I have thought about doing what you suggested when l was thinking of what kind of faction he'll build but I was hesitant previously. Some factor that led me to hesitate in doing so is because of how vampire society works, currently, there are two factions in it. This will complicate things as one of those factions is led by a male while the other is a female leader. If they did take over and Raskreia were to lead the faction, there might be a rebellion. This led me to another reason, Vampires are prideful and overly arrogant – simple as that. If Raizel and his team were to try taking these guys over then highly likely, the vampires will fight back which once again topples the plan. I truly appreciate your suggestion, but it will not work. Though the thing about repopulating the noble race in DxD like how Devils reincarnate others to repopulate their race is possible. I won't spoil anything but just remember, it is a possibility so stay tuned. Also just to clarify things, the team will not stay as a small-scale organization. I had plans for that already and you can also see that It is growing rapidly.

Interesting ideas, I had already had similar powers from two of the powers you mentioned. One is his ability to extract traits from blood and the other is something he already used but I haven't shown it yet. It's a power similar to the blood-human duplicate you mentioned. Without the op traits of course. Anyway, thanks for commenting though. I will try and incorporate these powers after some tweaking since technically, it is possible with Raizel's Blood Authority

I'm not an expert on these kinds of things so you can choose to ignore this comment. Regarding the sexual scene, it's okay right now but I think it needs slower pacing. Though I suggest not just "telling" or narrating the emotions, but "showing" them. Also, rather than telling them she moaned in pleasure, for example, show it by having her moan. Like this; "Ahn~" It's just more natural to read. Though like I said, it's just my opinions, no need to take them seriously.
