Are you okay- I mean I know someone who also takes a lot of pills but the question is still valid-
Izuku, despite his prayers, ( Izuku swears god is out to get him) did get a fever, but the doctors suspect it was because of all the germs he was exposed to and the physical activity wouldn't have done much alone. None the less Izuku was prescribed 2 more pill bottles for this issue. Which brings the grand total of pills he takes every morning to 5 and every night to 3. 8 pills a day, wow a new record on his medical history.
