It is my first fanfic so I apologize in advance for the mistakes that might happen.

London, England 1991

Never imagining better, it grew dark as though it was going to rain, though no clouds have shown. Horses trotted past the town, kids were just heading in bed, and the lamps of light illuminated the streets. Expecting at the least, it did rain, shuddering down onto the small village. Darrah (DAR-uh) Gordor (GORE-durr), a young girl of eleven years old, just finished brushing her shoulder length, curly brown hair and headed to bed.  She looked up at the ceiling and sighed. The moonlight illuminated her fair skin, making it seem pure white. In 4 hours time, it was going to be her birthday, Darrah gulped. Time flew by quickly, it felt as if she were six one year ago. She turned around on her stomach and tapped the head board of her bed. If she heard correctly, a few voices of people were faint, Darrah perked up to the sound, looking out the window. 

"Look, I recieved a letter from one of the magic schools around the world." A  boy said loud enough for the person next to him to hear, but not loud enough for the whole entire town to hear. An umbrella was above his head and he was clutching onto a piece of parchment.  Another person, who looked to be the boy's big sister, looked down at him, was holding the umbrella.

"Let's go tell Mum and Dad, once we go home." She responded joyfully. "They'll be so happy to hear this!" 

Darrah flopped back down onto her bed. Picking up one of the books she had on her desk, she opened it up, her eyes wandering across the page. She wondered of she'd get into a magic school, she was silly to thought of it. She loved living here, though she'd love a new environment. Drifting into thoughts of sort, her eyes fluttered into sleep. Darrah's breathing became slow and her body went limp, only small snorings of sleep could be heard. 

None the less, a loud thump erupted in her room. Darrah sat up and looked around the room, no shadow in sight. Hearing the loud thunder of rain, she looked at the clock on her nightstand and it read: 3:50 AM. 

Remembering the loud noise that startled her awake she bellowed out, "Who's there?" She got out of bed, throwing the sheets off of her. Another thump invaded the small room and Darrah decided to dig under her bed to look for a bat. 

Holding it up, she exclaimed, "Please, come out! I don't want to hurt you!" Darrah stuttered in fear, her back against the wall. 

A pale brown owl, hovered in front of her, a scroll in its latch. Darrah, by this sudden surprise, put the bat down and took the wrinkled paper. Taking off, the owl flew away out the window, reading through the scroll, Darrah's eyes grew wide. "A Hogwarts letter?" She whispered, sitting down on her bed. She has heard many stories of Hogwarts: School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry, though she has never thought of going there. Kids would get chosen to attend seven years there, learning magic spells, potions, and others. Darrah never intended that she'd get chosen, though she's muggle-born and many would get judged for that blood type. Then that's when she remembered it was her birthday, her twelfth. Carefully slipping the scroll into her pocket, she decided to go see her mother, who was working in her at-home office.

Quietly opening her bedroom door, she made her way to ber mother's s quarters and knocked. Miss Gordor creaked open her door and looked down. 

"Darrah, why aren't you in bed?" She let her in the office and let her sit down. 

She took the scroll out of her pocket and put it on the table. Miss Gordor's eyes narrowed to read the parchment on her desk and her eyes popped in astonishment. "Darrah, this is good news. We'll set you up right away." She rolled up the scroll and noticed her daughter's plain face. "Now, what's wrong?" Confused, Miss Gordor put her hand on the smaller girl's shoulder. 

Darrah looked up at the her mother and shrugged. "What if I don't fit into Hogwarts? Like, what if I don't feel like I belong there?" 

Miss Gordor smiled reassuringly and let out, "Hogwarts is where you want to be. THIS is where you want to be." After hearing these worlds, Darrah half grinned and took the scroll and stuck it into her pocket. 

"Well then, the next morning you can go around the town for supplies. And happy birthday, love," Gordor opened the door, kissing her daughter on the head but motioned her to get back to bed.

Scurrying around the town, Darrah went in and out of shops, pawn stores, and other resources trying to gather the supplies she needed for Hogwarts. With the list in her hands, she crossed out everything she had already, but now all she needed was a wand and a pet. 

