Challenger was a specialized-app built for heroes to solve the issues between the heroes.
When the talk was no longer an option to resolve a conflict between heroes. They could issue a challenge through the Challenger hence the app named Challenger.
The unique thing about the challenger app was the fact that the challenger had to gain the approval of the citizens and the heroes to challenge the person they wanted to challenge.
The citizens who were the ordinary people in this case were given a right to approve or disapprove of the challenge.
The challenger also had to list the reasons why they wanted to challenge the person. Heero was reading through all of it and looked at his wife with a flabbergasted look.
He never heard this challenger thingy before so he was puzzled when he read those.
Looking at her husband's expression, Kang Seo-Yeon had an "I knew it" expression. From her understanding of her husband, she knew he did not know a single thing about the Challenger.
"Who's causing trouble at this time?" Kang Myung-Chul frowned as he approached his granddaughter.
Bai Tian Ming also followed Kang Myung-Chul.
"Ryan White. After getting a cold response from us he seems to create trouble!" Kang Seo-Yeon answered with a shrug.
If it was the time before she met Heero, she would take this seriously. It was the Emperor Class Hero - Rank 1. But now, she did not even put the Emperor Class Hero - Rank 1 into her eyes, at all. She had complete trust in her husband.

"What's wrong, Uncle Rodin?" The butler Rodin had been working in the White Household since he was a kid. Ryan White regarded the butler as his uncle.
"It's bad news, Young Master Ryan! Sun Zhou Yi and Musashi Hirata also issued a challenge against you!" Butler Rodin immediately reported the concerning news.
"Musashi Hirata??? Musashi Clan? But why? Also, who is this Sun Zhou Yi?" Ryan White was clueless about these two. He did not bother to research Heero because he was confident in handling this.

As "heir" I will only be given 1 million. I am also restricted to using only one dice instead of two. Fuck. This could've both a blessing and a curse. The properties are actually legit properties that family members owned. To win there are two conditions. Not only must you have the most money at the end of the game, you must also have the most property owned. I smiled. 

At the end of the challenge letter. The grandfather states that all the property will not be returned after the game. Technically this was a chance for someone to win money and property without being "heir". But I see through this. It is a test of how strong each family member's greed is. As a result I've gained 7 silvers, some common equips and a map of the map and its surroundings. I was also quite lucky and managed to learn some basic Berserker skills from an NPC.

I moved in zigzag motion while using my sword to deflect some of the bullets. When I was near the finish line, I saw one of the gnomes attempting to change guns. To prevent that, I immediately dive rolled towards the finish line

"Ladies and Gentlemen, a round of applause! This Warrior has passed the challenge!" The Gnome administrator announced loudly.

After completing the copper prize challenge, I proceeded to try the silver prize challenge. The silver prize challenge was a lot harder than the copper one. Instead of three gnomes, there were 5 gnomes shooting at me. Additionally, at the last part of the challenge, they even used a gun that shoots out blasts of magic. Fortunately, I was able to act fast and managed to complete the challenge. Upon completion, the gnomes awarded me with another skill book.
I immediately looked at my bag and searched for the awarded skill books.

Borrows the power of thunder to deliver a powerful strike onto the ground, dealing 100% physical damage to all surrounding enemies. Inflicted targets will have 50% speed reduction for 5 seconds. This skill will generate a large amount of aggro. Rage cost: 20 Cooldown time: 8 seconds

