Letting Ves go was one of the greatest oversights she had ever made. If not for her inability to bring her back to the Warsaw Giant System, she could have prevented him from introducing the power of glows to the Hex Army. Without glows, the aggressive and overconfident Hexers would have never been able to overrun the hinterland of the Carnegie Group and the Vermeer Group!

Gloriana is not the typical partner that just shows love, love, love, s***x, acceptance, or what marriage or relationship is. She expresses her desire as a person not a dead person like those other stories who just cling to mc and act lovey-dovey for the sake of the mc, and just cast aside personal emotion and desire to also dominate the relationship. Most stories show that the female partner must obey mc, the mc must rule the relationship, mc is the priority, the feelings and desire of the mc must come first. Gloriana here although annoying shows that she is not one of that typical partners or those like the other stories. She expresses selfishness in a way that she matters in the relationship. About her desire, it was for mechs and her family and for Ves to improve. She is like the other system for Ves to push him forward more than he can do. I know others like Aisling or Ketis can also help him improve but her personality is the best if Ves wanted to improve fast. And the relationship is more real I think. Noticing that her behavior and her personality are mellowing into the standard society expected for females, well there is a lot to expect in the future, and a lot to agree on that she is the right person for mc or worse Kudos to the author for creating a unique character.