Looking through the names of all the stores, she finally hurried into one, closing the door behind her. Darrah made her way over to the store owner.  
"Good day, sir. Hope you doing fantastic! Anywho, I am here to request a wand for Hogwarts." She rushed her words and looked around. 

"Well, well. My name is Mr. Ollivander. " He replied grimly, taking out a velevet colored box. "Try some of these out. The wand will match with you based on its character."  Opening the box, there were many wands. Some shiny, some wooden, and others with sorts of colors. 

Darrah picked up a wand and raised an eyebrow. She looked at the Ollivander and just waved the wand from place to place, nothing coming out of it. "Why isn't anything coming out, aren't all wands supposed to some sort of magic like....'SUMMON FROGS'?!" Dramatically waving her wand around a few sparks lit up from the wand, blowing onto her face. Darrah waved her hand, trying to blow excess smoke away. 

Mr. Ollivander closed the box and put it back and replied dryly,  "That's an Elm wand, or more known as an Ulmus wand. 12 1/2 inches to be exact, really fascinating choice. If the wand shows some sort of magic, you are the wielder. That will be your wand during your course at Hogwarts, wands like yours suit muggle-borns." 

Darrah stuck the wand into the side of her big, brown mail bag pocket and nodded. "Thanks for the service." She was about to open the door, but stopped in her tracks. "Is there anyway where an owl, a cat or a toad could be located in this store?" She looked back at the store owner.

Hurling around a big cage with a Northern white-faced owl in it, Darrah made it to her stop. 

Platform 9 3/4. 

Before she headed off to the train station, she waved goodbye to her mother, aunts, and grandparents who were standing on the sidewalk.

"Darrah, don't forget to write to us once in a while'."
"Don't forget about me!"

She turned around and carried all her belongings to the black and red painted train. Sitting in an empty spot on the train, there was such a crowd full of people. Ranging from short to tall, posh to less experienced, and some returning students. Looking out the window, a kid slipped right next to her.

"Sorry, do you mind if I sit here?" He said, putting his hands together. 

Darrah turned from the window and shrugged off, "Yeah, I don't mind."

He set his belongings down and pulled out a cage, which in fact an owl was in. "I'm Cedric Diggory, you?" He took out his hand and smiled. Darrah already saw the young man in a Hogwarts uniform, a polished black and yellow tie tucked into his vest, those house colors indicated that he attended Hogwarts before. 

Darrah nodded and shook his hand lightly and pulled away. "I am Darrah, Darrah Gordor. I see that you're a returning Hogwarts student, if I'm right?"

"Nice to meet you, Darrah." Cedric bowed. "And yes, I am a previous Hogwarts student, and I will be in my third year for this semester-" Before he could finish, he was startled at the sudden shout of, "HARRY POTTER!"

A guy started waving his arms and jumping around, creating a commotion. "Harry Potter is on the Hogwarts Express you guys, he is ALIVE!" Everyone went silent, then started whispering to one another. Some voices started getting louder and some just erupted into howling.

"Harry Potter? Who's Harry Potter?" Darrah whispered and looked at Cedric confused. Out of all these eleven years of her life, she never stumbled across the name Potter in newspapers or articles online. Mostly knowing that she never liked to support in online rants or other enticing visual ideas. Cedric pursed his lips and widened his eyes. "You haven't heard about Harry Potter? Everyone rambles on about him."

Darrah looked at him annoyed. "Sorry, I don't like to participate in social abilities like these." 

Cedric returned to his normal expression and pulled out an old newspaper from his packing case and opened it up, putting it in between them. "Apparently, Harry Potter is the only one who survived what is known called as 'the killing curse'. Most notably calling Potter 'the boy who lived'. The killing curse is one of the most unforgivable curses and most dangerous, there isn't even, NOT even one countercurse for the spell." He finished, stuffing the newspaper into his trunk. Darrah shuddered at the fact of the killing curse, it seemed horrifying. She never heard of  unforgivable curses, it scared the lot of her. 

"Who is known for the killing curse anyway?" Darrah whispered in thought, hoping for an answer. 

Cedric looked around the train, hoping no one was going to hear him. He knew he shouldn't be saying the name but  with a brave voice he responded, "Well, he goes by the Dark Lord, but his name is...Voldemort."

