Lao Long was still 5 years old , only that  he and Lao Feng were at a city called violet city at this point in time there were kids playing in an open field.

The kids ages ranged from 5-8 years old the kids were having a nice little game of tag Lao Long was running from a girl who was the one that was it.

Lao Long was happy playing with the kids when all of a sudden he heard a scream coming not to far away from him when he turned to look he was scared to see that it was a first class wolf beast near a child of around 7 years of age.

He was scared he did not know what to do when the other kids looked over they all ran away in fear you can't really blame them they were only kids not even old enough to cultivate yet.

Although Lao Long was scared he was not scared of the Wolf beast he was scared because if he turned to run and find his grandpa Feng the other kid might die, the reason why Lao Long was not scared of the Wolf beast was because although he could not cultivate he knew how to fight off some first class beasts and just so you know the wolf beast was one of the lowest of the first class.

Lao Long made up his mind he would fight the wolf beast and then run with the kid as fast as they could!

He rushed to were the kid and Wolf were at when he was just about to get there he saw a shadow appear in front of him and hold him back when he got a better look at the shadow it was a old man in a black Pao obviously the old man was none other then Lao Feng!

Lao Feng look at Lao Long with a happy yet sad look in his eyes Lao Long knew the reason behind his eyes, Lao Long was a smart kid for his age able to see far ahead of other kids a couple years older then him, although he was smart he was still a kid so he liked to use his smarts to play pranks on the adults.

Lao Feng told Lao Long "little guy it was good that you wanted to help but what could you do other then get yourself killed instead, I know you like to help your friends but keeping your own life is more important then dieing knowing it was for nothing."

"Grandpa Feng i know what I was doing i was going to run with the other kid when I got the wolf distracted." said Lao Long

"No it doesn't matter what you were going to do it was going to be useless any way the wolf beast strength is its speed it's many times faster then both you and the kid together." said Lao Feng 

"Grandpa Feng just let me deal with the wolf and then I'll run with the other kid then you can deal with it." said Lao Long 
"No"
Just when Lao Feng said this his figure blurred and he was in front of the Wolf beast, he just lifted one of his fingers and pointed at the wolf's head at the same time a black dot the size of a peanut appeared.

Martial skill"Dark point"

As soon as the black dot appeared it was shot out in a instant the wolf was pierced through the head with no time to howl.

Lao Feng then turned to look at the kid that was unconscious due to the fear of getting killed by the wolf beast.

At this moment Lao Long came over and saw that the kid was actually a 7 year old girl, Lao Long was to far away to see this little girl clearly he could old guess her age.

"Grandpa Feng what do we do now, do we take her home and ask her where she lives when she wakes up" asked Lao Long.

"I guess we should do that little guy when we get home you take care of her I'll go around the city to look for her parents" said Lao Feng.

"Ok Grandpa Feng" said Lao Long.

Lao Feng picked up the little girl and started to walk towards the city gate it only took 5 minutes to get there when he arrived he was a guard battalion coming his way.

The guard battalion was the secondary force of violet city, the main force were the martial cultivators that live in the city.

Violet city was a weak city that only had around 1,000 martial cultivators, the stronger city's all have at least about 10,000 martial cultivators.

"You there did you see a first class wolf beast out there in the plains when you were out there we got a report that one appeared and we're heading there now please if you have any information then may I ask sir to please give us some" said the guard battalion captain

"Mr.captain I just killed the wolf beast to be honest right now sense you seem to be a righteous man I'll say this if you were to keep going at the same pace you are now this kid in my arms would be dead already, I'm not saying you are in the wrong but please next time there is a report of a beast leave as fast as you can so you can save as many people as you can" said Lao Feng.

The captain was speechless if what he said is true then they really would have killed many due to thier carelessness of speed and urgency.

"Good sir please forgive me for my actions of being a bad captain when he got the report all we got was a report that a wolf beast has shown up near the city we had no other information if he had known a little girls life was in danger I would have rushed over even with my armor" said the captain.