You now have the ability to thoroughly search the enemy's weak points. All attacks will now ignore 50% enemy defense. 
I quickly celebrated upon reading the skill descriptions, thinking of how useful these two are. Without a second thought, I clicked and learned the skills.
After leaving the black market, I continued to do one of the delivery quests. Upon completion, I finished the quest and was rewarded with a Cooking Skill and another quest. This quest requires me to bring a parcel to a person living in the Dark Moon Valley. Before going outside the city, I bought some stock of food, potions, bandages, as well as some other useful items.
During my travel to Dark Moon Valley, I've killed some monsters increasing my level to level 3.
At this moment, I've already reached the quest destination. Looking around, I found a smithy beside the flowing creek. There also three humans present within the clearing; two players and an NPC. The NPC wielded a steel hammer and was hammering at a crimson ore.
I nodded at the two players in greeting and went towards the NPC.
"Master Jack, Mr. Butch asked me to deliver a parcel for you."
"..."
"Master Jack?"
"..."
Seeing the NPC ignore me, I joined the two players standing at the side.
"Hey, do any of you two know how I can complete this quest. The NPC keeps ignoring me."
One of players answered me. "I think we just need to wait. We're already standing here for quite a while."
"I guess I have no choice but to wait, huh." I muttered to myself
"Yeah, Oh, I am Black Cloud, a Cursemancer, and this here is my friend Ye Feng, a Swordsman."
I became dazed hearing their names. Isn't Ye Feng and Black Cloud the ign of Shi Feng and Blackie? I did not think that I would meet them this early.
Before delving deeper into my thoughts, I greeted them back.
"I am DarkNorth, a Berserker."
Time slowly flowed by, bit by bit. While waiting, we made some small conversations to avoid dying of boredom. After almost 30 minutes, Blackie can't hold on any longer and complained to Ye Feng.
"Brother Feng, are we still going to wait? It's already been half an hour now." Blackie said.
"We have to wait. Without patience, he won't give us the Quest." Shi Feng affirmed.
"Ye Feng, you're a Beta Tester?" I asked him just to make a conversation
"No, I just have some more information regarding the game." Answered Shi Feng
"Then, can you tell me what quest will he give us?" I asked them. My memories of the early chapters of this novel were already fuzzy. Honestly, I skipped most of the details when I was reading the novel.
"It's a quest about killing some monsters. At the end, he'll teach us forging and award us a title related to forging."
"Oh, that's useful"
We continued talking with each other. We've also discussed of our experiences in the game. After some time, the NPC suddenly asked. "Do you three have an interest in Forging?"
"Yes, sir. We've loved Forging since we were young." Shi Feng immediately said.
The middle-aged blacksmith nodded his head, saying in a satisfied tone, "Then since you love Forging, I can teach it to you. But first, could you help me retrieve 100 pieces of Meteorite Ore? They can be found on the West side of Crimson Star Mine."
"Of course. We would gladly be at your service." Shi Feng respectfully answered.

Crimson Star Mine was the nest of Level 4 Kobolds. These monsters loved ore the most. They would spend every day mining within the mines. As such, Kobolds were born with great strength. However, they had short limbs. Because they stayed underground for long periods of time, their range of vision was short. They could only detect enemies within a 35-yard distance. This distance was also the maximum range of attack for a mage.
There were many Kobolds walking around the mine's entrance. An entire group of them would be attracted even if only one of them was attacked.

Upon eating the apple pie, all of my attributes increased by one point. Additionally, because of the Black Steel Beer, my vision started becoming hazy. When I looked at the distant Level 4 Kobolds, their Levels were suddenly reduced by 2; becoming Level 2.
Seeing that phenomena, I quickly asked Shi Feng "Huh, aren't they level 4 monsters? How come they suddenly became level 2?" 
"Some food items produce special effects. For example, there are even food items that would increase a player's luck."
I became quite shocked hearing this. When I was reading the novel, I just ignored this effect. However, seeing its capabilities, I found out how useful it is. Imagine if I get my hands on a food item that would allow me to solo a Lord rank boss. The thought of its drops made me drool in anticipation.
"It seems like Cooking is quite useful." Answered Blackie
"Alright, let's start then. A bottle of Black Steel Beer's drunken effect only lasts 30 minutes." Shi Feng stood up. He took out a Smoke Bomb and walked closer to the mine's entrance. Then, he threw it at the group of Level 4 Kobolds; there were currently over ten of them there.