Darrah Gordor, a muggle born, gets accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Not knowing why, she doesn't feel in place when going to Hogwarts.

A hero's unfortunate death. The birth of a villain who shall take the whole world by surprise. Will he fulfil his father's dream or give it one hell of a nightmare.

The sun rests so high up in the sky. Looking down from there, it seems peaceful. It's as if death didn't linger on the earth yesterday night. People who aren't involved still sleep and wake up in time and do their own thing.
 
They are all bystanders and could only watch from the side lines.

["... authorities are still working their best as the death toll continues to rise. 135 people were already confirmed death, 35 people were in critical condition..."]

The TV went out suddenly. The old man stood up, placing the remote on the coffee table and went on his way to do his usual walk.
 
Unknowingly, this series of action, though looks normal, already offended someone. At the side of the living room, the stairs going towards the rooms on the second floor lies a girl with short stature and a petite body sat leaning at the edge of the railings watching the news from the TV.
 
Her brown frown, looking at her grandpa. She knew that this old man is already old and doesn't have any sense towards his environment. And he really can't blame the old man for not noticing her. She didn't want to be noticed. That's why she just sat here and didn't go down entirely.
 
But she still can't help but feel dissatisfied.
 
She sat on the stairs, munching on a cookie.
 
"Tsk!" She clicked her tongue, and stood up, as finishing her cookies. She climbed the stairs and strode towards her room in haste.
 
She opened the door and immediately closed it. She rushed and jumped towards the bed with her arms spread out. She closed her eyes and felt the soft mattress as she calmed down her nerves.
 
She feels moody and she easily gets annoyed. Within this house, there's no one better than plucking her strings until they snap than her Grandpa. Even that old man's unconscious movement could pissed her off. So, it's better to avoid that old man these days.
 
Sighing, she reached her hand under her pillow to get her phone. She better read some novels; it will surely ease her nerves.

...
 
"Where's Zee?" Leon sat on his chair staring at his laptop, scrolling down. He looked up, staring at his wife, though his face looked indifferent and unfeeling, his eyes can't help but express how worried he was.
 
When Ginger heard his husband, she almost burst into tears. She really regretted it. She is worried about her daughter's future. She knew how Zee is, as long as it is not necessary, she will not try to look for a job. That's why, without informing Zion, she as a mother used her connections to let her attend some job interviews.
 
She didn't expect something like this to happen. If she knew, then she would not force her daughter to go out. Now that this happened, she was not certain if her daughter would be willing to go out again. She really regretted it.
 
Without looking at her husband she answered with uncertainty, "let her sleep for a while. She came home really late yesterday."
 
Leon can't help but sigh, hearing his wife. No one is at fault. It's just that their daughter was caught in bad luck just when she decided to face the outside world again.

Wavering sight that refuses to let go of the light. Continuing clinging onto the little strength he left just to keep his eyes open, Severus Snape stared blankly at the young man looking at him from above.
 
With fluttering eyelids on the verge of closing, he persisted. Looked at the young man kneeling, slouching in front of him, gazing at him unbelievably.
 
His hold on his wand tightens, his eyes widen full of disbelief. His lips quivered, opened and closed but refused to say anything.
 
His hand holding his wand was still raised. Despite his dumbfounded reaction, he was still on guard.
 
Unblinking, Snape stared at the young man.
 
He knew he was dying.
 
Nagini's venoms contain the deadliest poison, with just a bite he knows he is dead.
 
The poison continues to circulate throughout his veins and seep through his bones and destroy his internal organs, in which carries unimaginable pain as it burns deep into his very core.
 
But for him, this pain is nothing.
 
Compared from everything he's been through. This little pain is worth not paying attention to.
 
From that day, she heaves no breath, with a heart that ceases to beat...
 
With the cold stealing the warmth of her body...
 
And her eyes that will forever remain closed.
 
Severus Snape was already numb.
 
Looking the same, indifferent and cold, Snape focused his gaze upon the young man.
 
Gathering what little strength he has, Snape opened his mouth and whispered feebly.
 
"...t-take...them..."
 
