Even gods weren't exempt from that law. If a god killed another god, their punishment was losing all their money, losing their Familia, and being sent back to heaven permanently.

This way you can still fight those of higher standing, but they can't force you. You're only forced to fight trainers within your own class, for example Bronze Class Trainers can't reject fellow Bronze Classes.

I think that's the difference between multitasking and the separate wills. While yes Yoda can to that, he can't exert 100% of his force power into both, while Ray can but at the cost of tiring quicker. Granted, Yoda is much stronger in the force than Ray so it might not seem like it.
Multiple Will Issue. I probably need to reword a few things, so here is how that works. Using the Force to do multiple things at the same time with different Wills does not increase the mental strain, but does increase mental exertion. So imagine two guys running side-by-side. One guy is just running, and the other has multiple Wills and is running while texting while carrying a bunch of books in his hands while doing homework, and carrying a backpack. The effect of multiple Wills allows the second guy to run at the same speed as the first, so his running speed is not impacted by the fact that he is doing so many other things at the same time. But if they both keep running, the second guy will tire out faster than the first guy because he is doing many things and each takes up energy. Usually, dividing your mind weakens each of the things you delegate your brainpower to when compared to devoting your whole mind to one thing. Multiple Wills counters that, but he still only has one brain. Sorry if I explained it poorly earlier and it sounded like a Nerf.