"Then next time please be more alert because reports are never was they really are in the face of danger, Lao Long let us go home and see if he can find this girls home" said Lao Feng.

"Ok"

Then they left, the guard battalion was then called back to the barracks and left the main street of the city.

A orphan baby who got picked by a wondering old man, who finds out when he turns 10 he has the blood of a black Dragon, a general rank dragon, but also has another bloodline which has the power of wisdom. A power which gives its owner knowledge of laws and truths with every new realm.

As I was carrying Inu on my back, my vision started to blur. 

"My wounds ..... from the battle ... It took a lot from me. Ha ha ha, plus I've ... used my Sulong way too long." I whispered.

When I finally arrived in front of Konoha' Gate.

"Who is that?" Kotetsu said.

"Wait! Those 2 are Konoha Anbu! Report to the Hokage immediately Kotetsu! I'll handle this." Izumo said.

Kotetsu then vanished from the gate and Izumo ran in our direction.

"What happened?" He asked.

"Mission .... went wrong .... contact ... Hokage." I said before I lost consciousness.

Hokage's POV

"Sigh!! Will this paperwork never end!" I sighed.

Then someone knocked on the door.

"Come in." I said.

"Hokage sama!" Kotetsu entered the office and bowed. "There are 2 heavily injured Anbus on the Konoha gate. Both appear to wear Dog masks." He said.

"Immediately call for Aisawa and tell him to get ready for 2 possible critical patients. Bird, Ox. Go to the Gate and get Inu and Wolf to the Hospital immediately!" I said.

Bird, Ox, and Kotetsu then flashed away from the office.

"Sigh, Tsume's gonna kill me for this. Mouse, go to the Inuzuka residence and tell Tsume to go to the Konoha Hospital!" I said.

In the Konoha Hospital a few minutes later.

"What's their status?" I asked Aisawa.

"Hokage sama! Kakashi is experiencing heavy chakra exhaustion and lots of minor injuries while the Kid has a deep stab wound on his abdomen with a lot of minor injuries." He said.

"Kakashi will recover after a week's rest while the Kid needs to rest for a month, but the Kid's wounds are healing fast. If it continues like this, he'll be fully healed in also a week." Aisawa finished.

"Sigh, what have you encounter Inu, Wolf." I said.

"Hokage sama 2 more Anbus appeared at the Village Gate. 1 is unconscious while the other 1 is carrying her." Izumo appeared and said.

"Aisawa, you know what to do. Izumo, bring the conscious Anbu to me." Izumo and Aisawa went out of the room and in a few moments, my worst nightmare came.

Tsume entered the room wildly!

"What happened to my son Hiruzen!" A wild Tsume appeared!

"Calm down Tsume! Daisuke's alright. Please relax!" I said.

Tsume just ignored me and went straight to Daisuke.

"Dais Chan." She whispered then an Anbu appeared wearing a bear mask.

"Hokage sama!" Bear said while bowing.

"Senpai! Wolf! But they, how?" He said.

"Calm down Bear. They appeared earlier at the Konoha gate. It appears that Wolf carried Kakashi while he was unconscious." I said.

"No Hokage sama. I..." He said while she looked at Tsume.

"It's alright Bear. She has the right to know." I said.

"Well, we were Ambushed on our mission to observe the Land of Rice by 50-70 ninjas wearing a sound headband. We were able to kill 20 of them but Neko was Injured. We then escaped their pursuit, but they were able to follow us a few hours later. Then when we were near the border of the Land of Rice and Fire, Wolf appeared and ambushed the 50 ninjas. Both Senpai and Wolf killed all of them and then we regrouped to rest for a few minutes before heading on our way." He said.

"Well, why was Inu and Wolf injured? Also, why did you arrive in 2 separate group." I asked.

"Well when we regrouped Hokage sama, a ninja appeared and attacked us. The one who attacked us was none other than Konoha's S rank missing Nin, Orochimaru of the Sannin." He said.

"What!" Both Tsume and I said.