As she said she took a sip from the cup and immediately a smile appeared on her face.
Seeing Arrora Don didn't know whether to laugh or knock her on the head.
He sent her to do a job and even though she did it without failing him, she bought a new kettle, cups, and presumably the key ingredient to make tea to the castle on her way.
"How is it?"
Arrora asked as she tilted her body towards Don with a small delighted smile on her face.
Since he trusted Arrora enough to know that she wouldn't poison him and the fact that he's immune to the poisons, Don sighed and gently took a sip.
And the moment the tea touched his taste buds, his eyes almost opened wide in surprise. Mostly Don would only drink water or juices if he's thirsty so he didn't have many delicious drinks in his life but this drink could be the tastiest drink he ever had.
And also Don could feel that it has a purifying effect on his organs which would boost his cultivation level slightly.
"It's good"
"It's great, we should open a shop for selling teas in Everlight when we get back"
Don could see the excitement on Arrora's face and he knew it's a great idea because it would boost the cultivation level of the people in Everlight and it would be a good step towards the economical development of Everlight.

King Harold saw Darlene walking towards him with a calm and serene look on her face unlike him.
"Jowan wants to challenge your man for a duel, that's what's going on"
King Garreth said and threw the scroll at Darlene.
Catching the scroll, Darlene started to read it and when she laid her eyes on the scroll, she was surprised and slightly shocked then at the end of it Darlene couldn't help but chuckle
"What are you laughing at sister?"
Kate asked and wondered what could exactly be funny in this situation for Darlene as Darlene gave the scroll to Kate to read
And just like her sister, Kate also want unable to keep a straight face when reading the scroll
"Spineless frog, eat mud for breakfast, wear girls clothes, if you have a d"
"Kate!"
King Harold's shout made Kate stop reading highlighting points on the scroll
"Who wrote this thing? Even I want to go to a fight after reading this"
Kate said.
"That's what they want Kate, they want Don to accept the challenge"

Just like Kate, Darlene had the same doubt and she couldn't wait to see Don's reaction after reading the scroll. And the provocations written on the scroll could make any young man's blood boil so she was sure that Don would accept the challenge although he was not as powerful as Prince Jowan because it was not a mere duel challenge but a challenge of Don's dignity and honor.
Darlene had pretty good backing behind her so even if Don accepts the challenge and get himself killed in the process, she didn't have anything to worry about. As far as she's concerned, Don was just a pawn in someone's game, and this whole acting and dealing with everyone about a simple marriage agreement made Darlene want nothing but this whole fiasco to end.
"So are you going to tell him or you want me to tell him?"
Since the scroll had some pretty nasty provocations, even some about the male parts, King Harold felt like he should be the one to tell it to Don. 
And even though King Harold had no reason to like Don, he didn't like the contents on the scroll. King Harold never thought that the Agorians would stoop to this low because the way they challenged Don to a duel was like a drunk man cursing at another drunk man in a tavern fight.

Rumbles of thunder and flashes of lightning came along with a downpour. The destructive unforgiving wind raced through the streets and the rattle of loose windows could be heard from the rooms located beside Don's.

Just like before there was someone knocked on the room but hearing the voice, Don knew that its Uncle Steve as he said
"Come in"
Although Uncle Steve and Don didn't know each other very well, Don could see the distress behind Uncle Steve's fake smile.
" Your majesty, his majesty King Harold is requesting for you in the throne hall"
Even though it was somewhat disrespectful of King Harold to summon Don like this and Arrora frowned upon hearing Uncle Steve, Don didn't mind as he decided to play along with King Harold just a little bit. Don knew that if he revealed his true power to King Harold, he would have come by himself to meet Don and threw a red carpet underneath his feet in the process.

