So Lava Style is superior to Fire Release, Ice Style is superior to Water Style, etc. So NO! No earth release no matter who performs it can counter Tsuchikage's Particle Release

with any goldfinger, there will always be short discrete bursts of growth in MC. Using system to nerf and limit this growth allows story to seem realisitic and logical. Otherwise, with no ceiling, how do you expect a Kage level MC to sit through years of Academy? He can very well **** off to moon and the distant galaxies, and keep jumping worlds. And in twenty chapter become as strong as the systen itself, that the story becomes a power jerkoff cultivation novel, where "MC meets Trash. Trash insults MC. Trash ogles MC's Harem. MC insults Trash. MC beats Trash. New Trash walks in to fight MC. MC beats the new Trash. Spectators are awed and dumbstruck." I loathe these Xinxia tropes and would rather delete my novel than let it become a part of the herd of novels that keep popping up every second on Webnovel, despite being fanfiction in nature.

Therefore, your complacency and "boring" World grinding cannot be allowed to pass as well. As such a compromise has been made. You may not level to Tier II, until you pass your genin test. Yeah but she is nowhere mentioned to be active during the Third Shinobi World War or after. Simply as the previous generation. Which can mean anybody, since they were active from the time of first Mizukage. And she is mentioned to make the reincarnated Corp as the strongest generation of Seven Ninja Swordmen of Kiri. That is because she is the most proficient with her blade than any other wielders yet. And Kushimaru Kuri'arare was never in the same generation as her, as he was defeated by Might Dai who used the Eight Gates Transformation.

Very Easy. From the Anime, there was never a Kunoichi Swordsmen, from the Third Shinobi War to thereafter until the Fourth Shinobi World War.

No he was nowhere as good as you make hin out to be. He ruled Ame with an Iron Fist, and basically allowed Iwa and Konoha to battle in Ame, despite his abilities to stop the war from affecting his country. He was also aligned with Danzo, who many claimed, actually orchestrated the Second Shinobi World War to weaken Iwagakure. He also was treacherousas can be seen how he dealt with Akatsuki and captured Konan and threatened to kill them under the premise of peaceful discussion. And he was feeling threatened by the OG Akatsuki as they wanted to help and meddle in his plans to keep his coffers filled.

I had also set my eyes on Ame, where I knew a lot of good shinobi could be convinced to leave the war-torn region, where Hanzo is uncaring of the devastation caused by the war, and simply cares to gain wealth and power at the cost of the lives of his people.

She was of a previous generation, but not in the same generation as Mangetsu Hozuki, and the others who were defeated by Might Dai after the Third Shinobi World War. It was simply mentioned she was of a previous generation, and that the strongest Shinobi who wielded the Seven Kiri Swords are revived. If you see Kushimaru and the other partner are not of the same generation as others. And here Ameyuri Ringo is revived at the Fourth War. Thanks for trying to help
