True but humans didn't have access to it until the sage of six paths gave it to em. At least that is my understanding of canon.
However, the summer was the same temperature as it was the prior year. But still the anticipation for the season to change fills the air from every corner of the known world due to colossal social change. There hasn't been such a seismic shift in the world order since chakra was gifted to the entire planet by the Sage of Six Paths.

Lol yeah ngl I prolly could've sped it up a while ago but I'm just tryna build a solid foundation for Shogo's journey before it really takes off. I really like writing lore and character building more than fight scenes because it just comes to me way easier so maybe that is what's slowing down the pace. Pacing a story is definitely something I gotta work on, I really appreciate your criticism and thanks for taking the time to read my fic!