"Second door on the right has training-appropriate clothes you can change into. You will see signs on the doors of the dressing rooms which one is for men and which one is for women. There are showers as well…"
The word spread quickly how there will be sparring, and most of the youngsters moved toward the training grounds. Some wanted to participate and were reluctant to speak up, but all of them were curious to see what is about to happen.
Jasper and Ellie arrived at the party and met with Steve and Bridgette at the main entrance. When they stepped into the garden, they noticed the crowd moving toward the back, so they followed after them. As soon as they heard why the party is moving that way, Jasper issued a challenge to Steve. Jasper does not care about his reputation or anything like that. He came to enjoy the party.
When guests gathered in front of the building, before anyone went inside to change, Corey stopped them and took initiative to set up a few rules: "Anyone can challenge whomever they want, and the one who received the challenge has the right to refuse. Upon mutual agreement, they will change clothes and queue to wait for their turn in the ring. I expect to see friendly spars with rules as usual: no weapons, no killing blows, and it ends when one person can't fight or gives up."

Jamari opened a betting pool and the staff brought out a black chalkboard where Imani could write names of the challengers and odds. Other than money, for bets, they accepted jewelry and other valuables as well. Harini and Chione took the responsibility of evaluating jewelry that people were willing to place as bets. Harini and Chione have quite an experience working in Blanc as designers, so they know a thing or two about putting a price tag on jewelry and gadgets.
By the time Sean, Ryan, Allen, and Julius exited the changing rooms wearing sweatpants and t-shirts, everything was set for them to start.
Guests who remained in the garden stirred when they heard that there will be some physical competition. They were mostly from the older generation.
"Shouldn't we stop them?"
"What if they get hurt?"
"Isn't this a party? How come it became a boxing event?"
Sarah and Aiden arrived in time to hear that sparring matches are about to start, and several people identified them as the culprits since the youngsters who initiated that insanity were their kids.

"Someone will get hurt!", the woman responded.
"The spars are going to happen only if both sides are willing. No one is forcing anyone to participate. If you doubt that, you are welcome to watch. Who knows? Maybe you find this to be a good opportunity to settle some grudges." Sarah laughed at the outraged expressions directed her way. None of those old-timers thought that settling grudges in a fighting ring in front of the audience is the right approach.
"If you excuse us, we don't want to miss the fights.", Aiden said as he led away toward the training grounds.
Jeff and Gabriel were there as well, eyeing each other while contemplating if they should get in the ring as well. If this is a party at the Cliffside Villa, they would definitely go for it, but here…
"I challenge you, Jeffrey White!", Charlie's voice boomed from the side, making Gabriel frown.
Charlie ignored Gabriel's grumpy expression. If he wanted to spar with Jeff, he had enough time to challenge him. Charlie and Jeff are extremely competitive and the only one who can match their silly game of 'who has it more' is Steve.
"Are you a chicken?", Charlie taunted Jeff, making the latter snort in response.
JoAnna giggled. "You know how to push his buttons." She turned to her husband and gave him a smacking kiss on the lips. "Go, get him, tiger! Make me proud."
Jeff's chest swelled and he walked into the side-house to change. Charlie was two steps behind him and his smug grin matched Jeff's.
JoAnna smiled while looking at her husband. A fist-fight in a ring in front of an audience is not something that would match the status of the Master of the White family, but since Jeff found out that his parents (and his grandparents) manipulated him, he is exhibiting rebellious behavior. It's like he is going through teenage defiance, but with a fifteen years delay. JoAnna does not mind. She approves that Jeff is doing whatever he wants and disregards the opinions of others, he was always cold and stiff and now she gets to see him get excited and fired up outside the privacy of their home. Jeff is doing well at work, and he is a wonderful husband and a father, and if he feels the need to enter a friendly fight with Charlie, then so be it. She will support him wholeheartedly.
"Are you upset that you missed fighting against Jeff?", Aiden asked Gabriel.
"I only wanted a bit of exercise.", Gabriel said with a stiff smile. He wanted a spar, but if he shows any fighting spirit, that might stir Aiden, and Gabriel is not foolish enough to go in the ring against Aiden. He will surely lose, and Becca is watching.
"I can help you with exercise…", Felix said from the side. "I could use some myself."
Gabriel's face lit up, and he nodded in agreement. Gabriel and Felix are not really exercise-buddies, but Gabriel saw Steve and Felix sparring more than once, and he was comfortable taking him on.
Gabriel gave shocked Becca a quick kiss before walking with Felix to change. She had no idea that Gabriel will fight and his acceptance of Felix's challenge caught her by surprise. 
With Charlie and Emma coming to the training grounds, most of the guests moved there as well and it became quite crowded. They were curious to see what is going on. More than a few people from the guests practiced some form of martial arts and they were eager to show off and compare their skills with others, but they didn't dare issue a challenge, not yet.
Sophia walked with Emma toward the area where the staff was setting up the chairs, and guests parted to make way for the pregnant woman (aka Emma).
Sophia hates when Felix enters the fighting ring, but she knows that he has a need to steam out, so she lets him be.
Bridgette emerged from the crowd and linked her arm with Becca's before pulling her toward the table that Jamari set up. "Let's place bets and then we can find a good spot to watch."
Becca was not sure what to think about this. It all happened too fast. A moment ago, she was sitting at the table, picking appetizers, and avoiding Ben's gaze, and now she needs to place bets and watch her boyfriend fight? What kind of a baby shower is this? And how can Bridgette be so relaxed about this? Felix is her brother.
"Where is Steve?", Becca asked Bridgette.
"He will spar with Jasper. They went to change…"
"Oh…", a sound escaped Becca's lips. She thought how it's not only Gabriel, everyone is crazy.

