TLDR I love the Novel and everything.The author does great is fantastic.However, its flaws are really glaring.And hold the book back. This is definitely a good novel to read.But it's not something you want to read if you like action. The author does have quite a lot of fight scenes.However he's not very adapt at it. There's nothing wrong in the way he writes about it.But more or less the interactions between the characters while they're in the middle of a fight is definitely very reminiscent of middle schoolers yelling at each other on a playground. It doesn't take away from the story bit can definitely get annoying when in the middle of a very serious fight.We have to hear the monolog about our main character.When all of a sudden he's thinking about his girlfriend and it just gets weird for whatever reason. But by far the worst part of the novel is just the amount of side shit put in the novel. I understand there's a need for back story.But not every side character that turns out to be wildly.Inconsequential to the main story needs 2 Or 3 chapters to explain who they are. I don't want this to sound rude but for a lack of a better way of putting it.I honest-to-God.Skip about three quarters of this novel and I haven't missed a single detail. The main character is ray.It doesn't matter how much the author wants to make.It seem like it's an extra story or anything like that every.One who's reading knows the truth. However, the author doesn't know that and instead of writing the story about the extra who happens to be the main character.It's more or less about everyone else's story and sometimes Ray is there. Is that completely unfair to the author what I just said?Yes but I don't care. It's still a good story.Don't get me wrong.I'm going to continue reading it, but I am just getting really annoyed.At how much of the story i'm skipping because I don't care if it doesn't involve ray some matter. Even if I know, it's adding some back story to a villain.Or highlighting a undertone in the story for something that's gonna become important later.It just doesn't matter to me. The story is written in a way where it wants all of your attention to be with the main cherctor and unfortunately in this novel that is a bad thing. Mainly because the author loves writing about other characters and I get it. He's flushing out other characters in the story and he's making them feel like people. There's no harm in that. However, there is a difference between having our main character and the flushed outside. Characters on occasion and me going about 1520 chapters without. Anything involving our main character?It can get really annoying. Honestly this is turned to marndo a rant that I review because of already said multiple times that I like the story however I feel like I need to get my grievances out there. This novel has so much potential to capture me in a manner.That almost no other does because, even though I'm skipping so much of the story I'm still enjoying reading every moment of it.And that just shows how Is pulled in I am. I just feel like if the author switched up the way he. The introduction of side characters.The story would go up by a completely other tear. Because currently it's kind of a c to btier book And it has so much potential to become one of the most memorable I've everred

The first 2020 chapters are a bit rough. But not in a sense words, bad grammar or anything. Just a different style of writing that you're not really used to period instead of taking the route that most authors do where they need to explain everything that's happening. The author jumps a little bit period Instead of writing how they walked from point a to point b, the author will simply state that they are going to go do something and thenre are periods.It's hard to explain, but after a couple chapters.You get used to it and that odd feeling disappears. Overall though I would say this is an amazing book, I came here from the inheritance of the magic king simply because I like geriding style.And I wasn't disappointed with this novel in any way. Some pieces are a bit does take a little bit of a tonal shift In the latter half of the story. Spoilers ahead, once Cain becomes an ancient, the story goes from more of a dungeon, crawling power fantasy.To what if someone who used to be a human got the ability to create people essentially.And power them up. It goes from the dungeon, crawling mood and tomorrow.They a slice of life with a bit of action. That doesn't take away from the story at all.Because it's more or less.Just us being caught up on what some of the other characters are doing.While kane goes through a turbulent period in his life with misha being kidnapped. Friend, you know, hasn't read this book before?If you end up liking the progression of the novel after ten chapters I would say you absolutely have to finish the entire book because it is amazing

I wanted to give this novel a try , but after five chapters , the grammar was unbearably bad. Even though it said that it was edited, it was still horrendous to read. And I can only imagine how bad it was before the edit. I skipped ahead to chapter 89. Which I think is the last free one? Just to see if the grammar got a better and I saw zero improvement. From what I did manage to trudge through it seemed like a really interesting novel but I cannot deal with the grammar so I had to stop reading it .Author you have a pretty good idea on your hands. I just hope that when you finish it You go back through and proof freed and edit the entire novel

