Yes but the way this is written its intelligence x 10%(also can be written as 0.1 when used in multiplication) so it's the same as /10. I can definatly see where all the confusion is coming from the way it's written tho.

Very late but these two are pretty much interchangeable here. complication = problem(to simplify it) and implication = i didn't say this and no one said it but It was obviously gonna happen (once again simplified definition)

I get that but it's the catagory it's most suited for as it's not exactly ammo since there is no ammo catagory I'm assuming it would be in consumables since most ammo types are 1 use. There should definatly be another option for ammo only tho
