Excellent, I was waiting for someone to ask this. Thanks :) So why didn't he directly try to replace Nagato? The answer is quite straightforward actually; he lacks the confidence in doing so silently like he did with Yahiko. The main reason is, what if he Nagato somehow activates the Gedo statue? What if Madara notices someone scheming to get his eyes? Thing is he doesn't know... and what he doesn't have a 100% confident in, its better not to try yet... at least not before he gets his hands on Madara's samples...
Well, that's not the most important reason. The main reason is, Nagato has no guard up against Yahiko. Therefore, within another few days, my clone should be able to get a few samples from Madara's eyes! Hence, unlike other Kekkei Genkai where I use shadow clones to transport the samples, I have my actual clone waiting there to get it back safely.

No… Darui started learing from Raikage at 4-5
There is one more good news that happened in the last few days, the Third Raikage A started teaching Darui the Black Lightning Jutsu which my clone was able to copy with the Eyes of Truth! But the only regret is the clone has not been able to copy the Lightning Release Chakra Mode yet. But I am not worried about it much as I know that the perfect opportunity to do so will come soon...

This is correct. According to Wiki, Yahiko dies at the age of 17-18 which is like 3 years from the current time. So, that would put his age at 14 years. In addition, at this time, the trio Konan, Yahiko and Nagato would have become full fledged Ame shinobi. The action of MC here is just killing a ninja from an enemy village. Also, as Akisu wrote, he is aiming to become more powerful himself by awakening Rinnegan, hence not needing a reason for Nagato's favor... To my surprise, the small amount of chakra I gathered from the Five-Tails is already showing signs of starting to absorb chakra from its surroundings! However, what I want is not a tailed beast that has sentience as that would mean more tedious effort to convince it or use my mangekyo to control it, no, what I want is a blank template. I want it to have the same amount of chakra and the characteristics as that of the tailed beast but without any feelings. So for the time being, I have isolated it and stopped it from growing.

Now, Rasengan on the other hand is a Ninjutsu that takes the Shape Transformation of Chakra to the limits, so much so that it uses the rotational force generated by constantly rotating chakra to do Physical damage. However, that doesn't make Chakra a Physical substance, it's still energy. 2. The added weight technique is indeed adding gravity; by increasing gravity, it increases the density of the solid. Still a couple of months to go...
Although the battle only lasted for a few minutes and left Onoki gasping for breath, it was nonetheless exhilarating for me as I would not get many chances to see a Kage fight. Now, I am looking forward to seeing a few in the upcoming war; there are two that I want to witness the most, one is of course Minato taking on Iwa shinobi and the other is Raikage's final fight.

Ya, you guys are misunderstanding... to copy the mangekyo, he first has to get dead cells, cultivate, and then clone. From the clone, he can copy it.