"Well Orochimaru appeared and Inu volunteered to hold him down while the 3 of us escaped. The 3 of us wasn't a match for Orochimaru plus Neko is unconscious. Then Wolf argued that he can carry Inu Senpai to a retreat if ever something went wrong and then they ordered me to retreat as fast as I can to report Orochimaru's involvement in the Land of Rice. I then retreated with Neko when Inu and Wolf gave me the opening. After that, I ran as far as I can and headed straight for Konoha." Bear finished.

"Okay Bear. You can rest now. Go to Aisawa and let him check you up." I said.

"Hai! Hokage sama!" He said then he exited the room.

"You Baka Little Demon! Why would you stay to fight Orochimaru!" Tsume whispered.

"Be proud Tsume. No child could have fought Orochimaru and live to tell the tale. Even if he was with Kakashi." I said.

Kakashi's POV

After a few hours, Kakashi woke up from his slumber and opened his eyes.

He immediately stood up from his bed and held his head.

"Aisawa sama, Aisawa sama." A nurse that was inside the room shouted.

"Where's Wolf. Tell me, where's WOLF." Kakashi said while he held the nurse by her wrist.

"Wolf? You mean the kid that came with you? He's in the other room." She said.

"Kid?" Kakashi then stood up and went to the other room.

"No, you're not allowed to stand up yet! Wait." The nurse said.

Kakashi then ignored the nurse's plea and went into the room next to him.

Kakashi then opened the door and was surprised to see a young man around 10 years of age. Then a voice behind him said.

"Can't you imagine. They've recruited kid at the early age of 8 to enter the Anbu." Aisawa said.

"8? Impossible!" I said.

"Well, we both had the same reaction. That kid is Inuzuka Daisuke. The young heir of the Inuzuka Clan. It seems that the Hokage is hiding his talents from a lot of people that's why he hid him inside the Anbu." He said.

"Even though his physical appearance matches a small 10 years old but her mom personally told me." He finished.

'How?' I thought for a second then I realized. 'Danzo!'

"You should rest now Kakashi. The kid is not in danger anymore. Plus his mom will arrive shortly. She just fetched her things and informed her daughter of what happened." Aisawa said.

"No Aisawa, I'm fine. I'll rest here. This kid saved my life. This is the least I can do." I said while Aisawa reluctantly nodded. 

He then ordered the nurse to go get something for me to eat and some extra pillows.

I then sat beside Wolf.

"Thank you, Kami. I thought I just lost another comrade in front of me. Obito, Rin, Tou-san, Sensei. It seems like I won't get to meet you again this time around." I then closed my eyes and drifted to sleep again.

A young transferee student from Japan is on his way home after his first day of school when he suddenly saw her teacher getting robbed on an alleyway after he dodge a meeting with Truck kun.

Not knowing any of this Chin Ju stared in all by what has become of his home. He slightly bent his back and payed his respects. Doing this 2 times he turned around and begun to work his way down the mountain. Because, Chin Ju had lived on a mountain his whole life it was pretty easy for him to climb down only taking him 7 hours.

Finally, reaching the bottom of the mountain Chin Ju looked around, and all that was left of the opposite side was dirt with a faint green a mile or two away. Maybe whatever created the valley made an after shock that swept the area and removed all the trees, grass, and monsters only leaving behind dirt.

Chin Ju looked up at the sky to see what the time was. To his surprise it was already night.
Focusing on climbing the mountain and going down he had complete forget about time. Feeling that he had to hurry to get to his destination. He took a step forward.

'Heavy.'

Not noticing tell now Chin Jus' body was heavy this is probably from the lack of sleep. Since the time he got up from the God Body, and had to take in the girl he hasn't rested since then. Thinking this far Chin Ju laid down onto the ground closed his eyes and trying to go to sleep. The feeling hurrying however still kept him awake. He looked up and saw the faint green that was off a mile or two away.

'If I get there I think I can sleep.'

