too funny for him

Blake: ...

Lucifer: so that's why you couldn't sleep, am i right?

Blake: c-can you help me?

That came out of nowhere! To say that Lucifer was surprised was an understatement...

When he said that Blake suddenly found the sand more interesting, and Lucifer seeing her reaction quickly connected the dots

he stood up and took Blake bridal-style making the poor girl blush even more, he then started to walk away and stopped once they were far enough for the rest of the group to not hear them

she said while panting. Well Lucifer being the gentleman he is, didnt want to make a lady wait, so he complied and soon both of their voices could be heard moaning in pleasure

this novel right now is nothing but me trying to see if i can write a "serious" novel and me trying my best to show Lucifer character (and i dont think i am doing a good job, but hey I'm trying!)

but anyway, when Lucifer will end him mission in RWBY world the novel will truly start! and my question is

just think about it! Lucifer while on his journey to find himself, becomes a teacher and helps his students to find themself! i think it would be interesting and definitely a good challenge for me to write something like this! of course that does not mean that he will be a mentor/teacher in every world he visit, but in most of them

Here it is! The special lore chapter, even though it doesn't really have any lore in it and is more an explanation chapter about the series and how it came to be, as well as interesting facts about the characters. But no spoilers.
Also, the title for this chapter is a pun.
Replace the 'L' in lore with 'B'. That's this entire chapter in a nutshell. 
Also, I, Tyminator the Author, will be represented by basic text.

Chapter 3: The Infinite Soul: I have the most words in the entire book so far! (4000+)
Chapter 6: A Mind Shrouded In Darkness (Part One): I'm about to end this man's whole career (6000+)
Fun fact: When I wrote The Infinite Soul, it was almost midnight, on a Friday. I was trying to get it finished before midnight so that I would be able to technically post it on a Friday.

So first up, here's the whole character deal. All the original Undertale characters are owned by Toby Fox. This includes: Alphys; Asgore; Asriel; Chara; Frisk; Mettaton; Papyrus; Sans; Toriel and Undyne, to name a few.  
W.D Gaster is also owned by Toby Fox. His last name was a fun little thing that I just put in. Lucida is not owned by Toby Fox and is an Original Character. However, she's a common Undertale OC and appears in a lot of fanfiction as Sans and Papyrus's mother. The same is more or less true in 'A SkeleTON of Mystery'.

Meaning that it's a terrible title.

You try and come up with a better title. Anyways, a bit of backstory on it. So for my first readers, you might recall that the original title for the story was 'Humans and Monsters'. That was never meant to stay. It was just a placeholder until I came up with a better title. I did, one night when I was sleeping. That title...
Was not this one. That's because I didn't realise the idea I just had and went back to sleep. The next morning, I had forgotten it. That made me very frustrated because I didn't want to be stuck with that lame title of 'Humans and Monsters'. That implies that the story is about how monsters adjust to the surface world or about the lives of humans and monsters before the war.

You know, that doesn't sound like a bad plot for a story.

Anyways, a few days later, I was sleeping again when a title came to me. That title...
Is this one. I basically wrote that on the back of cardboard so that I wouldn't forget. Then on my phone. And as you know, it became the official title for the story. And I love it. And always will. From the start, to the end.

Oh, right! Well, the last chapter had 'Part One' for a reason. You see, the next few chapters |excluding this one| will be part of a mini arc: A Mind Shrouded in Darkness, the mini arc about the memories of Sans and his past, as well as how the monster family react to them. And trust me, the things they find? Unexpected and definitely not used before. I hope.

The other OC I created is Myriad, also known as The Infinite Soul. Now, I can reveal a bit more about him. Myriad originally was never meant to appear so early in the story. However, while I was writing Chapter Five, Revelations, I had to figure out how Sans would tell the others. 
Then I had an idea. What if it wasn't Sans who revealed everything, but rather someone else who knew him well? Thus, the current Myriad was born.

And it was a good idea. After all, I am amazing.

Debatable. Very debatable

Myriad was originally going to be like the guardian type, secretive, and giving answers in confusing ways. That was scrapped. Myriad became the egotistical type, always boasting. However, she would also want to help the others, because she alone knows the burden that Sans has to carry, and his twisted, painful past. She cared for him, like a best friend, even a sibling, and wanted to help.

See? So I played around with that. That version panned out well in my head. Then I got a little more creative, and included the 'Fourth Debates'. It's what I call the fun verbal battles between Myriad and I. Those will be common in the next few chapters. Probably

Funny story. We first actually knew each other from a message thread. 
How'd you do that?

