u forgetting that i mentioned he isnt good in controlling chakra without chakra u are as good as a normal person also he didnt get any guidence or strength training from young age nor he is some super genius, he is a normal person .

i think konoha should be first after second war because it produces so many legendary ninja at that time. like 3 legendary sanin and white fang kakashi father who was said to be stronger than sanin .