With out much consideration Chin Ju got up and dragged his body to the green. Finally reaching it were he could see a couple of trees insight, his body collapses onto the floor as he was died asleep.

"Help…Help!"

Chin Ju slowly opened his eyes as a brief noise wakes him up. Not sure if the noise is real or not he lies on the floor awaiting to hear it again.

'After taking in the God Body and not getting any sleep,  I would imagine it would have consequences on me. If I'm hearing things that wouldn't surprise me.' Thinking to himself half awake waiting for the voice to call out again still not sure if its real or not.

Couple of minutes passed nothing ringing out. Chin Ju closed his eyes to enjoy going back to sleep.

"Help.. Help.." The voices rings out this time, but it sounds even closer. Actually it sounds as if the sound is coming from up ahead Chin Ju.

Chin Ju slowly opened his eyes once more to see where the sound was coming from. He looked ahead of him and, saw a person running towards him. He jumps up to his feet looking at the person that was running to him.

The individual that was calling for help, spots Chin Ju as they started to madly run towards him as if they just found their love one they haven't seen in years.

"Help…Help…I'm getting chased by wolves." The person draws near to Chin Ju brining along couple of black dots chasing after the person.

Chin Ju looked around to see that the sun was just waking up. Showing that's it's just the brake of dawn.

'Could this not have waited to later in the day.' Not mad about the person, but that he is tired and just wants to sleep a bit longer.

The person ran up to Chin Ju, but instead of saying anything that person shot behind Chin Ju's back hiding from the wolf's.

'A kid'

Before the kid could run behind Chin Ju's back he happened to catch a glimpse of him. Able to tell that it's a kid and a boy.

Before Chin Ju could even say a word to the kid the wolf's that were chasing him caught up. Three wolf's stop in front of Chin Ju and the kid as they got in a V-shape formation.

"Crap!"

Chin Ju had never been in a fight to the death before, but because he was a born crippled people would aways love to pick on him. So he has been in many fights before but never with beast.

The wolf's were in front of him looking like they were ready to tear both him and the kid to pieces.

The wolf on the right side of the V-shape formation started to separate its self from the other two. Going to the left side of Chin Ju. With its bright teeth showing and foam dripping from its mouth. The wolfs' brown fur spiked up with its deranged eyes staring at Chin Ju.

The wolf started to walk in a circle around Chin Ju while the other two watched. Chin Ju stood still not moving a muscle.

The little boy frowned watching as how Chin Ju wasn't even moving a muscle. He started to think that Chin Ju was so scared that he couldn't move even if he wanted to. He started to have doubts about being behind him. At this point Chin Ju should behind the little boy. He took a step back without even thinking about it getting ready to make a run for it.

"Don't move kid! If you do you might die. I don't know if I can protect you if you get far enough from me."

Sweat dropped from the kid forehead as he got scared of what Chin Ju just said. He subconsciously moved forward to his original spot. Scared that any further from Chin Ju would kill him.

"Whoosh."

The brown wolf jumped up at the moment the kid moved forwarded bringing its claws to the kids face.

"Bang."

Before the wolf had its chance to dig its claws into the kid face it suddenly hit the floor. The little kid didn't even have the chance to blink his eyes before the wolf met the ground with its newly broken jaw.

The wolf was in midair as Chin Ju made a fist and installed his cultivation. He then turned his back and kept his arm straight. Going over the kids head to meet the wolf head on. Not knowing of the danger of Chin Ju's fist it goes to bite it, but his fist hit the lower half the wolf's jaw and broke it.

Making its body fly away into the dirt.

"How did you know?"

The little kid didn't understand how Chin Ju knew were the wolf was going to attack.

"Will by not moving and keeping you behind me the only vulnerable area that it was mostly likely to attack was you."

The kid was dumbfounded.

'Who the heck uses a little kid as bait? No wonder he was saying don't get to far from him! Was he worried that I would have been out of his arm reach and that his bait would have been gone.'

"Wooooo."

"Wooooo."