"I've seen the list of participants…", JoAnna said. "Only familiar faces are on it. Considering how our guys are eager to fight, I assumed that there will be more interested parties."
Sophia nodded knowingly. There is a mix of people listed in the queue to fight, but if one looks closely, they are all people who (at least once) came to the party at the Cliffside Villa, so they were familiar with this activity. Sophia understood why others didn't show interest. "No one will dare to get in the ring with anyone related to Whites, Smiths, or Longs. They can't win out of fear to make an offense, and they don't want to fight if the only outcome is to lose."
Sarah didn't think about it, but now that Sophia explained what is going on, Sarah understood the problem and spoke to Aiden only for him to hear. A minute later, Aiden nodded and went to the ring where Sean and Allen were stretching before their fight.
"This will take just a minute, guys…", Aiden said to Sean and Allen who looked at him in confusion. They feared that he will stop the fights.

There was a huge uproar.

"Another challenge? And it's the same person as before?"

"Looks like it. This time he is challenging an S-class student! Oh, I can't wait!"

"An S class indeed, but it's no one famous. I would love to see someone battle Kuki Hideo or Kokoro Fushikawa. They seem like they are hella strong."

The students of other, much less significant classes immediately gathered on the schoolyard.

Meanwhile, in the class 2-S.
"Haah...Aoi. Oi, Aoi, wake up! Are you really not going to do anything to stop this?" A tall bald man from class 2-S nagged at his best friend.

"Jun, everything is fine. She brought it upon herself, and she will suffer because of her own stupidity." A handsome brown-haired man whose hair reached down to his neck replied while he wiped his glasses with a cloth.

"Alright, if you say so. I just don't want to see the reputation of our classroom diminish just because of this fight. I can already tell she will lose in a few seconds. Haven't you seen him fight? People are gonna be taking the S-class lightly now."

"Hm, why does it bother you? The class is full of themselves anyway. Someone needs to put a stop to it."

"Err...do I have to remind you that we are also part of that class!?"

Mayaro stretched her legs and arms. It was a basic exercise before every fight. 

She glanced at her opponent and couldn't help but sneer.
'He is not even warming up, so much for the big talk. He will go down in a second.'

"Mayaro! Forfeit it! It's not going to end well!"

"It's not worth it!"

