I know it’s been a year but bone regrow potion is viable is because we do naturally regrow our bones when injured in a matter of weeks, but only for like fractures, not severed limbs. Flesh/muscles also do not regenerate severed limbs. Harry Potter universe is more or less based on our world albeit with magic, so regrowing of limbs would be out of the question. The regrowing of limbs are only viable in scifi and cultivation novels.