They two wolf's that were hanging back both howl as they came charging at Chin Ju. They both split into opposite directions with one going to the left and the other to the right. Chin Ju looked behind him meeting his eyes with the kids and realizes that he's at a disadvantage.

The two wolf's simultaneously cut in going after Chin Ju sides.

"Sorry kid."

'Sorry! Sorry, for what…?'

The kid goes into a nervous breakdown thinking that he's about to die. Until a sharp pain hits him in the back.

'Did he just kick me. Who the heck does this to a kid? Could there be no other way to be more gentle? First you use me as bait and now your kicking me!'

"Whoosh."

One wolf goes flying over the kid as the other goes for Chin Ju's legs. Both opening their mouths wide as killing intent comes off them.

Chin Ju raised both of his hands dodging their mouths as he somehow managed to grab the back of both wolf's necks. He tighten his grip and using all his might he brought them together making the wolf's crash into each other.

Still using all his strength he tosses them toward the closes tree. They flew into the air until they both ruthlessly hit a tree and fell to the ground. Chin Ju then looks at his fist making him smile.

"Are you ok little kid?"

"Who are you calling a little kid? You seem to be only 13 years old while I'm 11. There's only a two-year age gap isn't to short to call me little kid, and couldn't you have been more nice about saving my life."

Chin Ju only scratched his head awkwardly as he really didn't know what to say to him. A sudden noise came from behind him. He turned around and saw the first wolf that he already beat was slowly trying to get up while the other two wolf's laid down on the ground unconscious.

"What are you doing aren't you going to finish them off?"

Chin Ju shook his head no.

"No need."

With just those two words he didn't say anymore. Thinking about it why is a kid here?

"Why are you out here?"

Chin Ju asked trying to get right to the point.

"I cant tell you that."

The kid face turned a little red while saying he couldn't tell. Looking at his face he seemed pretty fixated on not telling Chin Ju, so he was not going to keep asking.

"Then who are you?"

"My dad told me that I should not tell people or they would try to use me." The little kid said putting his head down.

"As the person that just saved your life it would be rude not to tell me your name." Chin Ju put his chest out, and talked in a righteous voice. Chin Ju still a kid at heart, so saving this kid, kind of made him fell like a hero of some sort. He was thinking that he should know the person he saved.

The kid thought about it as he shook his head. "My name is Qing Sha from the Qing clan."

'The Qing clan never heard of it.'

Chin Ju only has been in the Under Wood Tree beside that he completely clueless about the world. Beside of what his brother has told him, he knows nothing else.

"Can you tell me where your family is and i'll get you there safely?"

The little kid only shook his head hopelessly.

"I don't know where they are. I got separated from them."

"Then I guess we can go look for them, but we have to hurry I have somewhere to be."The kid turned really happy hearing that Chin Ju was going to help.

….

"Qing Sha….Qing Sha." Not even a half an hour passed before a voice could be heard from the inside of the forest.

Qing Sha poked his head up in excitement as not to far away there was a group of figures looking around for him.

Qing Sha started to run at the figures as he was yelling, "I'm here."

The group in the forest quickly heard Qing Sha as they also began to work their way toward him. Chin Ju hurried up and walked faster so it wouldn't be awkward if he was to far away while they waited on him to catch up.

Qing Sha went up to the group as he went up to a certain group member and gave him a hug. It was his dad that was in his 40's. He looked average with no special features about him. The other 5 people in the group were smiling watching the son and dad meet.

Chin Ju came walking up to the group as he was about to say something, but before he could the couple of men surrounded him holding spears up at him.

"Halt! What's your name and tell your business of being here."

'What type of treatment is this?'

"I'm Chin Ju, and I was passing by."

Chin Ju was the only person incapable of cultivating within a side branch of the Chin Sect where he was abused and locked up to make medicine pills.

Until he met the person that would change it all giving him the opportunity to cultivate, and make him different for the rest of his life.

With this new profound power Chin Ju now had a chance to change his destiny and make his own path.

