No, I can think of one that surpasses Obito at the art of Simping. Otto Apocalypse from Honkai Impact 3rd. He spent 500 years trying to resurrect the only woman he ever loved, Kallen Kaslana, even though she totally friendzoned him and only loved another woman, Yae Sakura. And unlike Obito, who eventually was defeated by Naruto's Talk no Jutsu, Otto Apocalypse steadfastly maintained his 500 year simping odyssey until the very end, and eventually succeeded in resurrecting Kallen, albeit at the cost of not just his own death, but his complete erasure, so no afterlife for him, assuming an afterlife even exists in that world, but yeah, Obito is a huge simp, but compared to Otto, Obito is but a simping apprentice and not a true master.

If he tries to do something again, I wouldn't mind pulling on Kumo what Obito and Zetsu pulled on Kiri.

While I can't read Japanese, I was once told that the Kanji for green is identital to the Kanji for Blue, meaning that in the written language of Japanese, apparently there is no distinction between green and b;ue, leading to the translators deciding to translate it into Blue for Gai and Green for Lee. While you are technically correct, but the author is referring to the fact that their is one guy, a certain mad Lucifer decendent, that has strength comparable to Sirzechs. In this context, Sirzechs not being like a god means that his strength, while incredibly high, is not completely unbeatable.

If Sirzech had a power like a God, then no one could stop him, but in the Underworld, there was one existence whose might was comparable to his, so such an option wasn't an option.

in the fight against pein she did use fire and lightning nature transformation over her fists, so she obviously trained in these elements, thus it makes sense that she'd know some jutsu's, though she may not have been able to openly display them due to pressures from the clan. Now, though, she is no longer the heiress and isn't even in her world anymore, so if she there is nothing to pressure her not to use every option in her arsenal. That's my opinion at least.
