I liked this dude's fight scenes. there's something really cool about artistic sword fight scenes with blood and heads flying around.
He wanted to face off against the beast that hunters found themselves hopeless against. He wanted a fight with that winged lizard that kept on flaunting its authority. He might meet his death, but so what? A man has to live a thrilling life!

He looked down on the humans that submitted to the beast's power. Where was their pride for them to stand down so easily? A man should fight to their last breath! Even if the entire team he was leading was to be overpowered, he would not submit under the rule of beasts. He didn't want that possibility though, as he wanted to live longer and fight many more grand battles, so he was waiting.

This MBO training arcs feels kinda monotonous. Gustav might be getting stronger but nothing we can see with numbers. overall a bit slow and boring.
Initially the MC was irritating but the story grows on you gradually. so far I like the book. the only problem I have is with plot armour for female lead. characters are pretty well developed
then his other skills should be one level more than this know as he got a few of them earlier to this skill and had higher levels

I mean the novel has gotten a lot better but still this mother of their is pretty one dimensional like even if a mother was really bad a more developed character should have a better level of dialogue in this scenario. not the same line she's been uttering for the thousandth time. at least use some different words sometimes I guess.
'How is this possible? Isn't this the same trash I gave birth to?' She couldn't react properly to the incident and she kept staring at Gustav, wondering if he was another person in disguise.

his restriction was at D-F grade when his bloodline was at null level but now that his bloodline is at F grade he might be able to absorb C to F I guess. nothing has been mentioned about it until now though by author.
