In the original series. Kakashi copied all of rock Lee’s moves and taught them to sasuke. Sasuke was talented enough to achieve that in his fight with Gaara. So it’d be possible for Sasuke to achieve some form of soru if our through specialized training for it. The breaths he had where not up to Lee’s level though. This is actually what led to the original Lee becoming bitter as he was disabled watching someone use his style for which he trained for YEARS in a month.

I knew this would happen. But I didn't expect sasuke to grow that rapidly. This negligence had cost me. Seeing the clouds of feathers knock the civilians out, I let out a groan of annoyance as the sound ninja detransformed and began to slaughter the sleeping civilians and ninja.

The lightning bolt helped in that regard.

And when the anime he watched takes too long to finish was the only time he became interested in reading Manga, Manwha and Manhua. But even those takes time to finish that he ends up reading the light novels of it which was completed. And that opened up his door to reading Chinese, Korean and Japanese novels.