Follow along as Chin Ju goes against the heavens and turns the ground up.

"F*ck! Don't tell that the kid is Du Lang's illegitimate son!" One of the mercenary group's leaders wiped his face in surprise as he could not believe the fact in front of his eyes. Did the rumored cold and stern Du Lang run to welcome that kid with a smile on a face? Would the rain turn red too?
It was terrifying to see a savage wolf turned into a gentle and kind man.
Even the members of the Cave Wolves Mercenary Group could not accept the changes they saw in their leader, let alone those leaders.
As for the other six wolves, they were struck speechless as they stood rooted to the spot.
"Don't tell me that the temporary member leader mentioned is that little kid? Sleep Wolf, please tell me that this isn't real. My eyesight must have been obscured. That guy is not our leader!" Evil Wolf's mouth twitched as he stared at Du Lang's back profile with a dumbstruck expression. His body had even stiffened like a bamboo pole.
Sleep Wolf's expression was not much better, and he had not even recovered his voice from shock.
Ash Wolf coughed and asked, "Could the kid be a friend of the leader, and his presence is only a coincidence?" He attempted an excuse to diffuse the tense atmosphere.
"Yes, I think that's possible." Wild Wolf nodded in agreement. They could not imagine that the reinforcement that their leader had found was a thirteen-year-old kid!
Even if he was not a highly-skilled expert, he should at least be an adult!?
What was with that little kid?
Impossible, it was absolutely impossible!
Absolutely, i-m-p-o-s-s-i-b-l-e!
Just as the six of the other wolves struggled with the situation, Du Lang led Shen Yanxiao toward the other members of the Cave Wolves Mercenary Group.
At that very moment, everyone's jaw dropped when they realized that the six other wolves were petrified.
Du Lang seemed as if he was not aware of his subordinates' twisted expressions and after he led Shen Yanxiao to the crowd, he said. "These are the members of my mercenary group, and even though our numbers aren't the most, our strength is definitely the top in the Black City. Therefore, you don't have to worry about your safety."
It was as if Du Lang was not aware of the twisted expressions on his subordinates' faces as he led Shen Yanxiao to the crowd. He said, "These are the members of my mercenary group. Even though we do not have the most members, we are definitely the strongest in the city. Therefore, you don't have to worry about your safety."
Shen Yanxiao looked at the eighty-plus members from the Cave Wolves Mercenary Group. They did look more well-trained than the members from the other groups. Furthermore, she thought there was a faint bloody smell on each of them.
That kind of scent was usually accumulated by those who had hunted magical beasts for a long time.
Du Lang did not exaggerate when he said that his group was more powerful than the other mercenary groups.

At that time, the same spirited mercenaries had a strange expression on their faces.
Their faces twitched as they stared in the same direction as everyone did.

 wolf - as you say, boss. the voices that we are talking about are the spirits of every being that has fallen in this land. the spirits are specifically the parts of the soul of the moments before their death, so they are full of memories and thoughts about their death. 
me - but I am sure that I have never heard any voice. 
wolf - it is not that kind of voice, it is heard at a spiritual level, you would be abnormal if you could hear it directly. there are more indirect signs. answer the following questions I am going to ask.

the book of the bloody mage gave me the basics of blood magics.  since I still did not create blood mana, most of it was useless.

while nobody is really sure what it exactly is, damaging it is a very dangerous business. to explain the present situation I will take a couple of analogies. 
your soul is kind of like the cities that exist in your lands. it is a perfect structure with a powerful wall protecting it from the threats outside. whether it attacks from the voice which is like wild beasts in our scenario or getting attacked by another soul, as long as the wall works properly, you are safe. nothing can damage your soul. 
me - so damaging my soul is like breaking a part of the wall, leaving a weak spot in my defense. 
wolf - normally yes, but in your case, I think what you have done is much worse, but I can't properly unless I get more detailed information. anyway, we will help you later, first you need to take care of mister toad.  he is already in a dangerous situation.  I have already delayed you enough. heal him and we will try to help you figure out I'm what it is with you. 
me - but first I want a guarantee, once you are done with me you could just kill me. 