Closing his eyes, he squeezed a teardrop, he watched as the young man gathered his drop of tear in a flask, looking doubtful and confused.
 
Plop.
 
With his tear remaining within the flask, Snape's mission then came to an end.
 
Unimaginable relief came to him in a flash.
 
Heavy burdens disappeared in an instant, shackles bidding him from his neck and limbs shattered.
 
He felt his body becoming lighter and comfortable. Pain disappeared in a blink of an eye.
 
What remained was only exhaustion.
 
He was tired, extremely tired.
 
Hazy shadows slowly shrouded Snape's sight. With one last shot, he focused his eyes at the young man.
 
"...l-look...at...me..." He said using all effort and strength he has. Burning will power gleam from his blank eyes, wishing to last long until the young man granted his last dying wish.
 
The young man looked back at him and met his eyes.
 
Snape went in trance, his expression melted and his lips moved up slightly.
 
Deep yearnings, hidden affection...
 
Obsession, fondness...
 
Guilt, sadness...
 
And pure love.
 
All flashes within Snape's eyes, until it becomes a relief, and shows a satisfied gleam.
 
And finally closes his eyes.
 
After everything, in the end Severus Snape still died.
 
But before he died, he took one last looked at his dying grounds.
 
Dilapidated house, tattered old wood.
 
The scent of dirt and old rotten wood...
 
Just like those years ago, before he had met her.

Gurgle. Gurgle.
 
Zion squinted her eyes, reaching for her complaining stomach. She halted her constant moving eyes and shifted to the right corner of her phone, glancing at the time.
 
"... f*ck, it's already 7pm." Time really went on fast when reading. Nonetheless, her eyes moved towards the center of the screen once more and continued reading the whole chapter. It was already the last one. She decided to finish it now.
 
This is a fanfic centering Serverous Snape after he died in front of Harry Potter. Zee actually rarely reads fanfic novels. She only read doujin. This time, she didn't know what occurred to her, but when she saw this fanfic– "Harry Potter: Snape's Memoir"– while browsing new novels to read. She just went and read it on the spot.
 
Actually, Zee really doesn't know what's the point of this series. It's just a short novel with 30+ chapters. After Snape died, his spirit lingered on earth and actually went back on time. But as a spirit he can't do anything and just watched everything from the sideline. So even if Snape went back on time, "Harry Potter" was still the same, except for the lingering ghost in the background.
 
Well, the highlights of the series are Snape and Lily's childhood. Lily can see Snape's spirit and Spirit Snape is the one that led Lily to little Snape. The story went on the same.
 
However, Spirit Snape became Lily's spirit guardian. Teaching her everything she wanted to know. But Snape didn't meddle with the timeline much. Spirit Snape watched Lily advance with her studies at Hogwarts. He watched as Lily became distant with Little Snape, and became more closer to his rival, James Potter.
 
Spirit Snape was there when Lily married and became a Potter. He watched on the sideline, watching the days go on. Until the day Voldemort arrived to kill the Potters.
 
That's when Snape realized that no matter how strong Lily is. Even if she gave her life to protect Harry Potter, her effort would still fall short against Voldemort magic.
 
Snape thought hard for a very long time why he appeared here as a spirit. He can't do much, he can only watch everything happen and pass the day on the side. Now he knew.
 
Snape used his little life and blended his spirit to Lily's magic to protect Harry Potter. And then just like that, at least his wish was fulfilled.
 
He died together with his love.
 
As his spirit dissipated in the air, he saw himself walking in anxiety and flustered. The Snape of the past hugged Lily, his loved and cried in remorse and regret.
 
Until the last sliver of spark of Snape spirit, he whispered to himself, "live and protect the only remnant of your unfulfilled Love."
 
At the end, it goes back to the scene of the Prologue, where Snape wanted to see Harry's eyes once again before he died.
 
When Zee finished reading the short fanfic. She actually didn't know what to think. 'Is this actually a hidden plot?' Even on fanfic, Snape didn't get a happy ending. Such a sadistic author.
 
Gurgle. Gurgle. Gurgle.
 
Throwing the fanfic at the side of her mind. Zee rose from her bed and went down to eat her suffer.
 