"He is really powerful! Just give up while you still have a chance!"
Her classmates were worried.

Mayaro glared at them.
'What are they saying!? Me? Forfeit? Bullshit!'
The opponent in front of her was only tall. She could clearly tell he possessed no sword techniques as he was just standing there motionlessly. Coupled with his sunglasses, he looked stupid and weak.

Tesshin walked up on the stage and announced, "The fight will begin five seconds after I announce its beginning!" He never would have thought that a day would come where he would have to prepare two spars in a single day.

Technically, if the person wanted, he could spar an unlimited number of times. The rules stated, he could challenge anyone in the second year roster. He couldn't under any circumstances challenge anyone from the year below him, but he could attempt to challenge someone from the third years if they accepted.

First years could challenge any other first years and second years.
But unfortunately, third years could only challenge other third years, unless someone from the second year challenged them, but that was highly unlikely.
The students from the class 3-S were a peaceful bunch. They were all mature enough not to fight amongst themselves or fight at all. Everyone, but one person, and that person was Momoyo.

Momoyo was pissed off at her classmates, because they didn't want to spar at all, and some of them were even strong, but they just ignored her complaints as that was an everyday routine for them.

Lazing around the classroom, Momoyo had almost given up on living.
'These stupid classmates are one of the most boring people I've ever seen.' She glanced around the room, and most of them were either reading, eating and reading, walking, and reading...

'Reading, Reading, Reading! Bunch of smartasses!' She was going insane. She couldn't challenge anyone whatsoever. She just wanted to fight with someone so badly. Her old man left her hanging and ran away in the middle of their fight with an excuse to heal Kazuko.

'Stupid old man, just you wait, one of these days I will break the rules, and you won't be able to stop me.' She sat down on her chair and plopped her face down on her desk like a blob, feeling dejected.

And that's when she heard it.

A voice of her savior. 

A broadcasting radio turned on, and the announcement woke her up from the land of the dead.

[Be advised! Another training bout is going to start in a minute! Anyone who wants to watch, you are free to do so.]

"Finally, something to do!" She raised her arms high and shouted. She couldn't care less about the looks those nerds gave her. Doing nothing but reading all day, get a life. 
She darted out of the classroom with excitement in her eyes.

"Well, it seems like we are here again." Yamato mumbled.

"Where are others? Kazuko looked around but couldn't see anyone."

"Well...Gakuto said he doesn't want to see the handsome foreigner win again so he didn't come, who knows where Captain is, Miyako wasn't interested in seeing the match either, I don't have Chris's phone number and Moro is watching anime with his friends."

"What about Nee-san?"

"She said she will be here any minutes"

"Don't worry, I am already here!' Momoyo was so eager she used instant transmission to teleport here. Getting stuck in hr classroom with her gloomy and weird classmates annoyed her to hell.

"Nee-san, who do you think will win?" Yamato asked.

"Without a doubt, Nikolai, there is simply no way he would lose to anyone in this school but me." Momoyo stated while looking around to see whether there was any cute girl around.

"So you are saying you can beat him?"

Momoyo absentmindedly nodded and replied, "I can tell you that the way he is right now, he has a small chance of beating me, but if I use my Ki and ultimate abilities, his chances are pretty much zero. I also have instant regeneration I can use thirty or so times, so while I don't know the extent of his full strength I am pretty confident in beating him right now. I didn't notice a single web or even a strand of Ki aura around him, which would put him at a huge disadvantage when fighting me."

"I see." He looked at Nikolai's sunglasses and asked, "Do you by any chance know why he wears those sunglasses? It's been bugging me whole day."

Momoyo shook her head and replied, "Who knows, maybe image? Power limiter? Something he doesn't want anyone to see? How should I know. I met him this morning. All I know is that he is really fucking blind right now. If I wore those sunglasses I don't think i would even be able to move without spending my Ki."

"What do you mean?"