suddenly it was like gravity had intensified in the region.
 a familiar feeling, if you want me to be honest.  though one I hate to feel, it's been so long. moving would be tough so I just sat down. willing my sword to be at the ready.

the word of a beast was something akin to a contract magic.a beast couldn't easily break their word once they made it. if they did, they would suffer a lot. as for the why, just like most things in this world, I don't know.

me - how are you doing that, wasn't your ability to pass through objects. how can you cook meat just by tapping it? why do you need to cook meat to eat it? dont you guys like eating it raw.

me - but the thing is,  I don't know you, I don't know if I can fight you will most like kill me in a fair fight. so why in hell should I trust you. you said that you have given your word, but the thing is every contract has it's loopholes. so you can't really blame me for doing anything that furthers my existence. this is the forest after all. might is never enough in this place. you should be able to do anything, use any trick in the book if you want to live. 
the wolf - well said kid, it's no wonder a human like you had survived so long in the forest.  the thing is, I won't kill you. not because of who are what you are, but because I have given my word to the one before you, to protect the next owner of the book.

A young man can be seen skinning all the wolves and placing it in a sack which is already big. It was Neo after piling up all those dead wolves' bodies

"1..., 12 ..., 23 ..., 27." he stood up as he finished counting and massaged his back because he's been sitting there for a almost half an hour.

"*sigh*. That was hard, it made my whole body ache because I didn't even done a warm up first." as he said that, he took out his small notebook. "Note to myself — Do not go fighting without any warm ups."

A man approached Neo. This man was Jake who let him stay on his house.

"Kid, can you tell me why are you here?" asked Jake as he has questions at this young man.

"I am here because I was tasked to hunt wolves, however, I found none until it got dark. Fortunately, I found this farm of yours and luckily found some wolves that are trying to steal some of your animals. That's all." Neo said the truth but did not reveal his identity.

"One last question."

"What?"

"Who are you? I also found this kid, Neo, who asked me about wolves. Could he be your friend or something?" he asked two questions in one go since he said "One last question".

Neo formed the Transforming Jutsu hand seal and undo the transformation and a puff of white smoked appeared covering his whole body. And then, the smoke slowly faded revealing his real face.

*POOF*

"Do you mean, me?" Neo asked with a smile on his face.

"..." Jake on the other hand, was speechless at this rate. He didn't want to believe what his eyes seeing right now.

The kid who he underestimated was the one who had killed over half of the pack of wolves that attacked and the one who was killing them while dodging.

A few seconds have past but the two of them were just staring at each other.

"T-then... Then, who was the one on your bed?" and that is the reason why Jake was speechless.

"Oh, that? Well... How do I explain this? I can create my own clone, it can't fight just yet but it's still good when escaping." Neo explained.

"And you can also change your face? What is your real face?" Jake asked two questions in one go, again.

"Relax, this is my real face. Yes, but not just face but the whole body as well. It's only temporary, though." he said.

"I see. S-..." Jake was about to say something further but he was stopped.

*HOWL*

"They are here, again?" Jake readied his rifle.

"Wait! I can't sense any killing intent from that howl." Neo stopped Jake.

Soon, after a few second, a big white wolf was running in their direction. Jake still readied his gun if Neo was wrong. On the other hand, Neo had his guard up if this wolf will attack them.

When the white wolf was getting near them, they noticed that it was not white but silver colored wolf. The wolf was also going slower slightly since its getting nearer and nearer. Soon, he stood right in front of Neo.

The wolf's height was at 1.2 meters which is near Neo's height which was 1.42 meters since he was just a 12 years old boy. It sat down and its height became 1.56 meters.

"Kid... No, young man. You have proven to be worthy by killing the rebels of my pack." the silver wolf suddenly talked.

"..." both Neo and Jake didn't utter even a single word.

"Oh, how rude of me! I am Rark, the wolf king's right hand." Rark introduced himself.