She's hungry. Very very hungry.
 
When Zee reached the Kitchen, she saw no one. It's expected. Although Ginger, Zion's mother is nothing but a housewife. Ginger actually has a small store in front of their house. And since the pandemic strikes, that store is the only source of income to their family. Leon, resigns for fear of getting sick. Since then, he just works online. And the old man was resting in his own room.
 
Zee wasn't that bothered seeing that she's alone, and eating on her own while reading. After eating she directly went to her room. And continue reading novels with relish.
 
However, an hour passed by when suddenly Zion threw her phone on the bed without care and quickly covered her mouth with both her hands. She strode towards the comfort room and kneel in front of the toilet and vomited.
 
As Zion let out everything in her stomach, her eyes glowed bloody red. From the center of her iris, blood red light shone vicious light. Zion's pale skin paled even more. After letting out the food on her stomach, she let her body fall on the tiles while caressing her stomach, while sighing.
 
"...I'm hungry..."

Author: "It's fine. Flash and reverse flash have deep hatred from one another. Kekeke. But they didn't know it's L.O.V.E. that's why, Barry and Iris just can't get into relationship.

Cisco telah menyewa pabrik kecil seluas 500 meter persegi di dekat kantor pusatnya, ada bangunan pabrik siap pakai di pabrik, serta asrama dan kantin. Selama Cisco membeli peralatan produksi yang relevan, kemudian merekrut dan melatih pekerja, ia dapat menghasilkan router. Para pekerja tidak membutuhkan banyak, jadi mereka merekrut 20 orang, dan Bosack secara pribadi memberi mereka panduan produksi. Sangat sibuk di bulan September sehingga pabrik akhirnya secara resmi dimulai.

Sebelum ini, Cisco juga secara resmi mengkonfirmasi pendaftaran merek dagang dalam gambar Jembatan Golden Gate. Setiap router akan dibubuhi logo Cisco yang unik!

Antusiasme di pabrik sangat antusias sehingga Bosack dan banyak personel R&D juga datang untuk membantu. Pada Oktober, pabrik memproduksi total 1.000 router. Sesuai dengan instruksi dari pemegang saham utama Henry, Bosack membawa tim R&D ke universitas-universitas besar terkenal untuk "mengirim kehangatan." Universitas Stanford, Universitas California, Universitas Harvard, dll.

Setiap universitas mengirim tiga atau lima router dan mengajari mereka cara menginstal dan menggunakannya. Bossack membawa tim ke kesana kemari, bahkan berlari beberapa kali di kota sehari. Pertama lari ke universitas terkenal di Amerika Serikat bagian barat, dan kemudian ke universitas terkenal di timur. Ketika Bosack kembali dengan tim, Henry mau tak mau terkejut.

Saya melihat sekelompok orang seperti itu, gelap dan kurus, seolah-olah mereka berjalan-jalan di Afrika.

"Guru Bossack, apakah kamu bekerja keras?" Henry berkata dengan senyum di wajahnya, dengan nada yang sangat tulus.

"Haha, kerja keras ini bukan apa-apa!" Bosack menggelengkan kepalanya dan tersenyum.

"Apakah perjalanannya lancar?" Tanya Henry.

As I turned the corner around the block I saw the bus off in the distance. The next one would be another 40 minutes. I hated waiting at the stop for too long. It was always the same with the winos asking me for money and the drug dealers trying to sell me shit. My high school was an hour and a half away by bus. All those stops on two bus lines added up. It's my fault for refusing to leave my friends when we moved across town. I wasn't a social butterfly by any stretch of the imagination, but I was well known. Those true friendships I had made, meant a lot for me to give up.

I always looked forward to getting my license. I was so happy when I did. I just forgot the small matter of buying a car. My mother raised my sister and I on her own, like many others in the neighborhood. Whatever I made slangin burgers went to her. I didn't mind much, we always had food. As I'm waiting for the next bus, I take my very old 4th generation iPod touch out of my bag and select the old Ice Cube album Death Certificate. 'Cube was really angry back then' I thought listening to a few of the tracks. I still couldn't believe it was the same guy from those movies. Time passes on I guess.