Momoyo put both of her hands in front of her, forming a rectangle. She infused Ki into her white hands and her beautiful eyes, and used it to zoom in on his glasses, "I can tell you, they are hella tinted. Like super densely tinted. You could barely recognize shapes with that on. I can't even see through it with my Ki."

"Seriously!?" Both Kazuko and Yamato exclaimed. Both of her knew her as a perfect woman samurai that knew how to do everything, and now she is saying she couldn't see through his glasses?

Some minutes have passed after that precarious exchange of words with Tesshin. Nikolai was standing on top of sandy soil. He looked at the ground and remembered how the terrain changed when Momoyo and Tesshin fought here, and that was only for a few minutes. 
'...'

Nikolai didn't notice it before, but the area was pretty big, providing plenty of space for running around and fighting.

"This is gonna be a quick public execution." Mayaro snickered.

"Yes, I agree. It's going to be a public execution, but it won't be quick." Nikolai brandished his wooden sword, earning himself a laugh from her.

"Yeah sure, stupid foreigner!"

Nikolai tested his footing and was good to go.

Tesshin raised his hand, "The second match of the day...begins!"

Mayaro didn't waste her time waiting for the five-second rule and rushed towards Nikolai, full of hate. Her plan was to defeat him before the match could even officially begin. 

She despised every person who was uncultured and this person not only met her criteria but was also a foreigner.

"Honestly speaking, it would not be strange for someone like you to be cut down into pieces and thrown into a lake in a plastic bag if you were from my country, but I guess Japan sure is lenient, to cultivate such a disgusting piece of shit." He dodged her first strike and hit the back of her head with the hilt of his sword.

Mayaro fell to the ground while holding the back of her head in pain.
"Argh!"

The audience became silent. The match seemed to be over sooner than it began.

Although Nikolai had to admit she was fast, she didn't deserve praise for anything else. To him, she was just a piece of shit.

Nikolai's preferred weapon was a katana, a long one at that, so this kind of small sword was not to his liking, but even then, he grasped the sword hilt firmly, as if he was used to it.

Mayaro was still squirming the ground, "Y-You bastard!" 

"Is this all the class S has to offer? Where is the challenge? Why did you accept the match when you were this weak?"

She gritted her teeth but then showed a creepy grin. She quickly stood up and threw a punch, squarely at the tip of Nikolai's chin. Simultaneously, her left hand thrust straight forward, tossing the sand she has cowardly picked up from the ground a second ago and threw it towards Nikolai's eyes. 

Of course, she saw he wore sunglasses, but she did it to create an opening and confuse her opponent. It was a classing blinding, surprise attack you would use on a battlefield.

'Got you, you bastard!' She thought, smiling with a malicious satisfaction at her little trick. The next moment, however, she heard a voice right next to her ear.
"You are saying I am a vulgar creature, correct? Then what exactly was this attack? Is this how 'Nobles' fight in this world? Do you think I can't see through this beginner's diversion? My world is twenty times darker under my sunglasses." 

Simultaneously, a hard blow struck her solar plexus, emptying the air from her lungs and making her stomach acid travel to her neck and her mouth, leaving a disgusting burning sensation behind.

"Something like this might have an effect on a lowly animal or someone who has zero sense of battle awareness."

The shock of her torso spread through the rest of her body. She felt weightless, just after her feet left the ground, her face slammed hard into the earth. Sand and dirt had smeared her face, mixed with vomit forced out by the blow to her solar plexus.

Pain and heat struck her brain at the exact same time. It struck her brain with a deadly force. The next instant, the audience erupted in boisterous cheers at how an S class student, one of the stuck-up elitists of the school, received what she deserved.

"Get her! Those S class bastards were getting annoying lately!"

"Yeah! Beat her up! She put worms into my food last year! She deserves it!"

"Don't stop! Don't stop!"

The girl curled into herself on the ground as the pain caught up, screaming at the roaring audience in hate.
"Shut the! Shut up! Shut the fuck up, you worms! All of you! Are worms! Die!" She didn't care about anything anymore and pulled out a real dagger from her uniform and stabbed it towards Nikolai's neck.
"Die!"