Basically, there's an Undertale fanfiction story called "Life can't be RESET". There was a random comment about Groundhog Day. Lunar and two others, one called Hestia2005 and the other called Aminabeen started this thread about Lunar and Hestia burning Groundhog Day. Lunar then wants to burn down the story's Fourth Wall, but Hestia tries to prevent her. She still does, and runs with Amina. When I found it, I decided to play along, and went after Lunar. The rest was a funny and ridiculous 'choose-your-own' chain. At that point, we both followed each other and have become virtual friends.

That's... stupid.

It will also update as the story progresses and new bits of information are revealed. It'll be its own book and will have extensive knowledge about the characters, as well as personal touches for some of them.

Wait, I've got something! So, some stories have Q & A sessions with the characters in the books. The audience can ask anything, and it won't be remembered in the actual story! Plus, it makes for a whole lot of good fun!

Tok... tok... tok... tok... Watching the clock as the teacher talks about history, and how people were treated so badly. Now that I think about it, why am I still coming to class... It's not like I'm learning anything new. I'm top student, haven't missed a class in my life... Since I was young my mother taught me years beyond my age. Schools boring. I'd rather learn from my mother. Why. why. Why. why. I have no friends but foe. Kris has been getting more extreme. hah. Well extreme in his book. Extreme to him is pushing me just enough to ALMOST end up on the floor. It dosn't hurt, but it is a pain. The only extreme thing he's done is push me down the school stairs, well- at least... At least I think he pushed me. It almost seemed he grabbed me just before I fell to my broken arm ( Was it a broken arm or leg... 🤔 ) But... The face he made... What was it... Why. why. why- Why couldn't I tell the emotion in his face. He was so predictable. He couldn't hide his emotions even if he tried. SO WHY?! why... Why did he stop being my... He was my only friend and I was his. Why... Why do you have to be such a-

My name's strange to actually, who name's there child gale. Everyone in class pronounces it as Gay-le as a joke. It's not even that funny... Actually this reminds me of a comic book I use to read, what was it called...? Ah ha! Mega millions! Ahh yes the classic sports manga, where the main character always wins the game- unless it's like there first one in the book, they usually loose the first one. Basically all the characters names were so weird, CATicus, Uyme, e0o, yeah I don't even know what weird is at this point. Me and Kris use to laugh everytime we saw there names- oh. Aha riight. You see, like I said me and Kris use to be friends and- aha- well it's pretty funny, Kris use to be a total bookie, He'd read even more then me, which at the time I thought was impossible. Everytime a new manga, comic or book came out he'd come running to my desk in the morning, so early that we could talk for an hour before class started. Haha... ah... Yeah there was this one time- when I had bought mega millions the day it came out, to surprise him, maaan did I want to see his reaction. I had it all planned out, we were going to go to his house after school, I'd tell him that the book had sold out, and BAM! I'd whip out my new mega millions volume 1!! But... I never got to see his reaction. Never. Some kids beat me up. ripped up the book and- After kris never talked to me again. I really... Why? Why. why. why. why. why. why. WHY?! I hate kris... I miss him.

Have no idea why it says 'female leading', what does that even mean? Anyway gales a guy, wait do I say that in the story? Well there all guys, I forgot to make a girl, oh wait! Yuki! POSITIVE REVIEW :

I must admit to not expecting too much when I started reading this. It felt like it would be your standard transmigration novel. And it certainly is in most ways. There's a cheat ability of some kind given the MC, there are tons of people who underestimate him and use any chance to belittle him, etc.
However, what I find sets it apart is its humor, the attitude of the protagonist and the side characters. The people that spout nonsense at him are very quickly subdued, usually in very funny ways. Most of them usually quickly understand that he is better than what they assumed and go on to respect him (unless you are one of the more dense main "antagonists") for what he displays, rather than go on for chapter after chapter of chastising him without the MC revealing his hand.
Other novels of this kind I end up just quickly scrolling through chapters to get to the good part where the protagonist proceeds to the face-slapping. Library of Heaven's Path has lots of minor face-slapping incidents that build up to the BIG face-slapping incident that I just finished. It's glorious.

CRITICAL REVIEW :

Okay, this novel has good and bad points.

Good points:

Characters (at least initially) seem interesting

Having the protagonist as a teacher seems like a novel idea

A somewhat light tone and some comedic situations are peppered between the face-slapping contests

Translation was good

Bad points:

Characters are pretty shallow and fill very few types of stereotypes:
 The "you-dare?!" type of misfit who was born to oppose MC in every action
 The "hmmph!" snob woman whose beautiful complexion enchant everyone but MC
 Side characters who are despise the MC but as he opens his mouth then they become speechless
 Students who have been miraculously cured and now have their cultivations soaring the heavens

Stupid MC who has everyone jerking him off because oooh he's so good ahh so smart... But he has ZERO merits as his knowledge is obtained via a cheat. The worst part? He thinks he's the shit.