My memory becomes hazy after that. I remember noticing two guys in a car pulling up to the stop. They call out and the dude selling drugs approaches them. They talk for a while. Half of the song No Vaseline had passed when I heard loud bangs through my headphones. That's it. 16 years old and that was my life.

Now I'm stuck in a new body. I became someone I'd never imagined existed. Harry Potter. Maybe I should rewind a bit.

I awoke in front of a man wearing a suit. He was a thin older man. He had short brown hair and brown eyes with a hooked nose. He was a couple of inches shorter than I was.

"Sit down" he said to me pointing to a table.

I looked around the room. It looked like a typical pizzeria. I looked back at the table and I saw the man begin to eat a pizza I hadn't seen earlier.

"Who are you?" I asked. "Where am I?".

The man kept chewing for a few seconds and said "Here try this" pushing a plate with a slice close to me.

I felt nervous as to why I was here. Even then, I wasn't going to say no to pizza. 'Who can?'. I joined the man to eat. It was very delicious. I always wondered about Chicago style pizza. As I finished my slice I waited for him to be done. Feeling very thirsty a beer appeared next to me.

'Really?' I thought. I stared at it longingly. I looked at the man.

"Go ahead" he said gesturing with his right hand holding a knife. I noticed a ring on his hand.

I of course had drank beer before, but not in a restaurant or with an adult present. I picked it up and sipped it. It was an IPA from a local brewery that began canning their beer. I took small sips while the man put his pizza away. I couldn't believe he finished the whole thing. He then brought out what appeared to be pickle chips and ate a few.

"Now" he said as he wiped his mouth with a napkin. "You want to know why you're here?".

"Yes" I said taking another sip.

"It's simple. You're dead".

"What!" I said choking and making a mess.

"You're dead". He clarified.

"How? Why? The last thing I remember….".

"You were shot" he said.

"What?"

"Shot. The drug dealer at your bus stop liked to mix baby laxative with his cocaine. His customers who were understandably angry, demanded to get their money back. The man refused and he was shot. You were behind him and took one to the head".

I reached up to touch my forehead then felt around my head. I couldn't find anything.

"You're not going to find anything. You've left the physical world behind".

I brought my hands down and asked "Who are you?".

"You haven't figured it out?" he said.

"Death" I muttered and waited silently.

Death smiled, unnerving me a bit. He ate a few more chips.

"As I said you're dead, but I have an interesting opportunity for you".

"What?" I asked.

"I don't particularly enjoy reaping children, but you were reaped out of necessity. One of my servants reaped one important soul. He felt that the individual would pose a threat to me".

"Who?" I dared to ask.

"Harry Potter" he responded.

"WHO?" I asked believing I misheard him.

"Harry Potter".

"Harry Potter, from the books?" I asked.

"Yes" he said. "What you know as books here in this universe are in fact someone else's life in another".

"Harry Potter. He exists then?".

"Yes I've been telling you" Death said losing his patience.

"Sorry. It's just hard to believe. How can he exist? He's just a fictional character".

"There are infinite universes. It stands to reason that what is fiction in one can be reality in another".

"But how did JKR write those books?".

"Simply said she's a kind of seer. She saw flashes of a young boy's life being played out and that's how the books were born".

"Wow" was all I could say. I of course liked the books, but loved many of the fan fictions online. Harry Crow was my introduction to the world of fan fiction.

"Yes, getting back to business, as I said Harry Potter's soul was reaped by one of my own. I can of course send him back, but he chose to pass in my absence. His body is a husk containing a fragment of Voldemort's soul".



"Wow it all really is real then huh?".

"Yes please let me finish".

I nodded my head and mouthed the word "Sorry".

"Yes, he chose to pass on after discussing his options with a reaper. That shouldn't have happened. That universe needs balance. Without Harry Potter there, Voldemort will evade even me. I won't allow that. So I'm giving you a second chance. Say yes and you'll wake in Harry Potter's body. You will for all intents and purposes be Harry Potter. You will carry his blood in your veins. You will look and sound like him. Say no and you move on, while I ask someone else".

'Cool'. I always wanted to travel. Then the chance to actually see Hogwarts in person excited me.

