tbh this is my favourite option, especially if it's inspired by the arcane thief.
2. Same old naruto story with a twist. The elemental nations are far more developed and there's an earth guy reborn as naruto. Same old transmigrator story but the elemental nations are much more developed. I might scrap the transmigration thing and do a regular guy instead.