His teachings are stupid as his cultivation. There's no wisdom, it's like you're learning skills from a game's NPC. There's no development, no bad aspects, he just writes a book that makes his student become the shit. like he think he is.

When there isn't anyone jerking him off, then it's time for the face slapping. And the face slapping isn't as fun as Emperor's Domination as ED's MC at least put effort into his cultivations, share some wisdom and treasures to his followers but no, in this novel you'll see stupid people throwing their faces into MC's face. And the worst part is that everyone is so senseless stupid, I can't believe a society with only half-brained people can be formed like this. There is no common sense, no sense of politics or intrigue. No, my name is Misfit-48, you stepped on my toe, prepare to die! *gets destroyed*

Really, this is like the author read Martial World, Against the Gods, I'm really a Super Star, Ancient Strengthening Technique, Sovereign of the Three Realms and Anciently Godly Monarch, put them into a blender and put into a plate that was a school. I don't say this novel is worse, but it isn't any better than any of the previous mentioned ones.

As you can notice I wrote more about the bad points than the good ones. Well, that's because this isn't a very good novel. Read this while you're in the toilet cultivating.

 The Americans suffered another round of verbal violence and went back to their tents. Of course, Evelyn had her attention on that book in the professor’s hands the whole time. She lay down and faked going to sleep. The other people also went to sleep soon after. The players looked at each other, they all knew what was going to happen. Evelyn would steal the Book of the Dead and accidentally read it out, reviving Imhotep.

 Everyone was feeling contradicted. On one hand their mission was to eliminate Imhotep so they had to revive him first, but once he was revived, they had to face both the mummy and the other team. This feeling of knowing they were putting themselves in more danger yet they had no other choice was horrible.

 As time came to midnight. Evelyn sneaked toward the professor’s tent, took the book from his hand then sneaked back.

 “Do you know this is called stealing?” O’Connell muttered with his eyes closed.

 “But… you and my brother call this borrow.” Evelyn laughed. She took out the puzzle box from her bag and placed it against the book.

 O’Connell got up and asked curiously. “I thought the Book of Amun-Ra is gold colored… Never expected it to be black.”

 Evelyn shook her head. “The Book of Amun-Ra is gold colored but this isn’t it… This is the other book, I think it’s the Book of the Dead…”

 O’Connell became serious. “Book of the Dead? Then why are you playing with it?”

 Evelyn laughed. “It’s only a book. There’s no harm from reading a book…”

 Zheng suddenly said from closeby. “Then you must know how to read hieroglyphics. Tengyi, you also know how to read it right?”

 Both Evelyn and O’Connell were shocked. They immediately gestured Zheng to lower his voice then they heard Tengyi said. “If it’s reading the characters and understanding their meaning, then I know how to do it… as long as the characters aren’t too uncommon.”

 Evelyn roller her eyes. She flipped open the book. When she did so, a chill wind swept through them, flickering the bonefire.

 Evelyn didn’t pay much attention to it. She read in a low voice. “……….”

 Right as she finished, Zheng, Zero, and Yinkong immediately got up. They couldn’t calm down due to a sense of danger. This sensation was so strong it was making them anxious. One part of the danger came from below and the other part from the hills to the west.

 The old professor also woke up and shouted. “No, you can’t read them!”

 Zheng was the first to respond, he pulled out his knife and quickly climbed up a nearby pillar. He looked out to the west and could faintly made out a bunch of people standing on a hill. Yet due to limited vision at night, he couldn’t make out how many people were there.

 Pah!

 Zheng instinctively moved the knife in front of his face and a rock hit the dagger. The force coming from that rock numbed his arm a bit and he fell off the pillar.

 Luckily he reacted in time and kicked the pillar when he was still midair. He rolled on the ground when he landed, avoiding any injury.

 The rest of the camp also woke up but before they could ask what happened, they heard the sounds of insect wings flapping from afar. Several seconds later, they finally saw what made the noise. It was a group of countless locusts flying toward them. Just the sight of it was enough to give them goosebumps.

 O’Connell picked up Evelyn and followed everyone else into the tomb. Zheng was staring at the west, that sensation of danger was preventing him from even turning his head. Fortunately Jie and Zero saw it carried him into the tomb.

 Afar from Hamunaptra, that sensation slowly moved away…