"What do I have to do?" I asked.

"Play a role" he said. "You've read the books, I need you to lead events to Voldemort's death".

"So to clarify I just let the same things happen like in the books?" I asked. I hated how Sirius died. I hated who Harry ended up with. I just hated everything about how the books ended. I didn't want to live that life. I asked again to clarify "Do I have to make the same life choices as Harry. Do I have to marry Ginny?".

"No. I don't give a damn about your love life. What I need you to do is ensure Voldemort dies. I'm just suggesting using you're knowledge from the books to help you along. If you screw the timeline, it'll be on you to kill him".

I began to think.

"If I agree and you shove me in Harry Potter's body, when and where will I wake up?" I asked unsure. 'He hasn't told me how Harry died'.

"Harry lost his soul to the Dementor that attacked him and his cousin. The aforementioned reaper ensured he was unable to fight back" he said. "He will be punished" he added in a whisper.

Suddenly it clicked to me.

"So he ensured Harry died to avoid him collecting all three Hallows, thus becoming master of death?".

"Yes, the fool wished to be in my good graces, and killed him".

"So does one really become your master if they unite the Hallows?" I asked nervously.

"No" he said as if insulted. "Don't be absurd. Like I said, balance is needed and I want that soul".

"Okay so if I agree what happens?". Will I remember everything? You mentioned my knowledge of the books would help so I'm assuming yes".

"You'll remember everything until you died".

"Will events in the mundane world of that universe occur as they have here?" I asked hoping to have at least some knowledge.

"Yes as long as you don't screw up and let Voldemort win, the mundane world will march forward and events will lead up to resemble this one".

'Time travel'. I remembered the Harry Potter books took place during the 90's. I'll be able to use the knowledge to my benefit. Google, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, not to mention any of the cryptocurrencies that emerge. Even just with one of these, if one invested wisely, they'd never want for anything. Then thoughts of my mom and sister entered my head. 'How would this affect them?'. I felt horrible getting excited and forgetting them.

"What of my mom?" I asked. "She needs me".

Seeing the look on my face Death said "They'll be okay. Your mom is a strong woman. They'll take care of each other. Your sister will grow up to become a travel photographer like she always dreamed of.

I of course was relieved and at the same time sad i wouldn't see them again.

'One less mouth to feed I guess'.

I once again felt I had to clarify everything and listed my concerns:

"Will I awake in Harry Potter's body with a Dementor next to me?".

"Yes. I'll give you a chance by restraining the Dementors for a few seconds. I'll also return Dudley's soul"

I nodded. 'Who cares about Dudley?'.

"I'll obviously have to use the Patronus to fight it off like in the books, will I be able to use magic?".

"Yes you'll remember Harry's life as well as your own. All his knowledge of his world. Like I said you'll be Harry Potter".

"Okay" I responded.

"I can save Sirius if I want?".

Death nodded.

"I can also begin to destroy the horcruxes early if I choose".

Death silently nodded.

"I can date anyone besides Ginny?".

I once again waited for confirmation. This was an important aspect to me. I really hated the last books.

"I have to die at Voldemort's feet before I can kill him".

"Yes said Death. "I'll pay close attention to ensure none of my reapers take unwanted initiative once more. So have you decided?".

I recalled my life. 'Fuck it'.

"Sure" I said. "Let's do it".

"Excellent" said Death. "One thing, to ensure you acclimate to Harry's life I've erased knowledge of your name".

"What?" I shouted. Then I began to think of my name. I couldn't remember it. I panicked.

"Names are important" he continued. "They carry our sense of selves. By removing it from your memory it'll help you become Harry Potter".

I calmed down and thought it over. 'It makes sense. I imagine it would've taken me a while to get used to being called Harry instead of…instead of?'.

"Damn it".

"Ready to go then?" asked Death.

"Yes" I said after hesitating a bit. "I'm ready".





My version of the Harry Potter fan traveling to HP universe cliche, where he inhabits Harry's body after Harry dies. Fan is a Mexican-American teen who will bring his perspective to the story. Hopefully the story will be as funny as I think it will be. No planned pairings. No Ginny pairing for sure.