This novel is okay at the beginning. But once the main character gets even a little bit of power , it turns into a rape fantasy. Any chance the author gets he has to make it abundantly clear that the main character is black Mailing or manipulating or straight up raping any woman that he spends time with. It doesn't help that the story is also as bland and slow as it can get.

its a glorified smut novel and I didn't see the r18 tag at first. I'm dropping this because I hat smut but if the author had more than 2 chapters of actual story between the smut it might be bearable but this is just a smut novel woth a hint of action.2/10 just cuz I hate smut but the author wrote this book with the intention for it to be smut so I won't rate it unfairly.

Honestly, I never read the author's previous work so I wasn't able to articulate that feeling. I was getting but now that I see your comment. It matches up so many holes in the story or even just holes. That I thought I was having in my thinking process. Like our 2 main characters, essentially end up becoming obsolete. And that wouldn't be a bad thing. Necessarily, if this wasn't their novel, even if it is a continuation of his other work after it finished or even if it's not finished, I don't know. I haven't read it, but no matter what it's. I've been aggravating to have the 2 characters we've grown to know. And. And cherish maybe or hate depending on how you vie you them. It'll take such a backseat in the wider world. But yes, I'm so glad I read your review because it pieces everything together. I literally just stopped reading at chapter 698 because I was like I just something drunk about the story, but I don't understand what and that makes so much sense. Thank you

For warning everything ahead is text to speech so there will be errors. Honestly I don't really know how to feel about this story. There's so much good about it. That even the bad parts in my opinion, are easy to glass over. But one of the hardest things for me about the story. Is that the further you get in the story? The more you realize that there is more than one main character and well, that's not bad. Sometimes it gets a bit frustrating since the author likes to split the perspectives from following one character and following another character. Massive spoiler add when gabriel and karyks Homeworld are destroyed neither of them are connected with each other so they no longer can talk to each other. And while there isn't a bad thing. The bad part is that they get separated into 2. Totally different story pads. And they don't even talk to each other about it. Sometimes because they can't, and that wouldn't be bad in itself. If we didn't hear them, Talk to each other for 200 plus Chapters, and you Know that it's going in a Bad direction for both of them. The authors literally setting them up to go from being a person whose soul was essentially split in 2 by with different personalities. If that makes sense to 2 people who are going to be at each other's throats, because they'll have not only differing opinions but different outlooks on. How the world should proceed. And while that wouldn't be a bad thing, I'm just saying that after 200 plus chapters of the suspense of wondering, when they're finally gonna talk to each other, or when they're finally gonna meet up, it drags onto a point where I just can't be bothered. Anymor and that's no fault of the author it's probably a fault of my own simply because I want them to talk immediately. I want the climax to happened right away, but that's because the author keeps laying down points in the story where the climax can happen at any time, but then it just passes away and it gets really annoying..

The novel would probably be a lot better. If the translation team or even the author himself didn't make a book all about China and then decide to make all the names American, it makes it so hard to read when you're reading american names spoken in a way like their Chinese. If that makes any sense you know constantly saying, you're last named to introduce yourself or constantly saying your full name whenever you're talking to someone, which is something no one does if they speak English, not even the British are as backwards as could be. But my main problem with this novel is that the person who posted this on webnovel has straight up stolen it. He is in no way connected with the author or the translation team who made this novel and has instead just pirated it from a translation site and then Post it on web novel. And I don't know how it's not been taken down yet. I've seen plenty of other people comment about it as well. So it's kind of odd that webnovel just hasn't done anything. Thank you even otter how this pirated novel is up in second place on trending. Somehow, but Hey, you know if you're gonna waste money buying a spot. You know maybe as well use it on a pirated novel am I right
