For the citizens of Crimson Fungus City, it was currently nighttime. Although, when one talked about night, they were referring to the time between 10 pm and 6 am. This had nothing to do with the state or location of the sun since that was always static.

Honestly, this might be the only story on this platform to properly interest me. Others catch my attention for a while, but I lose interest in them pretty quickly. This one, however, has me reeled in. I especially enjoy the tidbits about Noah's past, and the prayers. Most stories don't give faith and belief much attention, even if the main character is a priest or has a patron deity. Best part is that I'm still confused about some aspects about the story, which adds mystery to it! As a side note, I think a bit more on the description of characters' appearances might be better. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