"It seems like students have a very easy way to carry weapons into this University. At first, it was a maid with a gun and a knife, and now it's an incompetent animal with a dagger."
Nikolai aimed the tip of the wooden sword at her, and just simple contact with her forehead was enough to make her drop the weapon and fall on the ground again.

However, Nikolai didn't leave her any time to rest and kicked her back up, making her body fly in the air for a few seconds and the next instant, the centrifugal force of his attack immediately blew her away. She felt the sky and the ground had been swapped as she wrapped her arms around herself, trying to cushion her fall.

She fell to the ground with a loud *thud* and performed a well-formed roll to negate the damage, but she was already in a terrible condition from his earlier attacks.

Nikolai looked at the spectators, his frown deepening.
"Let this be a lesson to you, a lesson, you would never forget. You people, talk about others as if they could influence where they have been born to. You talk about them as if they could affect whether their parents are going to be multimillionaires or a poor family from slums!"

He pointed towards her and continued, "This thing here, is the very definition of arrogant, and conceited trash who judges others based on their family standing! Don't you think you are a bit too egoistic? You talk as if you've done something great in your life, but you haven't. You just rot here, on this sandy ground, and getting shit on by a person whose strength you will never reach in a lifetime. What have you done in this life?"

Mayaro clenched her teeth and shouted, "Why should I care about that!? I was born privileged! You are just a gutter rat foreigner!"

"And what have you done? You are living like this, just because of your parents. Just because your parents are rich and have a high social standing, you are where you are. You are a novice, and your movements are rough and dull. You don't seem to have studied any kind of martial arts, and you certainly have no techniques. Your strength is weaker than that of an average person in this academy. I had hoped to have squeezed wisdom out of you, but you lack that too. What are you doing in class S? No, what are you doing in this University?"

Mayaro was lying on the ground, gazing up at the sky in a daze as she faced reality head-on.

Blood was seeping into her eyes from her head. She hastily wiped her eyes to clear her red-tinged vision.

She had already lost count of how many times she has been knocked to the ground. Her right eye was already swollen. She tasted so much blood she wasn't able to tell if it was from her own lip, or from some internal injury.
What was driving her at this moment, was pure anger.

At first, laughter was heard from the audience and everyone wished to see her lose. People laughed each time she was ground pounded. Sighs began forming when the number exceeded twenty and by the time everyone has lost count, they just wished to avert their eyes.

Anyone could see who won and who lost, and this fight had no meaning whatsoever. To their eyes, it was purely a grudge against hate and the boy with a grudge on his face was clearly winning.

"Nee-san....why isn't the old man principal stopping the fight? He disappeared from the stage the moment the fight began."

Momoyo stayed silent. She activated her Ki, searched around the buildings and immediately found him sipping on some black tea, aloof to what was transpiring outside.
She grinned at his irresponsible behavior, 'This old man sure is my family.'

For a lot of students it might have seemed brutal and pointless,
but Nikolai was different, the issue was personal, as both of his parents are gone.

"Your parents don't define who you are and their accomplishments and failures are not your own. My mother died giving birth to me, and my father ran away unable to couple with finances and stress. But that's just normal. Something like this happens everywhere, all around the world and yet I am here, the leach, the monster, the gutter rat, beating you to death. Say something for yourself."

No one knows who started, but one by one, everyone started clapping, every person, even some students from class S.

"Very well said! Amazing!"

"Beautiful! This is exactly how a human being should be thinking!"

"Yeah, take that! Brilliant speech!"

Yamato smiled and glanced at the crying Kazuko.
"What's up Wanko? You've got something in your eyes?" He jokingly said.

"N-No...I am just sad for his family. He grew up pretty much the same way I did..." Yamato widened his eyes and looked at Momoyo, who was also clapping along with other people.