"W-w-w... Wolf King's right hand!?" both of them were shocked because of a talking wolf.

Neo might have known that there are some that can talk but those are only monsters with high intelligence.

"You... What is your name?" Rark looked at Neo.

"M-me? My name is Neo, Neo Kaminari, sir." he quickly answered after receiving the question.

"Hmm... His majesty will reward you for hunting those bastard." said Rark.

Neo calmed himself down as he stared at Rark, the talking wolf in front of him.

"I'm sorry to say, I have a lot of things to do." Neo rejected politely.

"Don't worry, just come deeper in the forest until you see the tallest tree. From there, turn right until you see tall grass. And beyond that, is my home, the king's lair." after saying this, he howled before his departure.

Neo dropped onto his knees. Jake on the other hand, felt chills down from his spine as he stood in front of Rark. Rark is really scary to the point that he exudes chilling aura that could scare anyone near.

"Oh, god. I thought I would die from just its presence." said Neo looking down.

"..." Jake said nothing.

"I want join Fairy Tail. I want to become strong!"

"Do what you want as long as you don't die before me, kid!" he said this while smiling at Neo.

Neo smiled back at Jake.

"Stats!" Neo shouted in his mind.

Zhang Yangping had years of experience hunting in the mountains.


Despite ordering his people to bind up the game, he didn't let down his guard. Because, he knew very clearly, the larger the prey, the stronger the scent of blood it gave off, and the easier it was to attract huge beasts.

Uhh, I actually didn't know about that one. I think it would be easier if I just told you. You know the fable of 'the boy who cried wolf', right?

LUZY
Ah, I haven't heard that for a long time.

CAEL
There once was a shepherd boy who was so bored, to amuse himself he took a great breath and sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!" The villager ran frantically just to find out there was none. Later on, he started calling out again, "Wolf, a wolf is chasing my sheeps". And to his delight, the villagers started running towards him, but there was no wolf again. One day, that boy saw a real wolf chasing his sheep. He cried as loud as he could, but no one came to help him. In the end his sheep all died. So a wolf also represents a liar.

LAZY
Oh, didn't know that. Real sob story though, for that kid I mean.

CAEL
It is. But it there's a saying that your choices are the foundation of your consequences. I wonder what would have happened if he hadn't learned his lesson? When I was only a kid, I had never felt the love of a mother. I never thought anything about it though, only when I met other children, I found out that that isn't normal.

So i tried to cheer her up, but with no avail. I always tried to be a good kid, but it didn't work, there was never a reaction. So i started lying. I made up stories, trying to catch her attention, and guess what, it worked. Soon, those lies became heavier and heavier, and they crumbled. A life build on lies, is after all, a life build on a weak foundation.

LUZY
Like the kid who cried wolf, huh.

CAEL
On that day, I lost something important. I lost her trust, and she never smiled at me again.

LUZY
Isn't that a bit harsh?

CAEL
It might seem like it for others. But people never learn if you aren't overbearing, right?

LUZY
Still, she is your mother.

CAEL
No, she became a stranger after that incident. We never really talked anymore and soon, she would bring me to the psychiatrist for a check up. And that is what defines the me today.

LUZY
That's really sad, I don't know what I would do without my parents, who stood by my side.

The mirror shattered and numerous scars appeared on Giant Wolf King's body, raining down blood like a small river.

Giant Wolf King operated his Undying Body, causing the river of blood to flow back in reverse and enter his body again. The scars on his body closed in rapidly, and his fur grew back again.

The above scene came as no surprise to Ye Chen. If Giant Wolf King could be defeated so easily, he would not be a Beast King. With his right hand bent like a hook, Ye Chen slashed down.
Following his movements, the white-robed ghost figure extended its right hand. Before it even entered the void, it reappeared before Giant Wolf King and entered his body. With that simple movement, it plucked off a huge amount of blood Qi.

Giant Wolf King was terrified. What was this secret art? It could actually snatch his blood Qi!
