Anything is better than [system notification] appearing constantly in every word that has ding in it. Instead of forwarding, the story says forwar[system notification]. Instead of demanding, it says deman[system notification]. Instead of unendingly it's unen[system notification]ly. I don't know if those words specifically are in the story, but you get what's happening. It's really annoying.
Stop auto correcting ding to [system notification] with whatever ai you're using

Even before that, they tried not to bomb civilians, but bombs were so imprecise that civilians got hit with every bombing campaign. Within the first year of the war everyone was bombing entire cities with saturation bombing

That's just wrong. One search shows that cities were bombed in their entirety by the allies and the Germans. Off the top of my head, like 4 German cities were decimated by what Britain called area bombing, aka saturation bombing. Precision bombing was too sophisticated, so allies bombed entire cities since they contained factories for military supplies and the people that worked in them. The USA firebombing of Tokyo killed more japanese civillians than the nuclear bombs. It was even shown in reborn as a slime. The human hero girl that rimuru ate the corpse of was killed in the firebombing of Tokyo as a little girl. The entire city was madeof wood buildings and we calculated where best to drop bombs on the best day so that the wind would burn the entire city down

My case is a little different as instead of a cursed technique my Limitless is a skill, skills and cursed techniques do have some similarities but they are innately different. Thanks to this I can learn how to effectively use Limitless without the ultra precise control that the Six Eyes would grant me. Magic Manipulation allows me to effectively control my own magic along with other beings' magic, Sage increases my thought processing speed along with my comprehension. The combination of these is able to help me effectively use Limitless. Though one issue I am having is the absurd magicule cost to use Limitless, I can't use it for more than 45 minutes before I risk running out of magicules, and that's pushing it, though hopefully this problem will solve itself as I grow in strength.
